就係為咗隻燒鵝所以專登黎,雖然只得5大1細,其中兩個大人仲要係老人家,不過訂位時已留定一隻燒鵝,因為一場黎到就梗係去盡啦。一坐低老闆就問齊人未,齊人就斬燒鵝,隻燒鵝黎到嘅時候竟然係熱辣辣,味道即刻加晒分。隻燒鵝都幾大隻,又唔算好肥,D皮燒得又香又脆,點埋酸梅醬食真係好好味。因為想食晒隻燒鵝唔打包返屋企,所以我地另外只叫了兩個餸,一個係佢地廚師推介的脆炸牛筋腩,另外一碟就係薑汁炒芥蘭。脆炸牛筋腩其實就係牛筋腩佔上薄薄一層粉漿再落鑊炸,味道同口感還可以啦。薑汁炒芥蘭嘅芥蘭雖然好粗,但係又好淋,兩個老人家都食到。

今天到元朗覓食,原居民朋友推介這家老店,從店名就知道主打燒鵝,午餐時間就點了燒鵝瀨粉。$60的價錢竟然有脾位確實很抵,而且瀨粉很大碗,與燒鵝分開上,不怕瀨粉的湯令鵝肉變淋。燒鵝整體味道只屬一般水平,幸好隻鵝不太肥,不過肉質有點鬆散,可能不是新鮮剛出爐的燒鵝。其實很明白,尤其是$60的價錢,唔比D頭頭尾尾你已經偷笑啦。

$60的價錢竟然有脾位確實很抵,而且瀨粉很大碗,與燒鵝分開上,不怕瀨粉的湯令鵝肉變淋。燒鵝整體味道只屬一般水平,幸好隻鵝不太肥,不過肉質有點鬆散,可能不是新鮮剛出爐的燒鵝。其實很明白,尤其是$60的價錢,唔比D頭頭尾尾你已經偷笑啦。

友人知我是愛吃之人,特地推薦我要試一試這家以燒鵝聞名於元朗的菜館。燒鵝例牌$148下莊$168,為了要吃燒鵝脾,於是點了下莊。鵝味很香,肉質鮮嫩,份量也很足,味道不錯,唯一的缺點是有點肥,雖說脂肪特別香,不過我還是喜歡瘦一點的鵝。除了燒鵝之外,我還試了他的白切雞和叉燒。白切雞做得很好,肉質真的做到又嫩又滑,雞皮薄,脂肪少,美味。叉燒燒得乾濕度適中,加強少少的燒焦邊,份外香口。整體不錯,名不虛傳,下次要再來試其他菜式。

因為最近係冬天啦好想食羊腩煲 又唔知邊間好食就上網搵吓 之後發覺好多人推薦呢一間嘅羊腩煲🤩🤩🤩 雖然佢個名係賣燒鵝 但係入到去都見到有一半人叫羊腩煲嚟食🤣🤣🤣佢嘅羊腩煲有分中$318 大$438🤔因為我哋只係得兩個人食就叫咗中size🤭我哋仲另外叫咗一碗白飯 一支酒 送咗個生菜羊腩嘅份量好多 俾我哋想像中多🤣 仲有啲馬蹄枝竹冬菇🙈 因為佢個羊腩汁嘅味道已經好足夠 我哋都好少點佢個腐乳醬🙈最後根本食唔晒 拎左一半返屋企🤣
