我在早上的時候都特別掛念咖啡的， 因為早晨起來都要開始準備一天的時間安排和處理工作壓力等， 一杯美味的咖啡絕對可以幫助我們更多的力量面對一天的挑戰！而行經九龍灣有間新開咖啡店便在地鐵站附近的eastmark 的地鋪對我來說十分之方便啊！見客前到這鋪叫一杯喜愛的咖啡，精神狀態馬上回復返，可站在旁邊有三張高枱憐慢慢飲，也可拿走方便飲呢！店員今天介紹的呢杯咖啡味道奶香濃一點，使咖啡更滑了！Coco Expresso

After we ate lunch,my friend brought me to drink coffee,we went to kowloon bay station and walk to the coffee restaurant called coco espresso,it was in the small shopping mall,we ordered one small hot flat white,the flower drawing was very impressive,it looked like a bird,and it was beautiful,thd taste of coffee was nice.Another one was hand drip coffee hot one,the staff made it after customer order and it taste like a little bit sour.If there could have some chair let the customer sit in there

Coco Espresso finally opened its first branch in Kowloon. The location was The Eastmark, Kowloon Bay. The shop decoration style is special and full of creativity. My colleagues and I selected Doppio Ristretto Flat White and Dirty respectively.The difference between Doppio Ristretto Flat White and ordinary Flat White is that Doppio Ristretto is an espresso with a restricted flow rate. 昨日聽講coco espresso在九龍灣開左間新店，其實平時我都覺得呢個品牌好有水準所以就去朝聖一下。去到覺得依然係一間好有時代感嘅咖啡店。當日客人唔係好多，我叫杯Dirty來飲。這杯咖啡口感比較豐富，咖啡豆味道相對balance又唔會給牛奶味蓋過。如果大家留意開，都知Dirty係我嘅喜愛。因為唔會有冰去沖淡成杯咖啡嘅整體味道，別有一番風味。無論工作幾忙，都要俾自己休息下，如果你在九龍灣未找到心儀咖啡店，不妨一試！

Let's take a break ! 來到下午茶時間想放鬆一下，飲杯咖啡☕提提神是個不錯的選擇。這次去了位於九龍灣 The EastMark 新開的Coco Espress☕，只需在德福廣場平台向馬會方向的天橋行下去，再下個樓梯就會看到。店舖環境不算太大，只能提供幾張立飲的位置。環境裝修重工業風格🙈，還有一個特別的打卡位置。以水泥牆上寫著咖啡的種類，用來打卡確實不錯📸。💥Caffe Mocha (Large Size) HKD$43，選擇即場飲會用瓦杯裝，很喜歡咖啡有美美的心型拉花❤。咖啡味道香濃，朱古力味不算太重，沒有蓋過咖啡的味道。💥Cold Brew Coffee (Beer Size) HKD$52，以冷泡咖啡的濃度會比一般咖啡高，所以咖啡味道會更為濃郁。製作工夫較費時，咖啡味道濃郁帶點酸，感覺挻特別的。

Chilling timeWho doesn't need a coffee break做野做得耐都想有個coffee break, 九龍灣開左新coffee shop，係正公司樓下，就一定要試下啦，估唔到仲有位可以坐下傾下計去完澳洲之後飲親都係Flat White ，因為質感同latte 唔同，質感重較順滑我地仲嗌左杯Doppio Ristretto Flat White市面上好少可有Ristretto，至於咩係Ristretto呢，Ristretto可以被喻為“Espresso”既細佬，其實係萃取標準濃縮咖啡時僅萃取前段，所使用的咖啡粉與研磨度可參照標準濃縮咖啡的做法，但是將萃取時間掐到15-20秒左右，咁意味住你所得到的這杯濃縮咖啡容量會比標準濃縮更加少量。Ristretto相比Espresso口感更加濃郁和醇厚，餘韻也會來得更加爆炸。而今次呢杯Doppio Ristretto 意思係double 咁解，飲得出同上面嗌左普通Flat white 即時有分別，大家可以一試👍🏻CoCo Espresso (九龍灣)九龍灣常悅道21號The Eastmark地下4號舖

