間中朝頭早都會喺呢度飲茶,今次就試吓晚市嘅蒸氣火鍋🍲.佢有四個套餐可以揀,我揀咗最基礎嗰個$158套餐,另外加多$38有個粥底。唔好以為咁平冇乜嘢食,呢個餐包兩款鮑魚、扇貝、蝦、牛肉、兩款手打丸、雞同埋雜菜🥬🥩🦐仲有一罐嘢飲,可以揀汽水或者啤酒。.鮑魚、扇貝同埋蝦都好鮮味,鮑魚同埋蝦上枱嘅時候仍然識郁!但係鮑魚有樣嘢可以改善,就係應該清洗得乾淨啲先上檯,我哋見到鮑魚周邊仍然好多黑色污跡!.每樣野嘅份量睇落唔多,但食下食下就發覺其實啱啱好😆想嗌多少少款式嘅,套餐以外可以散點,價錢都合理(好似蝦咁都係$5X咋)。抵食!可以再返嚟!

一早起身落筲箕灣飲早茶,諗住叫點心食下。上到去已經好多人,細枱基本上淨翻一兩張,好難得先揾到一張枱。早餐有自選孖寶,叫左一個A餐,蟹籽燒賣王拼蜜汁叉燒腸。同埋一個B餐,鳳爪排骨飯拼皮蛋肉碎粥。粥味道普通,似屋企自己煮嘅質素。排骨飯嘅排骨幾肥,食落排骨味幾香,鳳爪有少少咸。叉燒腸味道唔差但係層皮真係好厚好粉,叉燒唔多,冇乜味,好彩有豉油搭救。燒賣巨伏,好少會食到唔好食嘅燒賣,但上層燒賣好硬,下面好粉,食左一啖已經想放棄佢。以普通茶樓嚟講,價錢唔算貴,本身都覺得可以接受,但係食左個燒賣決定唔推介。建議如果真係食都唔好叫燒賣。

難得放假,朝早系筲箕灣。要食早餐但又唔系好肚餓所以就求其揀左間酒樓飲茶。 入到去見佢都幾多人覺得應該都唔會太伏。點知睇睇張點心紙發現大點要27蚊而點心紙上面基本上都系大同中點。不過好彩佢都有套餐可以選擇咁就叫左兩套餐啦。第一個鳳爪排骨飯加粥味道一般第二個叉燒腸粉加燒賣,個腸基本上無叉燒而個燒賣系我食個最難食個 個texture 完全唔合格而且淡而無味。 賣單84 蚊兩個人還好但考慮道佢嘅食物質數參差其實真系唔抵。用90蚊去對面茶記食好過。

每個香港人都知道去酒樓有知客櫃檯,梗係要去登記攞位,原來呢間酒樓攞左飛入到去都未必係你。因為呢間酒店毫無制度可言!我係呢間酒樓攞左飛等位,入到去比個阿叔坐左,我同個部長講講我張枱有人坐左,佢話,襟呀,你照坐啦。我咪同個阿叔坐囉😆點知個部長又走黎話叫我去第二張坐,去到第二張枱野食都未叫就係襟有野食黎。

跟家人到有東區食街之稱的東大街吃晚飯,由街口進入不久,看見一酒樓門外貼上最健康的蒸氣料理,想起去年也在這裡吃過不錯的蒸氣煱,於是今次決定再度品嚐。時間是晚上六時多,酒樓內人流不多。裝修已有點殘舊,但勝在地點方便。我們要了精氣窩四人套餐,種類包括珍珠龍躉斑、元貝、海蝦、蝦丸、墨魚丸、鯪魚球、雞肉、菜、菰、千層糕等。特別之處是職員先把米、排骨和少量南瓜肉放進煱內,加上少許水,蓋上蒸盆,客人便可自行選擇先蒸哪些餸菜,只要跟著附上的煑食時間便可。我們先來個清蒸海蝦,size也不算少,味道鮮甜;龍躉斑也很嫩滑元貝實在太細小了還有的是每枱2-6位會送1碟安格斯牛肉。待客人食完所有餸菜,拿開蒸盆,便可享用已熟透的排骨粥,但提議最好加少許鹽享用。整體而言,海鮮較為美味,其餘不過不失,但對比去年的蒸氣煱還是有些失望。

平日放假一早去飲早茶!唔洗等位,但要搭枱,好多係大枱,一枱搭三四張單。鴨腳扎個碟好大,鴨腳扎就正常大小,鴨腳唔夠淋雞絲粉卷好大碟,餡都好多加豉油都滿出!唯獨啲木耳有啲苦,洗唔乾淨?!燒賣相比起食開既酒樓,佢係細粒啲,不過都有蝦。普遍啲點心都較為淡味,可以少鹽健康啲掛仲叫左鳳爪排骨飯,有兩只鳳爪,五粒排骨到,都算大碗,飯軟硬度唔錯,有咬口,唔係爛飯可能太多人搭枱既關係,埋單發現計多左一碟,收錢個呀姐態度麻麻,話“”頭先問左你食咩對左單“”,甘佢問我係咪食左排骨飯,我係有食一個,點鬼知你計左兩碟姐!
