To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天带家人去吃早饭， 牛油果给了很小的一个， 顶上被挖去一块，估计是已经黑了。牛扒非常非常薄的一片， 肯定不到6oz， 我要的medium，结果是全熟，还带着腥味， 弄成这样是真的神奇， 连美心的早餐牛扒都不如。 Pancake是薄薄的，硬的， 而且是甜的发假。 服务员说抱歉pancake是厂商供应的。这家应该退出市场了，品质已经下降到如此地步。Went to breakfast with a family member in the morning, avocado was small and apparently missing some parts due to cut off blackened parts. Steak was a very small thin piece, asked for medium came out well done and smelled like stinky fish. Pancake was hard, thin, fake sweet. Waitress said it’s premade from outside suppliers.
