某日經過冇野做，　朋友推介一齊上去ＨＥＡ＜　我好少飲咖啡，　只係跟風上去，　不過月意想不到既驚喜裏面裝修好別出心裁，　好似一個家庭式既ＣＡＦＥ　甘，　令你感覺上可以好優閒甘休息。叫左一杯LATTE拉花好靚,睇得出 整咖啡既人好有心機, 味道聞落去好香好有咖啡味, 同平時超市既咖啡粉冇得比飲落味道比較濕潤, 比想像中甜, 奶味都比較濃, 係我鍾意嗰類會再黎試

When we got there, we were so sweated coz of the very hot weather and it started to rain outside and unfortunately, all the seats were occupied. 在這座步伐急速的城市，時間總像是抓不住。每天都總是要被迫著走、迫著跑，咖啡時光都只能是用來充充電，喝罷又回到生活的急流中。誰又有空閒細味當中的細節？Coffee Assembly對咖啡一絲不苟的態度，教你如何放鬆欣賞。Coffee Assembly是銅鑼灣Cafe Corridor的姊妹店。與Corridor的喧鬧繁忙不同，Coffee Assembly寧靜緩慢的節奏更適合談天、工作、休息(放空!)，貫徹其中文名「咖啡會館」的意義。小店位於中環伊利近街的一個小閣樓，簡約裝修，沙發茶几，有像家的親切感覺。店中唯一的店員在吧枱後忙碌著。點了兩杯Latte，然後談東論西靜靜等候，等了好一會店員才端上咖啡，口中連連道歉，因為今天人客較多所以沖調需時。由咖啡上美麗的拉花，你會發現雖然店務繁忙，可店員卻是一絲不苟的做好每杯咖啡，慢工出細貨；這令我更能細嚐咖啡的奶泡、奶及咖啡的每個細節。Coffee Assembly除了咖啡好喝，也給予了一個安靜舒適的空間人客重新注意及細味生活。Couple們可以來好好享受下午喔！

星期六的一個下午， 中環下著毛毛細， 陰天， 氣溫有點冷。 我獨過兒尋找這間評價不錯的咖啡店。 在蘇豪區不斷穿梭， 終於找到了她。一踏進咖啡會館便感到異常溫暖， 老闆娘非常親切地叫我隨便坐下， 眼看位置不多， 整店約有15個座位都差不多坐得滿滿，那我只好坐在高林櫈近bar檯位置。 不久後，我便買了一杯flat white 及一件banana muffin。 原本來到還以為有其他輕食， 後來翻看食評才知道她們已沒有提供了。 由於店內只有老闆娘一人， 所以食物和飲料的速度較慢，加上banana muffin 是即叫即整， 若大家趕時間便不要到這裡了！ 雖然等候了多時，但當你看見那杯漂亮的拉花咖啡和那令人會心微笑的muffin， 便將所有心急的狀況一概而消! Diz 並不是一個咖啡愛好者， 所以很難去品評咖啡的味道。 不過那孔雀造型的拉花真的令我很驚喜。香蕉鬆餅非常迎合我的口味，熱哄哄，不太甜，外脆內自鬆軟，還有哈哈笑圖案，令人感到幸福溫暖。最值得一讚是老闆娘親切誠懇的態度，使我日後必定再來這小店享受悠閒！

這個是一個我早在半年前已經想要去的地方，但最大的障礙就是於星期六，星期天，店方是只供應咖啡，而不會供應食物，偏偏我就是想要試試這裏的all day breakfast,直至有一次有半天的假期，便特別來到這裡。據知星期一跟星期二店方是6點會關門的，特地先打電話確定有沒有食物供應的，老闆娘見我遠 道而來，便答應給我炮製一分了，真感動。假如是從港鐵站來，是要經過上斜又上斜的，就當吃之前來一點運動吧。店方是位於綠葉甜品附近的一個樓上位置，座椅不多，以沙發為主，但就是很有一個家的感覺。而且老闆娘相當友善而健談。All day breakfast: 店方是由老闆娘一腳踢的，煮是她，泡咖啡也是她，招待的也是她，所以基本上她也說接近關店時間她是不會做all day breakfast的，看見老闆娘特地為我開爐製作的心意確是感動。須有心理準備製作須時約45分鐘左右。賣相可愛，有以茄汁畫上笑臉的炸薯餅，炒蛋，脆 皮腸，牛油法包，中間放的是沙律菜。 Mocha：我的Mocha上拉了一隻手工細膩的天鵝呢，雖然不再加糖甜度也是可以的，但我個人喜歡喝甜一點，那就再下半包黃糖吧。巧克力味道跟咖啡的味道是充分的平衡。

