今次係cwb 行街路過呢間沛公甜品好似幾多人, 又見到出面有禁多榴槤product~所以就決定一試 (筆者係榴槤控!)裝潢好新淨, 座位亦好寬闊餐牌有好多款拼盤同榴槤product, 貓山皇甜品都可以佔左成版! 真係specialised仲有好多款千層pancake, 可惜筆者實在太飽了, 叫唔到個千層pancake食先黎個榴槤朱古力, 88蚊好大杯, 岩哂同朋友share本身諗住都係好流質普通飲料, 點知飲禁多超濃稠, 好像飲緊淡淡榴槤肉咁建議食到好飽既朋友仔可以點其他light d 既product朱古力粉幾特別, 同一般餐廳有少少唔同, 呢個奶味比較重榴槤味爆哂燈, 雖然入面冇榴槤肉, 但因為好"杰"既關係, 飲落都好有口感杯上面仲有幾粒榴槤布甸仔點綴下~ 另外點左呢個有料腸粉 - 雲中落日簡單d講就芒果腸粉, 腸粉皮太厚, 同埋質感太硬好多芒果肉, 幾新鮮, 另外佢加左少少cream 入去令到個腸粉更有層次感唔會話芒果歸芒果, 腸粉還腸粉咁~

For the chocolate mille crepe with cookies, there is a strong chocolate flavor coming through. There are some crunch from the cookies inside the crepes 
 The crepe is extra soft and tender which is commendable 


For the red bean sweet roll, the red beans are wrapped in a white roll. There is a big color contrast. Aside from the red bean flavor, there is also some coconut flavor from the roll itself
 The red beans are very soft while the roll is a bit elastic
 Overall the red beans are flavorsome and they go well with the coconut-flavored roll.

數年前曾吃過沛公的千層班戟,不過味道普通,就沒有想過再光顧. 不過這次沛公來到屯門V City擺booth,而且一件抹茶紅豆班戟也只售$10,故打算買來一吃,試試經過數年,甜品有否進步!商場職員安排我們於旁邊排隊等候12:00 正式開售,不過沛公甜品的職員居然讓其他客人於他的店前另排一行,令到乖乖於旁邊輪候的客人全被插隊了. 不知道是大家慣了被人插隊而不出聲還是甚麼原因,居然沒人反映這安排失當的問題. 至於慣了遇到不公平的事都一定要出聲的我,當然要向該攤位的員工反映,不過沛公的男負責人只推說他都沒辦法阻止插隊的問題,還聲大大的向我說,你一定可以買到蛋糕的!!! (其實我想說,現在並非買到蛋糕與否的問題,是有人插隊你沒阻止,還任由客人再於店前另排一行,其實只要他出一句聲,叫想買蛋糕的客人,排大會安排的隊伍,已能解決問題.)最後,我受了負責人送給我一肚子的氣,以及一件抹茶紅豆千層蛋糕回家. 如果你問我好不好吃,我會說,$10 一件是食得過,不過原價廿多元的話,你不妨到各大連鎖蛋糕店買蛋糕吃,至少,你不會遇到錯了仍然聲大大待客的店員!!!

是日氣溫只有單位數,晚飯後想吸取多一點暖氣,中式糖水實屬不二之選。本想去聰嫂碰碰運氣,但她的人氣多年來實在有增冇減…… 天寒地凍,唯有轉移陣地至附近的「沛公甜品」。它的榴槤甜品最為著名,但今次試試其他,點了「老薑湯滑豆腐 $32」和「紅棗桂圓燉雪耳 $52」。豆腐一看就知道是福記,而老薑湯亦沒有特別,挺失望的。紅棗水能補氣血,配以有平民燕窩之稱的雪耳,是我這老少女的恩物。材料豐富,味道清甜,滋補好喝。只是雪耳質感偏腍,個人喜歡爽身的。

紅棗水能補氣血,配以有平民燕窩之稱的雪耳,是我這老少女的恩物。材料豐富,味道清甜,滋補好喝。只是雪耳質感偏腍,個人喜歡爽身的。

甫放下榴白,芳香撲鼻的榴槤清香隨之而來。一邊是馬來西亞貓山王榴槤蓉,另一邊是燉鮮奶蛋白,首先吃一啖榴槤蓉,榴槤滋味在口中俳徊遊蕩。再吃一啖燉鮮奶蛋白,奶滑蛋白充滿奶香。拌勻吃蛋白可彌補到榴槤的粗糙口感,大增了層次感。

今晚的宵夜是沛公的貓山王花式榴冰,貓山王榴槤雪榚口感綿綿,貓山王獨有味道涼爽之外夾有香甜,果然係榴槤界之王。另外以手指餅伴榴槤雪榚,可以用手指餅沾點雪榚一齊食,口感又不錯。呢度以貓山王做的甜品款式非常之多,所以呢...可能要經常來才能一 一品嚐。哈哈!!

榴槤熱氣,配上鮮奶燉蛋白卻有一種獨特的中和感。感覺有點滋潤,同時滿足了口癮。底層的鮮奶蛋白柔滑溜口,入口就如直流喉嚨般嫩滑。一般燉蛋白都會敗在溜於喉嚨的質感,總吃到微微的嚡口感,但沛公的榴槤鮮奶燉蛋白卻是帶來了驚喜。
