我對泰國菜一直都情有獨鍾,嗰種香辣嘅滋味,總係令人食完之後仲想再添一碗。最近我收到風,話有一間西營盤嘅泰國菜餐廳,主打正宗泰國風味,而且用料新鮮,味道獨特,於是就決定去試吓。呢間店嘅裝修充滿泰國特色,牆上掛住色彩繽紛嘅泰國畫,空氣中瀰漫住陣陣香料嘅香味,令人感覺好似置身泰國一樣。一坐低,侍應就遞上餐牌,上面嘅菜式琳琅滿目,除咗傳統嘅泰國菜之外,仲有唔少創新嘅菜式,真係令人眼花繚亂。我最終決定試吓佢哋嘅招牌菜:泰式蝦炒金邊粉。😋**泰式蝦炒金邊粉**呢碟泰式蝦炒金邊粉一上枱,就聞到陣陣香辣嘅泰式香料味,金邊粉呈金黃色,上面鋪滿咗幾隻碩大嘅鮮蝦,仲有少少辣椒、蔥花同埋香菜點綴。我迫不及待咁拿起筷子,夾咗一箸金邊粉,入口即刻感受到金邊粉嘅爽滑,而且吸滿咗香辣嘅醬汁,真係令人回味無窮。醬汁嘅香辣味唔係單純嘅辣,而係加入咗泰式香料嘅香味,例如香茅、薑、蒜等等,令到醬汁更加豐富。鮮蝦肉質鮮嫩,彈牙爽口,而且份量十足,絕對可以滿足到愛食海鮮嘅朋友。🦐椰子樹泰國料理 (西環)西環西營盤英華臺1-6號華輝閣地下2-3號舖 continue reading

餐廳空間不算太大,但比較清潔衛生;食物質素都很好,我點了一款蝦膏炒飯,它都不算太重蝦膏味,蝦都算大隻同算肉質比較滑,而且算是大碟同飯量都適量,蕃茄都比較好食,大致上各種味道算是屬於中上級。下次可以試另一款的菜餚。 continue reading

一直都好鍾意食呢間嘅泰國菜,佢哋嘅價錢好實惠,嘢食又好有鑊氣。次次一定會嗌嘅就係佢哋嘅冬陰功湯, 80幾蚊就有一大兜,同埋好足了。冬天嚟飲真係啱晒。我都好鍾意佢哋嘅燒豬頸肉,配上佢哋特製嘅酸辣醬汁,超級惹味。今次仲試咗佢哋嘅生菜肉碎,份量好大,好香好辣。甜品就嗌咗佢哋嘅芒果糯米飯,芒果10分新鮮,糯米好大嚿,好抵食呀! continue reading

雖然我係中環返工,但係午膳時間我鍾意坐地鐵周圍食,今日就去咗西營盤站,睇吓有啲咩野好食😅沿住C出口去高街方向,見到呢間泰式餐廳,侍應都似係泰國人,咁我就入去試下正宗泰菜先💃🏼午市套餐都有好多選擇,最後我擇左:- 炒金邊粉 $68- 炸蝦餅 $28- 泰式奶茶 $3泰式奶茶對我嚟講有啲甜,不過我知道呢個係泰式奶茶嘅特色。金邊粉超好食,好足料👍🏻可惜炸蝦餅就有啲失望,唔係太彈牙同無咩蝦味。埋單$104,都ok呀。 continue reading

差!差!差!重要嘅事情講三次午市時段店裏只有兩台客,心想可能只是落雨關係,見那兩台客均有叫豬頸肉飯,應該好食,於是亦叫了豬頸肉飯,另加青咖喱牛肉飯,飲品係泰式咖啡及泰式奶茶。結果難食到爆:咖啡冇咖啡味泰式奶茶甜到嘔🤮(仲要加$ 8)豬頸肉飯好普通,冇一般外面食店嘅炭燒香味最離譜係青咖喱牛肉飯,啲牛肉全部係根位,咬極都食唔到,吞唔落,亦冇牛味,會以為自己咬緊塊膠,仲要全部牛肉都係咁!同服務員反映,佢回:係咩?!就走咗去,連唔好意思都冇講🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬原來多人叫嘅豬頸肉,只係一般冇咁伏!作為一個正常嘅香港人,經常在外面吃飯(香港咁多泰國餐館)常年去日,台,泰旅行嘅人,真係第一次食到咁難食嘅泰餐,仲要呢間餐廳全部都係泰國員工,真係奇觀! continue reading
