下庄普遍我都覺得比較肥少少,鍾意食油香嘅話或者鍾意食脾,但係我全家都鍾意食骨位,味道香濃同埋食得到醃料嘅香味,同埋好似我所講,佢嘅皮係帶有果木香,所以揀冇咁肥嘅位置連皮食都冇咁罪惡感😝

這個港式漢堡大大個,麵包搽上牛油再經過烘香,最後加上這裡的叉燒,蛋和芝士,吃起來叉燒味非常突出,又帶點芝士香,挺特別的。

前排經過呢間餐廳順便買外賣返去食。燒味單拼粉麵飯,有叉燒、燒肉、燒排骨、燒鴨、貴妃雞、玫瑰豉油雞或乳豬。叉燒肥瘦均勻,肉味突出、乳豬酥香嫩滑,無論係配飯同麵都夾。下午茶有小食供應。炸雞翼、炸雞脾、吉列豬扒,全部炸至酥脆可口,乾身唔油膩,配上沙律,十分開胃。大少潛艇夾住半肥瘦叉燒,包皮鬆軟,令人一試難忘。另外有法蘭西多士,邪惡之選,金黃色,醬汁夠多。雙拼三文治可以要火腿/炒蛋/ 鹹牛肉 /午餐肉/芝士、包皮鬆軟,鹹香口味,good。

這間位於大埔的【大少燒味茶餐廳】,主打多款燒味,全部都當天新鮮即燒即做,主打乳豬燒鵝等,人多可以斬料返屋企加餸,自己一個又可以買個單雙併燒味飯,另外還有幾款特色下午茶及小食,價錢合理。大少潛艇半肥瘦叉燒、煎蛋及半溶芝士,新鮮即叫即做,熱狗包烘至香脆。叉燒叉燒是半肥瘦,醃得入味,加上燒至表面帶陣陣焦香,蜜糖甜味更有層次,送飯一流。燒腩仔燒腩每日新鮮燒起,皮脆肉嫩,用了半肥瘦的腩肉部份,入口有陣陣肉香且不會太油膩。豉油雞飯豉油雞十分入味,而且保持雞肉嫩滑,雖然是單併飯,但份量十足。
