是晚睇演唱會,見天氣涼涼地便想打邊爐,朋友一直大讚大紅袍好好食,於是一早訂了位諗住大快朵頤...湯底:我們選了火焰清酒醉甲鍋,幾有gimmick, 影相一流!料頗足、價錢亦不貴;可是酒味太搶,令之後有些食物只食到酒味。食物: 安格斯牛頸脊是失望中的失望,從未食過咁肥的脊肉,而且無乜肉味....其實之前已見有comment寫過不要點牛脊肉,心想可能偶然失手吧⋯真抵死!😓黑松露水餃:食一、兩隻OK, 兩個人share一碟就太膩了,而且食落有點乾。蟶子:肥美但無乜海鮮味。其他食物:最好味是嚮鈴和粟米!服務: 侍應們態度友善,但並不主動。雖然時間早客不多,但我們的湯差不多全乾了亦沒有加湯,或收食完的碟...可是見他們幫客人拍照是頗為落力的。是次用餐經驗一般,可能朋友說得太好,太有期待之下結果頗為失望。其實這個價錢有很多其他選擇,但一試無妨。

現在香港的火鍋店多不勝數,有任食的也有單點的,但以好味來形容的火鍋店卻是寥寥可數,今日這一間是我非常推薦的火鍋店,大紅袍火鍋店,這間火鍋店雖說有幾間分店但每次必須要訂座才有位置,而且每次訂座都需要分兩段時間,大約每節兩小時這個火焰煲是我認為最好食的,湯底也非常吸引,而且蜆肉也非常新鮮肥牛刺身配啤酒最好食不過,味道也特別丸的種類也很多,而且全部手打自製味道更勝來到火鍋店又怎能不叫生蠔味道一流而且服務不錯,很適合一家大細到來享用而且食物新鮮特別是海鮮類,但請緊記每次來食都提早訂坐以免錯過機會

好耐都無打邊爐啦,之前聽朋友介紹呢間大紅袍好好味,於是就淰住去試下啦。好彩提前一個星期book位,星期六夜晚九點去到都好full。湯底要左朋友推介的火焰清酒醉甲鍋,再叫左頂級安格斯牛頸脊,冰豆腐,西班牙豬肉,墨魚滑,鬼馬蝦膠,黑松露水餃。我地等左起碼15分鐘個鍋先到,餐前小食已經比我地食曬。鍋底材料都幾足,有花甲,冬瓜粒,洋蔥,同牛肉粒。店員會幫忙燒一燒個鍋先,再加湯落去煮。我地每人飲左兩碗湯,個湯唔錯,不過我略嫌酒味太重,但朋友覺得ok。安格斯牛頸脊有d失望,無麼牛味之餘仲有d鞋。鬼馬蝦膠真係唔錯,放落湯度浸一分鐘左右就食得,仲好脆。黑松露水餃個黑松露味堅勁,不過有d膩,每人兩粒就夠曬啦。墨魚滑都有d失望,墨魚味不重,也不算彈牙。冰豆腐好正,索曬個湯底,好好味。總括而言呢餐尚算唔錯。不過貴左d,兩個人食左840蚊,服務態度幾好,但食物質量有待改善。

As it was my first time, I was not sure about the serving size and was taken aback with the huge serving (which is good if you are going with a big group). 其他仲點了竹笙HKD62,都幾大片,加上好多丸,滑等......仲有好多菜......

整體而言,所有食物都好新鮮,有點名字都好特別,只是個別有點失色,但湯底屬中價,份量亦大,值得再來,唯獨有點美中不足,沒有點其主打湯底,及時間不夠,未能點海鮮細味,下次要找朋友來嚐嚐!

另一大紅袍特別食品就係鬼馬蝦膠,佢係油炸鬼同蝦膠組成。上面嘅蝦膠都好彈牙,而油炸鬼仲係特別抽走晒水份,就唔會一落就淋晒,好細心,口感豐富。

我哋仲叫咗西洋菜、花枝片、桂花蚌、三色餃、鮮魷!真係好飽飽!我哋兩個真係誠意推介,雖則埋單要$1,300,但係好味嘅嘢不妨試一次!
