約咗朋友食晚飯慶祝生日,當晚侍應服務好好,我地叫左意大利生蝦做頭盤,另外要咗個pasta同魚,最後有個檸檬甜品,味道都不錯。不過當晚食食吓,我同朋友都覺得腸胃異常頂住咁,最後埋完單就直衝咗去廁所嘔,然後當晚返到屋企再嘔咗三次同埋發燒,朋友就肚痾。第二日聯絡咗餐廳關於呢個情況,餐廳話需要五個工作天去檢驗食物嘅衛生問題,最後用咗兩個星期先俾到答覆,就係話佢哋自己驗咗自己嘅食物冇問題,最後佢地話唔存在衛生問題。其實最令我失望係餐廳知道有客人食完飯唔舒服之後,有冇採取適當嘅措施進行消毒,或者點樣處理可能有問題嘅嗰批貨。而呢啲嘅措施,餐廳兩星期都冇回覆過我。餐廳仲要喺檢驗食物嘅結果都未出之前,諗住送個welcome drink俾我地close case🙄所以對呢間餐廳非常失望,亦都唔會再嚟。

無意中睇到呢間意大利餐廳經OpenRice訂位,午市套餐有七折, 而且坐擁維多利亞港嘅迷人景色,還有意籍廚師主理,決定一試。無論菜色、環境、服務都值得一讚,完全冇令人失望。我老公也食得好開心好滿意。

公司在海港城,最近发现这家系香港马哥孛罗酒店六楼的福布斯四星宝藏意大利菜餐厅!主厨已经服务了十年,菜品有保障,海港城的停车平台可开车抵门口,悄悄话俾你知,尼度看烟花,可避开人潮,而且是正面直对摩天轮呀! 你话视角有多正? 我跨年都同friend book咗尼度。 交通管制跟我没有关系。菜品,看照片! 服务也是没得顶,绝对是fine dining 的标准,餐厅经理绝对是Michilin 餐厅培训出来,整个escot seating,点菜,特地问了我的口味推荐pasta , 绝对是惊喜! 价格非常公道,中午也有套餐,晚餐零点不喝酒也就约五百元也可以吃得很开心。 吃贵不一定会吃,会选是关键咯!

价格非常公道,中午也有套餐,晚餐零点不喝酒也就约五百元也可以吃得很开心。
吃贵不一定会吃,会选是关键咯!

Malloreddus with Sausage, Tomato, Fennel Seed, Pecorino - the pasta is typical of Sardinia with thin ribbed shells made with semolina flour which shape helped to scoop up the pasta sauce in every bite. The tomato sauce itself with the meat coming from the sausage and pecorino cheese had a richer depth than plain tomato sauce which was nice.

Tiramisu, Coffee Ice Cream, Zabaglione, Amaretti - a mixture of these Italian classics being put together in one dessert somehow seemed forced and lost their real identities and didn’t quite work for me unfortunately. Bit disappointed.

Have to say the servers were attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were seated comfortably and even helped to take pictures of us.

The restaurant has a beautiful environment, facing the beautiful Victoria Harbour. The space is spacious and makes people feel very comfortable. The service attitude is very good. ✨ The Seared Scallop, Cauliflower in Two Versions, Beluga Caviar, Arugula Chips was a starter that delighted my taste buds with its oceanic sweetness and contrasting textures. 🌊🌿 And the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio & Fassona Beef Tartare, Parmesan Cheese Sauce, Mustard Mayonnaise, Marinated Egg Yolk, Shaved Black Truffle showcased the exceptional quality of two varieties of beef, leaving a lasting impression. 🥩🍄

🍛 The Carnaroli Risotto with Smoked Provolone Cheese, Broccoli Cream, Italian Sausage, ‘Nduja Powder was a symphony of flavors that tantalized my taste buds. The richness of the risotto combined with the smoky flavors of provolone cheese and the velvety texture of broccoli cream was simply divine! 🧀🥦

🍽️ For the main course, the Slow-cooked Pork Cheek and Glazed Eel in Yakitori Sauce, Ginger & Carrot Purée, Wasabi Chips was a culinary masterpiece that brought together the best of West-meets-East flavors. The tender pork cheek, delicate glazed eel, and bold yakitori sauce created a perfect harmony. 🐖🍢

🍨 And of course, the sweet finale was the Back to ... Sorrento, Lemon Mousse with Lemon Curd Heart. This refreshing dessert captured the essence of Sorrento with its velvety lemon mousse and luscious lemon curd. It was the perfect ending to an extraordinary dining experience! 🍋🍰
