女友想吃扒,咁諗起好多時都擦到呢間~Day22, 知道好爆,所以打電話訂定位。 原定時間到達,只等了幾分鐘可以入座~讚!柯打咗~美國Prime肉眼$238,加配酥皮湯連飲品套餐加$58,鵝肝配安格斯牛柳$238,同樣改酥皮湯套餐$58。 酥皮湯先到,匙羹篤穿酥皮係肯定,湯嘅味道一般,而且份量很少,配料都近乎零,除咗講個湯超級熱之外,所有都很一般。鵝肝牛柳同肉眼接力上,鵝肝皮有小脆口而且人口溶~ok, 牛柳佢哋似乎煎左小小,我只係二邊反下就得,另外塊肉眼好明顯係要自己動手,煎出自己喜好嘅生熟度,墊枱有張紙,有教學同提議,教學係教你點樣整份牛扒,提議係叫啲客最好整到三四成熟,真係咁易?個個都整到佢哋想嘅要求?我自認唔得,起碼去到六七成,塊扒無乜牛肉味,唔知係咪因為over cook, 所以有啲「咬口」,同埋要提醒大家,呢度係無平時港式果啲~洋蔥汁,黑椒汁之類。大佬俾幾舊水食扒,又要自己煎,汁又要自己調教啲汁,點解唔自己返屋企煮?而且塊扒又唔係好食過人!最後係杯雜果賓治,係好大杯好扺飲,但味道欠佳,淡,而且未試過飲雜果賓治係無雜果,真係生平第一次。回頭度:4/10

The menu is all the different cuts of steak offered, but we gotta go with the recommended US Flat Iron Steak ($158) and adding on a $58 combo set with a pastry soup, spaghetti or fries and a ginormous drink! 😎 For an even more premium experience, you can always go with the foie gras version! 🤭

The meaty taste is very prominent without much of the buttery taste~ The meaty juices just gushing out with each slice! 😍 All blended together with your choice of butter! I went with Truffle Butter! 🥹 Quite tender without too much difficulty chewing (at medium) though I did find a bit of tendon in my steak 🙂‍↕️ But the succulent steak was pretty high quality with little to no impurities when chewing! 🤭

A bit on the pricey side, it definitely is worth the money 😍 A damn high quality steak that js superior to a lot of other steakhouses (don’t forget the service)! Do be forewarned that booking a table in advance is crucial!