專誠尋找這家隱世咖啡店，服務卻出奇地慢，雖然店員是有用心做咖啡，味道也算不錯，但一杯coffee要等45分鐘實在難接受，味道亦不至於值得這樣久等，店員態度亦一般般only, I am not sure her numbness is due to her accent (not sure if she is a native Chinese), but I won't return ~Tried hazelnut latte, frankly speaking, the barista was really good at making latte arts~~The taste is nice but not extraordinarily good~Rich of milk and halzelnut while matching well with coffee taste~Yet, the barista said she is too busy so no food will be provided for the time-being. 走在酷熱天氣下的中環，真的叫人力竭汗湍 可是，懷着喝好咖啡的心情下，這點熱也不算什麼 ~每當推門入內，感覺就像回到家中，陣陣咖啡香迎面飄來，像對您說"歡迎回來" 午近三時，人客數位，老闆娘正在泡咖啡拉花，實在很有拍照的衝動，但看着她全神貫注地為客人製作，唯有將這份衝動轉過去拍咖啡吧 坐在我喜歡的角落，對著咖啡板想着喝什麼，發覺肚子有點餓，問問老闆娘今天有什麼精選，親切的她問想吃甜的還是咸的？下午茶的直覺告訴我還是甜的好，她推介了香蕉鬆餅(自家製)和榛子撻，於是乎，Flat white 搭上榛子撻的下午茶就誕生了 ~ 榛子撻 - 可能因冷藏關係(老闆娘提及過)，餅整體較實，尤幸表面的餅乾塊還帶點脆口，味道一般，偏甜。Flat White - 漂亮的拉花攢放於綿滑的奶泡上，咖啡的温度剛好，原底咖啡的果仁味跟香甜牛奶洽到好處的配合着，舌尖迅速被咖啡幸福地包圍 ~ 下次必定要試老闆娘自家製香蕉鬆餅 ~

話說星期一放假，同女朋友去食個午餐，諗住係openrice睇下邊度有all day breakfast食，結果就俾我搵到呢間咖啡會館，見幾得意諗住去試下喇見到呢個唔起眼既牌就知道冇去錯地方喇上咗去一樓，推門入去我以為我自己去錯左地方，一個好似人地屋企既裝修同佈置咁個感覺非常舒服，兩點鐘一枱客都冇，坐低之後好肚餓既我就問老闆娘有冇蛋包飯食?我見openrice有人話D蛋包飯好食，就試一試佢!老闆娘好客氣咁同我講返原來佢已經冇整正餐好耐，咁我就諗住算喇，既然黎到飲杯野就去第二度再食過喇個老闆娘可能知我肚餓，就話依家冇咩人不如煮個All Day Breakfast俾你食喇，之後我再叫左個Banana Muffin，個老闆娘真係好nice，有傾有講咁，加上個環境真係一流。重有一杯cappuccino都係有花，但唔知點解upload唔到出黎,正!!真係好好飲，好香咖啡味呢個唔洗講野呀，D菜又新鮮，正!!呢個正!!坐左大約個半鐘走喇，埋單先知原來不過係$170，加埋呢個環境我覺得真係唔止黎個價，我會再黎架!

之前朋友去過, 一直都好想去, 今日放假, 特登去中環飲咖啡, 地方有D難找, 終於上到去, 地方感覺很舒適, 大約有4張雙人梳化, 2張單人枱, 可容納的客人真不太多。點了2 杯Latte, 一熱一凍, 等左約20分鐘熱Latte 先到, 之後再等15分鐘, 不過冇辦法, 眼見得老闆娘one man bank 只能耐心等候嘩~~~老闆娘很有心機地續層舖上Foam, 很細滑.

星期五，下着綿綿雨....在雨中尋找傳說中的咖啡館可能下雨關係，店裡‧未有客人，老闆娘笑着說"隨便坐"，我選了靠窗的沙發坐下，好有家的感覺~點了"All day breafast" + 我最喜愛"Cappuccino，咖啡真的很好喝 ~ 謝謝咖啡會館，令我享受了一個完全放輕鬆的整個下午~我會再來 ~
