過雪糕掌握得唔喺咁好 上到枱雪糕已溶咗五成 希望師傅可以再雪低溫啲雪糕

之後跟餐茶black tea 都唔錯

見到呢間好評都多, 諗住酒店質素唔會差得去邊就同d客食飯試下, 點知覺得中伏.....個到環境係算唔錯, 又係大玻璃配無敵大海景6位食飯安排左將大圓檯, 感覺都幾grand就試左佢個lunch menu頭盤係揀左吞拿魚他他賣相好靚...但入口....冇味既d魚又唔油又唔林咁, 感覺似雪藏野主菜係比目魚又係, 賣相係唔錯的, 但條魚真係好普通唔香、又冇咩味咁...我最後冇食晒甜品係檸檬tart雖然我知道呢種tart係會偏甜但佢真係超超超超甜, 我半身已經好食得甜我又係食左一半都冇就冇食...好失望,之後同事都話呢餐唔多好食雖然風景, 食物賣相, 侍應服務係好ok的但應該唔會再幫襯了...

Had the signature menu on Sunday for dinner. 
Excellent sunset and night views.
Suggest booking early to get the best seats next to window.

Lobster tail appetizer looks so great that you want to keep looking at it haha.
Risotto using coconut milk is innovative and reminds of curry. Lime sauce provides good lightening to the heavy coconut flavour.
The main course is where the strong flavours kicked in. Beef tenderloin is strong in flavour, goes well with the duck liver, normally would expect a milder taste in this cut of beef but it surprised pleasantly due to its Angus pedigree? Or is it due to the duck liver uplifting the flavour of the beef(someone please tell me). Beef is cooked to perfection in terms of rareness.  If there were more beetroot sauce and spreading it out would add better visual touch to it(my two cents opinion).
Each dish gets stronger in taste culminating in the beef main course, can imagine the chef's careful planning in the ordering of dishes.
Dessert plating is visually appealing as the plate is specially designed. Meringue melts your mouth. Overall, the dessert is a bit lacking in taste contrast, everything on it is sweet. Meringue, ice-cream, macaron, chestnut puree are all sweet. 

Overall, very good experience, certainly a place to revisit.

P.S. need to take more care delivering the dishes as some parts of the beautifully crafted dish got "toppled" when brought to the table.

I just tried the Sat brunch buffet and am so disappointed to the sub standard food quality. Oyster is v small. I cant taste any freshness from mussels, shrimps and other shells. Lobster is better and main courses are acceptable. Just fee choices on dessert. Under covid, restaurant still allows guests to self help taking icecream from the family size buckets, which is not satisfactory at all. Overall food quality is far from standard and I would not recommend

以前服務態度好d唔知係咪疫情關係以前服務生較成熟主要用英文為主今次換咗一d年輕服務生唔知係咪炒散工 唔夠醒目 又無咩禮貌夜晚與家人一起食飯入座後最基本的卻沒有給餐牌要叫服務生攞餐牌先識得比唔止我呢一枱無比餐牌隔離枱都無比服務生似一舊飯當晚被安排坐埋邊食客須自己行出嚟搵服務生因為唔知d服務生去晒邊可以話 絕對唔係酒店餐廳嘅質素見隔離枱食客都出聲話未見過咁無禮貌既服務生好彩食物還算可以否則真係要即場投訴希望有待改進!

因最近有食評話這餐廳週末早午餐的海鮮塔好正, 又話海鲜塔的海鮮比自助餐枱的好得多,後者質素一般. 所以昨天(June 27) 專程來試這裏的早午餐.因為海鮮塔要等,所以先從自助餐枱取食物. 首先講海鮮枱: 只有幾件切半龍蝦, 少量蝦(细細隻), 很細的螺, 及未开的蠔 (只作裝飾用.  ,).  龍蝦肉又乾又冇味. 小螺隻隻有沙, 不能吃.  青口有一大束毛, 又冇味.  小蝦冇味又林.  總之, 全部難以入口.  未開的蠔只作装飾用.  因為如果你要蠔, 他從雪柜或枱底给你兩隻而不是從枱上的蠔即开给你.至於其它食物: 火腿又乾又有渣, 是劣質貨.  其它食物主耍是沙律 及一些普通麵包.完全不講衛生: 在疫情下, 居然所有食物都沒有蓋着.由於自助餐枱上的食物太差., 所以唯有等海鮮塔.  结果等了约四十分鐘, 终於上抬.  以為海鲜會好得多, 原來只是從自助餐枱每樣執兩件给你.  質素差極, 真是氣煞! 那麽為何在餐牌上另外有一項為海鮮塔,令人以為除了自助餐枱上的,另外再给你另外的海鮮.  另上的食物應當質素較好. 但原來同是自助餐枱食物.至於服務: 服務生並不少, 但他們沒有服務.

甜品亦奇少而差.  主要只有雪羔,芝士并及淺啡色的海綿旦羔, 後者居然夠胆標示為黑森林!  其它只有一些如香蕉包及muffin,等.  旦羔切到尾指頭咁細. 只有雪羔較好.
食物質素差又誤導人, 不会再幫襯.

馬哥孛羅staycation既第二日本身就book左尋日但餐廳話星期日sunday brunch取消左就轉左今日食時間係由十一點半至到三點即係食完個早餐基本上可以無縫接住食午餐餐廳係酒店六樓除左可以搭客lift亦都可以由海港城停車場行過黎cucina雖然唔係米芝蓮餐廳不過佢係屬於另一個指標福布斯既四星餐廳之前問過係無咩dress code可以著短褲睇黎就唔算係間好fine既餐廳早午餐可以食足三個半鐘十一點半開始但我地施施然十二點先黎到基本上已經full左八九成塊玻璃有好多鎖幾特別咁book檯果時有request想要海景檯佢都有比到呢個窗邊位不過就只可以算係個半海景同埋二人圓檯算比較細張普通食set既話就完全無問題不過半自助餐就好似唔太夠位放食物淨係餐具都霸左半張檯而檯面擺位都算正正常常個裝飾好似係寬條麵黎呢個幾特別因為係半自助餐所以都有餐牌揀份主菜好可惜係無得揀紅蝦意粉既價錢就498一位連加一就千一蚊左右用唔盡酒店千三蚊credit但如果加啤酒汽水就最少都要加148又會over左所以都係普普通通乜都唔加算每人都會跟一杯野飲價位對比起其他酒店既sunday brunch應該算係最平果間自

如果連tosca都只係福布斯四星餐廳

This restaurant is listed as a Type C restaurant in the government's listing, so I booked a table for 5 people for lunch. When I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that this was indeed a Type C restaurant, but only after 10pm! Apparently, they put a sign outside the restaurant stating this fact, which is useless if you are making a booking by phone: especially since they don't tell you this information on the phone. This restaurant is listed as a Type C restaurant in the government's listing, so I booked a table for 5 people for lunch. My first course was Lobster Bisque which was acceptable. For the main course, I ordered the Mediterranean Red Shrimp, but it was disappointing because it was not very fresh. The dessert was not memorable but it was edible.

Overall, the food was so-so, the service was ok. But I was very disappointed at how they did not tell us about how their Type C mode of operation only applied after 10pm.

After finish my lunch, I went to toilet but I found that my pants was wet and sticky at the back but something. Finally I found out that the chair was wet with sticky things.
