排骨擔擔麵 配拌粉皮 $59排骨 6/10肉較薄,只係好薄既一塊豬扒🥩,上下兩層炸粉加埋仲厚過啲肉,唔似食緊肉既感覺🙈 (同星洲xx啖啖肉既厚切豬扒🐷完全無得比🤷🏻‍♀️)味道甜甜地,幾好送飯🍚炸得尚算乾身。雖然係哩到既招牌,每台必嗌,但好似無預期中咁出色🐒 擔擔麵🍜 5/10麵條選用油麵,煮得軟硬度適中,湯底味道唔夠濃郁,無花生或麻醬香氣,辣味亦唔突出;湯既質地好稀,唔係稠身果種。因為湯底做得唔夠濃稠、出色,影響左麵條既掛湯力,麵條係靠面頭既蝦米乾🦐同瑤柱絲黎吊味(輕微既辣味亦源於此)總括而言,擔擔麵做得麻麻、有少許失望😕 拌粉皮 7/10麻醬睇落份量唔多,但足夠撈勻所有粉皮👍🏻麻醬味道夠香,有漿口既感覺,撈勻後可以依附係粉皮上,仲有爽脆青瓜絲🥒解膩,幾好😋 粉皮唔會切得太碎,有少少咬口;如果可以雪得再凍啲,就更好了~干燒魚塊 $59 6/10魚塊🐠有六舊炸粉厚度正常,魚塊質地較為軟淋🤔 干燒汁醬汁似係用豆瓣醬加洋蔥碎粒調成,味道較單調,淨係食到鹹味,而且偏鹹🤭一定要送飯食🍚 菜飯菜飯入面啲菜好黃好霉,似菜乾多啲😓菜仲有油,搞到啲飯油曬🤢下次都係食返白飯算🤦🏻‍♀️無可否認,午市套餐性價比高,份量亦足。可惜店員,尤其係老闆娘既服務態度只係麻麻,好似唔憂做咁~但個人認為食物質素只屬中規中矩,無再試既衝動☠️ continue reading

七、八年前第一次去食佢嘅湯羹套餐,估唔到咁足料。呢幾年久唔久都會去食晏,因為佢嘅上海排骨都好好味。是晚我又叫咗湯羹套餐:蟹肉瑤柱羹 + 排骨拉麵。另單點酒味醉雞。湯羹仍然好足料,唔會係‘豆粉開水’,啖啖蟹肉。而排骨拉麵就咁多年都保持到個水準,外脆內軟,最怕食到成咀油又咬唔開。至於個酒味醉雞,好入味。怕酒味濃嘅,真係要唸唸。佢門面裝修唔起眼,但反而多咗分傳統上海菜館嘅味道。 continue reading

今午午餐 一條友去左食上海野因為呢個午餐可以不選豆漿但我喜歡食粉皮,所以有個排骨擔擔面加粉皮呢間我都食個好多次呢,擔擔面叫左小辣,排骨甜甜的好配合個面粉皮個花生醬,好岩我口味,所以我大多數只食呢個餐、其實佢仲有其他款,都是中式類,我之前都食過,幾惹味的。店舖亦都有很多人去食,近年仲多了很多國內同胞都不會經常要排隊因為人流轉得到很快 ,夏天時冷氣都算很強勁,只是位置的確是有點點迫,肥點點都要坐得迫少少但大抵是因為食物質素沒有點變所以我都會繼續幫襯的 continue reading

美味㕑已吃了多年,久不久都會過來午飯一下,一個人的好選擇。兩間分店分別在銅鑼灣和尖沙咀,公司自從搬了過來尖沙咀後,午餐真的多了機會過來。午餐繁忙時段,每每都要等位,但番枱快,所以都不會等太久。尤其一支公,話咁快就有位。午餐由11:00am-6:00pm ,特價餐可以配:大豆芽、芹菜干絲、拌粉皮或咖啡、奶茶、豆漿( 凍飲加$3)客飯餐一律$59 大豆芽~特價餐可選大豆芽、芹菜干絲、拌粉皮,筆者每次都寧願點小吃,因為特價餐小吃和餐飲,只能二選一。每次例點大豆芽,微微麻油的香味,點點辣椒碎,調味不會太濃,撈在大豆芽上,有𡁻頭,午餐有點點芽菜吃,感覺良好。排骨菜飯$59~筆者喜歡脆粉帶點點甜味,雖然不是熱騰騰,但那排骨往往令你再回來吃。反觀菜飯就只是一般,有時還覺得太油或太硬,總之菜飯很多地方做得更出色。另一選擇可以吃排骨擔擔麵的,這裡的擔擔麵做得唔錯,但今天太肚餓,所以吃飯會比較飽肚。午餐半個鐘完成,速食的一個好選擇。 continue reading
