今日慶祝相識1000日,近排男朋友想食fusion菜,我就揀咗呢間樓上日式西餐廳,佢主打海鮮,各款刺身都有,串燒亦有不少選擇。🫶🏻我地首先點左西班牙蠔,蠔肉鮮嫩,伴隨住淡淡嘅海水味,再配上少許檸檬汁,味道清新宜人。🦪之後,又點左鵝肝多士,一啖就感受到鵝肝嘅濃郁滑順,夾喺金黃嘅多士中,形成一種極致的美味體驗。🥹另外,亦點左串燒,我地點左燒大虎蝦,大隻的虎蝦經炭火燒烤,表皮酥脆,內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁。🦐至於燒翠玉瓜亦不錯,經炭火燒烤外皮保持了清脆口感,而瓜肉卻保持了鮮嫩的質感,淡淡的炭燒香氣帶出翠玉瓜本身的甜味。🥒燒牛舌心串亦十分惹味,牛舌心肉質鮮嫩,搭配特製醬汁更添風味,幾乎入口即化。🥩燒原隻日本魷魚經過巧妙燒製,保持了魷魚的鮮味。搭配香濃的醬汁,彈牙得來不會太韌,令人回味無窮。🦑最後,點了日式安格斯牛肉稲庭烏冬,嚐到滑嫩的安格斯牛肉搭配上彈牙的烏冬以及湯底清甜,口感細緻豐富。🍜

同朋友慶生,見到呢間推介,環境唔錯,所以就揀咗呢間Deep Sea, 好chill.初頭以為係西餐廳,但原來係西式fushion日式,menu都唔少日式食物,當中包括咗刺身。今次嗌咗個西式意粉、日式烏冬、日式味增湯、fushion小食。蒜蓉青醬雞肉意粉每條意粉都掛滿青醬,好香嘅羅勒味,仲有少許芝士味,意粉好香口,加上雞肉煎得啱啱好,好夾。日式安格斯牛肉稻庭烏冬牛肉係半熟,再月 熱湯嘅餘溫煮熟牛肉,啱啱好,好嫩滑,好有牛味。安格斯薄燒師傅將牛肉鬈住啲蒜片,再燒,好香口,唔洗點任何嘢都好夠味。再加上沙律配蒜汁,好開胃。三文魚味噌濃湯有別於其他,佢係煮得好濃,連京蔥味都煮到入晒去湯、三文魚同蘿蔔到,保持到食材原味之餘,都仲可以食到京蔥味。
