To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 幾個月前試過發現味道唔錯,之前亦有寫過食評,今晚又來到上環,專程再來。今晚真係超有驚喜。開始㸃了火腿芒果卷,蟹餅及椰青沙律,很開胃。今次點了雞尾酒,很清新。之後再點了龍蝦尾和炒金邊粉。龍蝦尾真的超有驚喜,比上次大了足足一半,味道依然非常好,其實食完已經有些飽,原本想將金邊粉打包,但試了少少便將整碟食清😅。3個人都食得很飽,一個還是台灣過來的,明天便要走,他跟我說這餐飯是他在香港的一個完美句號。我亦希望下次再來是水準可以保持。

『意大利火腿芒果卷』,傳統都係用哈密瓜,哩度用澳洲芒果,都真係幾特別,可以試下。

最後推介 signature cocktail,名叫咩唔記得,係有六杯Shot,杯沿有唔辣嘅辣椒粉,飲落辣辣哋,幾過癮。

最近好多儲分apps都有優惠,咁有2個apps都見到這間離公司不遠的餐館,就來試試了~點了招牌鹹蛋黃泰炒金邊粉,賣相100分😍~ 蝦非常爽口彈牙,味道不錯👍🏻而兩邊碟邊分別放辣椒香料和花生碎,喜歡就混在一起食,吃不到辣也就讓不喜歡的料留在碟邊,挺貼心的~ 但我聞到應該是用蝦醬之類炒的,如果不喜歡蝦醬味要留意選其他食物~ apps儲的分是從商戶中賺取的,所以apps支付的餐飲是正價的,餐館門口的特價餐牌是不能與apps的優惠同時使用,最後放棄apps優惠,轉用中午套餐的優惠而加点了碟豆花梳打及芒果糯米飯帶回公司食~ 碟豆花的紫色真的好靚🥰 聽老闆娘說是自家煲及美顏的😄 糖水是另上的,淡淡的青擰味很解渴,不想肥就可以不加糖水~ 細細份芒果糯米飯做飯後甜品也剛剛好,芒果甜而不膩~ 餐牌中的外賣也超值,遲些有機會再試~

Had a great first time experience here!Was warmly greeted by the owner, she was super cool and friendly, lovely to chat with! Wasn’t planning on eating but the olace just felt to comfortable so I ordered their tenderloin steak from their lunch menu, totally good price and good portion, tasted great too! I would definitely come back again to try different things!

一上枱,已經香氣撲鼻!
 配料包括:菠蘿粒、迷你帶子粒、蝦肉、臘腸絲...等;以辣椒粒及黑椒粒提味,惹味得來微辣,色香味俱全!
