To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自己算是經營過餐飲,也明白連鎖店的員工們都是打工仔女,多少點體諒,一向沒有寫食評批評的習慣,這間燉奶佬可是讓我破了戒,特意把帳號找出來,不吐不快。過往幾年我也時不時到這裡吃午餐,多數叫的就是叉燒炒蛋、蔥油豬扒的套餐,不是什麼麻煩的菜色,也不求驚喜,就求菜飯調味正常,有個熱的老火湯便可。餐廳每隔一段時間會調整菜單,加價對應通脹,也不是不能理解。畢竟很多餐廳不想為了省錢就把品質做壞,所以我很接受餐廳為了保持品質加價的。燉奶佬可倒好,這次去到一看,同樣的套餐要65,更貴了。老火湯直接取消,另一種羅宋湯還有,但是不給選,選擇只剩沙律一樣,我當他是把整個中湯系列取消來節省成本,不喜歡,也可以體諒吧。這叉燒炒蛋實在是讓人無法接受:調味極淡,這部分我有一點猜測,下述。叉燒本身不好、乾硬,算是常見的缺點,不多展述了。叉燒放的少,這還已經加價減量了,我也不多說了。這炒蛋的部分才讓人驚訝:叉燒炒蛋—他居然連蛋都捨不得用?這道家常菜材料很簡單,能做出什麼效果也不會有什麼大差別,無非是蛋、水、奶比例對不對,炒的時間會否太久,也就是蛋滑不滑這回事。而他家的炒蛋居然是呈半漿狀的——在什麼地方你會吃到這樣的口感呢?咬開章魚小丸子的時候。換句話說,他家做的叉燒炒蛋,很可能是蛋裡直接摻相當比例的粉漿,才會出現這種漿狀、能結塊但不滑的炒蛋。在本應由叉燒、蛋、水、奶組合中加入了粉漿,又不去調整調味,出品自然是欠缺香味且極淡的。65元的套餐是不是連蛋都給不起呢?無非就是簡化生產流程,省錢省時間,試探一下食客的底線,賺到盡。作為一家連鎖餐廳,我不認為這種種變化是員工個人的行為,也不覺得我這樣講幾句會對他們的行為有什麼影響,會光顧他們的人也不見得會看食評。大部分的食客是沉默的,是沒有什麼選擇的,站在宏觀經營的角度,只要我省下來的成本比客戶流失的損失多,那我就沒任何的顧慮——反正都有人食,肯定要賺錢賺到盡。不知道你食不食,反正我不了。 continue reading

叫咗個瑞士汁雞髀撈一丁,雞髀同個面都好乾,唔知點解會有食切雞飯嘅一撮葱粒,請侍應攞多少少瑞士汁,佢話佢哋係冇瑞士汁嘅,指住另外一碗湯,示意我哋食撈麵加呢碗味精湯,我哋都冇為意佢拎咗個湯過嚟,呢個又係好奇怪,突然以為自己食雲吞撈麵,幾經辛苦,同佢講我哋叫瑞士汁雞髀又點會冇瑞士汁,佢都堅持只有豉油,我哋話總之要返個雞髀汁啦!第二碟叫咗個芙蓉蛋飯,個飯又係乾爭爭,其實都唔好意思再攞甜豉油汁,但係食咗一陣間真係覺得好難食,於是乎又請第二個侍應俾啲甜豉油汁,點知個豉油係一啲味都冇🤢,總結,唔會有下次! continue reading

平時較少幫襯呢間餐廳,覺得食物多肉、偏油膩,啱中學生和中年男人多啲。不過今日就偏偏想食肉!睇menu見到“麻辣湯底”四個字,好耐冇食麻辣了,立即勾起當年去成都5日食咗5餐火鍋嘅任性日子。一於叫香煎雞扒湯米線加麻辣湯底。為咗應戰麻辣,將必點嘅熱奶茶轉為凍奶茶,可以降火。麻辣湯米線賣相好吸引,湯底火紅火辣,雞扒切得整齊,仲有有豆腐卜、酸菜等,好期待。第一啖當然係飲湯……等等,咪就係超市都買到嘅麻辣火鍋味道?立即扁嘴,但唸深一層,呢間乜都有得食嘅茶餐廳,又點會花幾個鐘時間去熬麻辣湯底?食落,麻辣湯米線味道其實都OK,有辣味,仲有淡淡甜味,不過就少咗啲麻味。雞扒肉質和味道還可以,但好似煮熟放咗好耐嘅感覺。今次食麻辣有兩個唔小心:**唔記得留番豆腐卜最後先食,豆腐卜吸收麻辣味道先絕。**錯點咗凍奶茶,食麻辣應該飲可樂先爽。 continue reading

住在天水圍區選擇不多 燉奶佬出品算ok 係奶茶有時會比較苦 還有熱飲杯如果換番普通玻璃或瓦杯感覺上會更好以一杯精品咖啡既價錢可以食個朱扒/雞扒早餐 有蛋有餐肉/火腿/腸仔 有餐包連冷熱飲品 食物對得住價錢另外也有湯粉麵選擇疫情期間 座位距離ok 不會勉強陌生顧客對坐 這方面算唔錯 continue reading