早前已有5間分店嘅CoCo Espresso，九龍灣Grand Open後開咗第6間分店區內又多一間良心店，多一個歎啡好地方呢間係Takeaway Coffee，mainly係Espresso、Hand Drip價錢一般同starbucks/pacific coffee差唔多，都係30幾蚊不過自己今次見到Nitro Coffee就想飲返吓聽聞仲有以Tap Cold Brew為新概念炮製coffee beans，味道更原始更origin只係indoor no seats，只得喺少量高枱俾我哋擺杯coffee，邊飲邊擺上instagram先揀一杯Hand Drip $60coffee味道傳統，幾fresh，店員提到有2種coffee beans可擇嘗試咗Ethiopa Guji嘅Washed水洗咖啡豆Hand Drip萃取後感覺好清，好smooth，入口偏酸，好彩唔係尖酸味係咖啡原始味道，唔係烘焙好勁嘅咖啡味咖啡帶甘香味，唔算太苦澀，咖啡僅略略醇厚，餘香唔算太long lasting另一杯比較推介嘅係Nitro Coffee $58，即氮氣咖啡亦被稱為Nitro Cold Brew，係近年

係九龍灣呢個地方，有時又唔係話好多選擇。因為避雨，行左入黎，先知原來呢度開左一間咖啡店，正，剛好有mode想飲咖啡。個裝修幾特別，好石屎feel，但又帶一點線條。而我個人幾喜歡係牆上嘅字，型得黎打卡做背景都唔錯。入面又以金銀相對，亦配合佢地咖啡袋上嘅label。有small或large size，我要左small無錯，又係肥威，38元，夠哂香，令我諗起好耐之前係鰂魚涌分店飲個杯感覺相似，唔錯唔錯，九龍灣開下咖啡店都係好。

Lunch time 前想要飲返杯coffee❤️所以搵左呢間coffee 黎飲飲🥳兩個人就可以試兩杯啡😁一個飲黑啡，一個就飲奶啡🥰一個叫左cold brew 一個就飲佢地嘅 Doppio Ristretto Flat white！！個cold brew 佢係用啤酒樽裝住嘅😍😍勁特別！！！佢嘅豆係Ethiopia guji !個樽都係凍嘅！仲可以保存得耐啲個凍☺️而另一杯就係奶啡，對比起其他間嘅flat white佢會係偏重咖啡味，會濃啲！拉花圖案係海馬🥰整體黎講係一間好正嘅coffee shop❤️想試埋佢地其他分店！

Coco Expresso終於進駐九龍灣啦！雖然九龍灣分店冇食物，不過咖啡已經令我好滿足😘餐廳主打飲品外賣服務，所以只有三張高枱。裝潢極具風格，尤其係門口呢一幅牆，餐廳用rock&roll嘅字體寫上餐廳提供嘅飲品名稱。我見餐廳擺放一排酒樽，以為coco expresso買埋酒類飲品，望真啲先發覺係Cold Brew Coffee🤣，酒樽配咖啡相當型格。- Nitro Coffee係近年新興咖啡種類，即係Cold brew同Nitrogen既結合，口感變得好似黑啤咁順滑。咖啡豆方面可以選擇house blend或Ethiopia，前者比較fruity。- Dirty 下面係凍鮮奶，上面係熱辣辣既espresso，形成兩種層次。職員建議唔洗攪勻直接飲，咖啡同鮮奶係口中慢慢融合，冷熱交替。

Rainy day in Kowloon BayEnjoy the Dirty coffee with ice Mocca at coco espresso Kowloon bay.Dirty coffee is cold milk with a shot of hot espresso, no need to blend before drink, cold milk and hot coffee mix in mouth , just like the rain outside, special feeling but not bad. The ice caffe Mocha seems need to have more coco powder to enrich the taste, life is tough, the Mocha is bitter.
