置身鬧市內的這間餐廳,環境優雅,給人一種親切舒服的感覺,與街外的繁囂做成強烈的對比。我們四個人,點了一個二人餐,再額外點了多個沙律及豬手。其實兩個人是絕對沒可能可以完成一個二人餐,因為份量確實是多得很。基本上吃完頭盤、刺身及湯,已經飽了六成,還未計主菜及意粉。餐廳的食物質素相當高,除了頭盤及意粉有點遜色外,其他的都十分美味。刺身夠新鮮,和牛夠稔,特別推介那個豆腐湯,滑滑的豆腐配上青菜及海鮮,清甜得很!絕對值得一試!

刺身夠新鮮,和牛夠稔,特別推介那個豆腐湯,滑滑的豆腐配上青菜及海鮮,清甜得很!

I went there for drinks after work. I asked a waitress if there's any happy hours promotion and that lady replied me, "The cheapest drinks on the menu is beer". I told her I don't drink beer and I pointed to her the cocktail promotional drinks list sitting on the table and asked if they serve this now, and she replied, "Yes, this is the cocktail promotional" and she left. Later, I ordered a "xxxx" cocktail, and rudely she asked, "Which number?", and I looked back at the list and said, "No. 3 ple

But perhaps she didn't hear me properly, she asked again, "I said HOT or COLD?". I was like WTH, I'm not coming here to be your punching bag, what kind of service this is. I then replied her reassuring I want a cold one. Then she left without saying another word.

Since there was only a few tables with diners that night, I could see and listen to the staff chit-chat with her colleagues that night. I literally heard she said, "What she wants again?" to the bar tender, when I waved my hand for the bill (I told my frds to switch to another restaurant as I couldn't have another sip or bite with this staff on the floor). I think it's a shame that a restaurant in a good spot and okay decor (good hardwares) hires such a poorly-trained staff. Seriously, I think this staff should be working in those Cha-Chan Tang. Her poor manner will just push customers away. No wonder it was so quiet there on a Thursday night.

friends and i went for snacks and drinks after watching a drama play in Arts Centre, but was disappointed. seriously they should just tell us they are closed instead coz the entire restaurant was wrapping up from a wine tasting event so all of the staff were busy moving tables around and had no intention to serve, we were brought to their balcony in the boiling summer night (originally told we can switch back indoor after a while but obviously didnt happen)1. 1. No menu was given until we waved for many times and someone finali attend to us
2. The young waiter had to be a part time coz she went in 4 times to check what is in each dish/drink we wanted
3. The portion of the 5 appetizer were tiny, their 螢光魷魚 were better than I expected though, thats a good thing
4. They had little choice of dessert so we ordered one of everything, and then they came back n told us 2 of them actually ran out.
5. It took them more than half an hour just to serve our cocktails, terrible!

But the location itself is nice I must say, the balcony offer a view of the tramway with a cityview neighbourhood, only if it wasn't such a stuffy summer night.

The sashimi portion was very generous and it's fresh. The salman tofu salad, korean seafood soup and carbonara taste good. The main course fish was a bit overcooked and the pork knucle skin was not crispy enough. Coffee and tea was good too.

Also they have a promo, add $1 for a pcs of beef sushi, taste also great. The set portion was very generous which can be served for 3 ppl.

We've add $65 for a glass of red wine, but the wine temperature was a bit too warm.

之前同同事黎過呢度食飯幾次, 覺得環境清靜, 食物不錯, 所以星期六時, 和男友黎開呢頭, 本身想食outback的, 但又覺得有點悶, 所以便提意同佢黎呢度試試。原本星期六及日黎呢度食午餐係有75折優惠的! (驚喜!)平日1-2黎, 呢度都差唔多滿座, 但反而星期六日黎又唔多人, 所以可能係咁, 佢地先做75折黎吸引人。是日叫了牛扒餐同龍蝦餐。餐湯係西式麵豉湯, 男人讚口不絕! 因為日式的麵豉湯做到好似西湯洋蔥湯咁, 正!餐飽係我最愛的蜂蜜麵包, 上次黎只得牛角飽, 今次補番。同場加了佢地的優惠, 一蚊一件和牛壽司, 叫了四件, 兩件生, 兩件熟, 牛的脂肪好香, 好新鮮!主菜黎了, 佢0的牛扒同龍蝦真係好得好好, 佢既賣相同香味直頭吸引周圍的食客的視線! 之後仲有聽到有人問侍應呢個係咩餐食左一陣先記得影相, 可想而知, 食物真係有幾好食喇....餐飲叫了咖啡, 好香, 每次黎必叫的甜品係藍莓朱古力雪米慈。埋單七五折後一百七十幾蚊, 抵!

