朋友推薦西環既印度餐廳所以就晚餐黎試下。店員都係印度人,感覺似係家族餐廳應該幾正宗就坐低左。入到餐廳一種獨特的氛圍和環境所包圍。印度餐廳通常以豐富多彩既裝飾同細緻細節為特色。另外牆上仲掛滿印度傳統藝術品,令我地充分感受到印度文化既魅力。本身對印度菜名完全唔熟悉又唔知有咩好食,所以決定跟隔離枱叫。首先有免費前菜脆餅配薄荷醬殺人份量唔係好多但都唔錯。🍗Chicken Tikka $98烤雞塊煮得啱啱好,外皮炭燒香脆,內裡肉質嫩滑多汁,雞肉都好入味,用印度香料醃製。配埋生菜絲帶清爽感覺令味道更加平衡。🥘Butter Chicken $98係印度其中一個最為有名既菜色。用大量香料醃製雞肉,印度牛油,酸奶同大量蔬菜作為醬汁材料。咖喱係唔辣既所以好適合唔食得辣既我。醬料食落一種醇厚的奶油味道,與番茄的酸甜融合,而且雞肉好細嫩入味會有食唔停既感覺。無論你咪印度菜愛好者定係第一次嘗試,Butter Chicken絕對值得一試。🫓Garlic Naan $35餅身柔軟、口感蓬鬆,還有一層薄薄的蒜味醬汁均勻地塗抹在上面。咖喱最適合配白飯或印度烤餅,而我地點左烤餅一齊食,呢個組合簡直係完美。🥭Mango Lassi $38Mango Lassi主要用芒果為主要成分,加入酸奶和少許冰塊混合攪拌而成。呢杯飲品口感好柔滑,酸奶既質地令佢更加濃郁滋潤,而且佢既口感令人有d上癮。好適合食熱辣辣印度咖喱既時候飲一杯可以即刻解開辣。呢杯Mango Lassi絕對是夏日必嚐的美味之選。總括因為我地坐個位對著風口,食物好快就吹凍左無咁好食。 但係整體食物全部味道都唔錯,而且坐位闊落,店員都有禮,值得一試。 continue reading

見餐廳門口寫住正宗印度菜,lunch set價錢又唔系好貴,就入左去試試。《芝士波菜配烤包》(Saag Paneer) $98呢個系經典嘅印度素菜,波菜再加洋蔥、香料等打成蓉,食落唔會太草青味,亦唔會太heavy,加埋超淡味嘅印式芝士,增加口感。佢哋嘅naan,烤得好軟熟,而且唔油,用黎點芝士波菜真系一流!《串燒雞咖哩配烤包》(Chicken Tikka Masala) $98印度嘅燒雞一向偏乾,但每塊雞肉配埋Masala醬汁,就變得好惹味,Masala醬汁濃郁又香,辣辣地,配上埋naan一齊食真係絕配!深井咖哩寶嘅印度菜正唔正宗,我就唔太知道,因為無去過印度。不過餐廳嘅芝士波菜同串燒雞咖哩味道唔錯,份量多,而且唔油,食完唔會濟住濟住,而且環境舒適,位置闊落。 continue reading
