To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個瑞士汁雞髀撈一丁,雞髀同個面都好乾,唔知點解會有食切雞飯嘅一撮葱粒,請侍應攞多少少瑞士汁,佢話佢哋係冇瑞士汁嘅,指住另外一碗湯,示意我哋食撈麵加呢碗味精湯,我哋都冇為意佢拎咗個湯過嚟,呢個又係好奇怪,突然以為自己食雲吞撈麵,幾經辛苦,同佢講我哋叫瑞士汁雞髀又點會冇瑞士汁,佢都堅持只有豉油,我哋話總之要返個雞髀汁啦!第二碟叫咗個芙蓉蛋飯,個飯又係乾爭爭,其實都唔好意思再攞甜豉油汁,但係食咗一陣間真係覺得好難食,於是乎又請第二個侍應俾啲甜豉油汁,點知個豉油係一啲味都冇🤢,總結,唔會有下次!