feb 17, 09,2人來lunch咗2個set : 1) 麵包-以為喺scone,點知奇奇怪怪的有scone嘅外型,但似麵包嘅質感,比1般麵包密度高d2)忌廉青豆湯 x 2-正常 3) 主菜i) 雜錦碎魚生飯-有3文魚粒,吞拿魚粒,白色嗰隻我唔知,甜蛋粒,青瓜片,魚籽-魚生都叫新鮮,魚籽就還可以啦,只喺有少少腥,但就肯定唔喺甜嗰隻,反而當見到有甜蛋同青瓜片,就覺得有d奇怪,好少會見到d魚生飯內有此素材料......... ii) 黑豚肉石窩烏冬-上枱時實在熱騰騰到不得了-唔多材料,只喺有黑豚肉片同1片日式魚蛋-最欣賞喺個烏冬同個湯,被滾咗咁耐嘅烏冬,無因為咁而腍晒,軟滑中帶少煙韌,而且亦都索入湯鍋嘅豉油味-不錯 4) 桂花糕 x 2-奇怪會配以較中式嘅甜品-呢杯桂花糕,質地似大菜糕多d,比平時食嘅桂花糕爽身-裡面+咗d唔知咩物體,咬落似爽口嘅雪耳,增+小小咬口 5) 餐飲i) 熱咖啡-聞到友人嘅咖啡幾香,不過奉上嘅奶只喺室溫,未喺熱嘅,不過總好過比凍嘅你 ii) 熱檸水-正常 - 呢度有成14款嘅午餐咁多比你揀 - 間店好似sell多國,但以喺嘅午餐種類嚟睇,傾向日式多d

2009年情人節我們一班朋友一共8人一同去此deluxe wine 享用第一個情人節午餐, 之前從雜誌中得知有semi-buffect, 可惜去到只有lunch set....不過都開心..因佢lunch set 好多選擇, 有日式, 西式等..不錯..價錢很合理, 我們8人一共黠算了以下食品:是日餐湯- 洋蔥湯...夠清不太有味精...不錯配合甜提子餐包黑豚肉石鍋烏冬x 2 (雖然不是我食..但我見到好熱好煙..朋友說烏冬不錯)親子魚生飯....(朋友都說魚生夠新鮮)北海道魚生飯..(隻生蝦好美..我偷吃了朋友的魚子一口...haha..好味)白酒煮大蜆貝殼麵...(不太清楚味道..因朋友沒提及)七味醬油燒帆立貝伴海膽刺身飯...(老公說海膽欠了新鮮..不過帆立貝夠大同好鮮補數網燒肉眼扒 x 2 我個7成ok..好入味醬汁配合剛好...可惜朋友的牛扒就煎過火了..9成...所以朋友就食評一般...希望下次再煎好一點最後各自算了餐飲及是日甜品..朱古力慕絲(朋友覺甜了黠...但我又能接受)所以不同人有不同口味..不過這環境很好....食物都不錯...最後我們8人都很滿足的離開...大家

酒廚世界附近有不少食肆,所走路線亦很相似。下次再來嗎? 試過才知道。第一次光顧,地方尚算闊敝,可選露天雅座。不過今天天氣寒冷,於是選了室內雅座。Set lunch包括忌廉菜湯、主菜、餐飲及甜品。餐包熱辣辣、餐湯真是用菜磨的,不夠喉還可免費添飲。我們叫了三個Set:。黑豚肉石窩烏冬 ($78):烏冬幾煙靭,湯底不錯,豚肉另上(生的),放入熱窩即熟,肥瘦適中,味道不錯。卡邦啦啦( $88):很怪的名字,是英文拼音吧。其實係芝士煙肉意粉。意粉的汁幾好味,意粉不會太腍。酒香醉雞熱石窩($98):最適合冬天吃! 湯底都幾有酒味,不過實在太多雞皮。這個價錢吃雞皮的話,不太值得~~~甜品是椰絲小蛋糕,外貌精緻。外層脆脆的,味道有點像椰撻,熱辣辣,不錯!餐飲我們都選了熱咖啡,味道香濃,絕不失禮。偶然找個環境不俗的午膳地點,和朋友邊談邊吃,算是不錯的選擇!
