好耐都無食過燒味飯啦,最近就去左尖沙咀鼎尚棋哥燒鵝湯館 食晚飯,仲點左餐廳招牌食物。🥢🥥椰皇燉嫩雞: 皇牌燉湯,無添加調味,店內招牌靚湯,兩個椰皇水加椰 子肉加雞所燉。遲少少嗌都賣曬🙈仲點左個椰菜瑤柱海皇湯,好鮮甜滋潤。🐦荔枝柴燒鵝飯: 聽說係千多隻鵝中挑選出最好的一百五十隻鵝乸,只選鵝乸,皮脆,內嫩,鵝香撲鼻,啖啖甘香。🐤玫瑰豉油雞油雞切雞: 雞能控制在剛好熟,最嫩滑狀態,原隻雞脾上好正👍🏻🐷秘制叉燒:肥瘦叉燒,大大碟,好足料啊!🥰

今日和honey 吃晚飯,就往位於戲曲中心的燒味燉湯餐廳。店子的裝修帶一點摩登港式風格,既有圓桌,也有卡座,坐得舒服。燒味飯套餐方面有單拼和雙拼,由$88-$188,還有二人套餐$388及四人套餐$768。今日試吓二人套餐$388脆皮燒腩仔例牌、單拼燒味例牌、郊外油菜、自選燉湯(兩盅)、白飯(兩碗)粉葛鯪魚赤小豆湯:這燉湯味道鮮美,有粉葛鯪魚的味道,雖然味道唔太濃,湯汁唔太油膩,有少少赤小豆的味道,感覺下火。花旗參燉烏雞湯:這燉湯湯汁清澈,有淡淡的花旗參味,加上烏雞的鮮甜味,幾ok的。脆皮燒腩仔例牌:這脆皮燒腩仔一口一件,燒腩仔的皮脆卜卜,腩仔半肥瘦,沾上芥末,配上腩仔的油脂和脆皮,就是好吃。燒鵝例牌:這燒鵝十分肥美,比平日棋哥燒鵝更肥,皮下有唔少鵝脂,而鵝肉嫩口,又有汁,雖然帶骨的部份唔少,燒鵝皮燒沒有太焦,燒鵝醃得入味,味道不錯。吃了肉食,要吃蔬菜平衡一下。油菜是白灼菜心,菜心沒有太老身,清清地。這一天的燉湯晚飯是ok的,但性價比唔高。

叫咗叉燒同埋燒腩仔,味道中上,即係話同好啲嘅茶餐廳又或者燒臘檔差唔多。但打出鼎爺個名,我就期待應該有驚喜,好失望。但價錢絕對唔平,每個人成$200 。我差少少算係合格,但你唔好奢望半肥瘦。燒腩仔比較好。我哋每人加$10轉做湯米粉,但啲味精多到不得了,米粉嘅味道同福字即食米粉一樣。我哋食完飯一個鐘之後都仲有味精味,頂唔順,睇表演中場休息就已經要走出去買嘢飲。重頭戲係個燉湯,算係合格,冇驚喜,坊間好多燉湯都係咁樣。同埋你千祈唔好將阿媽屋企嗰啲同佢比,阿媽嗰啲湯濃好多。我哋係叫最貴嗰隻天麻,碗湯有雞湯味,但冇乜藥材味。雖然收中菜館價,個環境就係一個茶餐廳,仲好意思加一服務費,全程連杯茶都冇。如果唔係因為趕時間去戲曲中心睇戲,我會建議大家去第二度食。

在平日的星期二,選擇了在公司附近的戲曲中心吃個午餐。之前已嘗過點心,今次決定試試這間主打燒味的餐廳。餐廳環境舒適,佈置不錯,還不斷播放6、70年代粵語歌,挺有氣氛😆餐廳不大,座位有限,但可能是平日關係,午市也無需等位。和朋友兩個女孩子,點了二人套餐。有兩盅燉湯、兩個白飯、油菜、例牌燒腩仔和燒鵝各一份。餸菜份量對女士來說很足夠;如果燒味是這裡的主打,我覺得燉湯就更出色,滿滿一盅,很滿足!價錢雖不算便宜,但偶爾一次也不錯。
