未去之前見到呢間餐廳0負評,仲要攞獎,已經滿心期待😆😆點知去到真係超好食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我覺得可以形容為菲律賓菜天花板🙈Inihaw na Pusit 烤魷魚 $108呢一款係侍應推介嘅烤魷魚,嘩!佢哋用咗好多調味料去烤,一上枱就聞到成陣焦香魷魚味,仲要啲魷魚烤到金黃色,表面有啲微焦嘅部分,魷魚肉依然保持鮮嫩多汁,外脆內嫩,口感一流!👍🏻 Sarsiado Apahap $158鮮嫩嘅魚肉下面加一層大蒜,洋蔥,番茄和芹菜,啲調味加埋佢哋煎得啱啱好嘅魚肉,吸收晒湯汁嘅精華,鮮嫩入味,皮脆肉嫩,難怪我見咁多人嗌👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Kaldereta Baka $168呢個簡直係主菜嘅重點,送飯一流🤣佢用番茄、薯仔、紅蘿蔔、青椒同埋牛肉炆煮,個醬汁真係精華所在!形容唔到俾大家聽點好食法,但一定要嗌飯!不過我自己鐘意啲薯仔煮得硬身,呢間餐廳少有做到,佢哋直頭放咗成粒薯仔落去🤣Mango Graham Float $88食完前面兩個Main,其實已經有啲飽,但我見枱枱客都有嗌甜品,而呢個都係最多人嗌,決定嗌一個嚟試吓,好感恩自己有嗌到呢個甜品,因為真係一試難忘!佢係高級版楊枝甘露甜品,層層疊嘅芒果、忌廉、graham餅乾,雪到勁凍,咬落口有啲沙冰嘅感覺,加埋啲幼滑忌廉,入口即溶,好推介!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️House Blend Iced Tea $48Calamansi Highball $88
