我真真正正放暑假了,暫時不用幫學生補習,不用溫書,是時候到我享受一下!這個星期日和媽媽來Dabyida歎個brunch!餐廳有個很大的bar area,晚上可以跟朋友飲杯,不過我們這次是來吃brunch,所以還是focus自助區多點!看看menu,先揀定main course,我選了西班牙黑毛豬配藍啤梨燒汁。自助區當然少不了有沙律菜,各款的沙律醬,麵包粒和煙肉碎!另外還有冷盤,各類凍肉如Parma ham,生牛肉,火腿和辣肉腸等等。還有不同的芝士,很豐富呢!主菜來到了,大大份的黑毛豬,一切下,竟然十分稔,肉質不會鞋口,藍啤梨燒汁帶有果香,更能帶出毛豬肉香。配菜薯角也不錯!Brunch還有一杯餐飲。最後,當然要在自助區拿甜品,吃件cake和馬卡龍,就十分滿足了!蛋糕的賣相也很精緻,很吸引!味道也不錯呢!就這樣,跟媽媽過了一個寫意的中午!

兩個人妻難得一齊放閒日一早已相約要去搵個bruch食去到心儀餐廳先發覺佢無開,勁失望一於係附近行下逛下睇下有咩心水餐廳咩心意行過見到呢間餐廳環境好似幾好,裝修唔錯,就決定唔搵啦,一於就呢間啦。下午差唔多兩點鐘,無咩人,全餐廳得兩台客安排我地坐係近窗邊既卡位唔錯,幾舒服Order好野食,大概十分鐘左右就開始上菜速度算好快下先黎凍盤巴拿馬火腿有木香味,好食沙樂美腸唔會太咸鮮帶子忌廉繪飯意大利米口感較硬,醬汁味濃,帶子鮮甜,好食豬手咸味適中,上面既黑醋配搭一齊食減少左豬手既油膩感,好醒胃跟豬手黎既配菜Pizza不過不失,無咩咁特別餐廳坐得好舒服,侍應有禮貌播著輕音樂,同好友傾偈說笑,放鬆左心情再返現實打拼過

自從轉了到尖沙咀上班,在這區Dinner的次數大增,近水樓臺,況且尖沙咁區有大量美食。今天去位於棉登徑的Dabyida:- Sauvignon Blanc ($280/bottle): 最入門而又最常作House Wine得一款酒,口感Dry,香草味濃,帶微微柑橘果香,非常易入口。意大利水牛芝士伴香草蕃茄($108): 雖然整件水牛芝士吃有點膩,但配上白酒卻是非常的match,一口芝士一口白酒,何其享受。水牛芝士常出現於意大利及法國菜中,質感非常幼滑,奶味香濃,芝士味較柔和,基本上配蕃茄是絕配。藏紅蟹肉海膽意大利飯($218): 估計是以南瓜忌廉打汁煮意大利飯,質感creamy幼滑,Risotto煙韌有咬勁,不錯。on top的海膽鮮甜可口,蟹肉作陪襯。燒頂級牛柳配藍啤梨燒汁($298): Prime級的牛柳最多只好點medium,overcook會破壞整體味道。此牛柳相當高質,即使內裡澄紅色,但吃起來竟非常鮮香,牛味濃郁突出,好食。唯一建議增加少量薯菜。
