To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每一次去完銅鑼灣嘅中央圖書館借書，都必定嚟地面嘅Delifrance食。呢個位置簡直完美配合。通常我都會叫佢嘅二人餐($198)，加埋上一次食完嘢嘅coupon，減完就會係$188。二人餐會有兩個前菜，通常會叫一個沙律同一個是日湯。正餐就一定會叫我最鍾意嘅Carbonara和蕃茄菠菜意粉。佢哋嘅甜品好有驚喜，牛角包配雲呢拿雪糕。唔會太甜，擺落又暖又軟嘅牛角包。好開心嘅一個午餐！通常平日嘅午餐時分都唔會太多人，帶埋啱啱至完嘅書喺度打書釘，既悠閒又開心！
