沛公甜品未搬鋪前,曾經光顧過1次~果陣買左最出名的胚牙好立克布丁, 講真~真係好好味呀~我本身都好喜歡好立克,配上布丁的甜品實在相當特別~很香滑,而且濃濃的好立克香味呢!!再加上胚牙,更加健康!因為而家都有推出胚牙好立克飲品~胚牙並非同好立克混成一體的粉末,口感很不錯~ 另買栗子千層班「cake」我都係第1次試,層次感真係相當之豐富,雖然我唔識整呢款甜品,相信製作過程也頗複雜吧?!栗子cream打得好滑,而個班「cake」夠薄身~ 360度睇,賣相都係非常討好 層出不窮~~~~

巨P有時咁啱睇到我之前寫的食評, 佢就會扭計話:「哎喲!妳同爸爸成日背住我地去食好嘢, 」「哦......(被識穿, 尷尬中)......我同爸爸周圍去試食, 好味的話就會帶你地去食嘛......(口震震)」今晚喺時候啦....路經路德圍....諗起巨P這番說話.....咁就去一去沛公, 然後再去一去熊貓只是晚上7:45左右去到只感覺鋪頭有點烏燈黑火, 只有一堂食客在吃甜湯; 店內有兩名女職員負責厨房及接待。買嘅當然要買招牌的千層班戟, 後來見到甜腸粉, 再買然後職員話加$5可以換購<芋香椰果奶凍>Total $51榴蓮甜腸粉腸粉皮是椰汁弄出來, 內裏的餡是忌廉溝鮮榴蓮肉; 椰汁皮食得出帶有椰油味而榴蓮餡也不算少肉我買的是日式青梅千層班戟, 青梅先用鹽醃鹹, 質地爽脆, 再配合肥膩忌廉與蛋香班戟皮, 那鹹鹹酸酸的青梅可以帶味蕾衝出肥油感, 帶來耳目一新的食後感芋香椰果奶凍------打開蓋有很重的芋香味飄出, 椰果是晶莹的粉紫色, 奶味不重, 整體來說是香精及味精的結晶品結果飽餐一頓後所得到的回應是:「多謝, 媽咪」

之前朋友見到沛公很多好評,心思思找我一起去試食,果然係名符其實...我們特別想試試 "心花怒放" ,平時要食,特別要預約,幸好當天老闆預多了,才有幸嘗試...從甜品賣相,看得出很有心機,用芒果製成的花朵,嘗心悅目,味道又有水準...另一個曲奇cake,有粒粒咬口,有口感,而且絕不馬虎,竟然做了千層,果然有心思老闆很熱情好客,又健談,他更說想在南丫島開一間,只限星期6,日開張的退休生活,希望他成功啦!!!=]

看過無數的好評關於千層班戟,一早已想去試食,不過它們離我家太遠。剛好今次媽咪說要去荃灣千色店逛街,我便一度跟去,順道找甜品。問過很多路人、也走了不少冤路,終於找到了。本想試榴槤千層班戟的,可是因為不是當造季節的關係,店主決它不賣。最後我點了曲奇千層班戟,因為我個人熱愛曲奇碎。看似很多忌廉,但其實一點也不膩人,甜度適中,重要它是一層班戟一層忌廉的,相信製作並不簡單。夏天時,真的要去試榴槤千層班戟了!

打番之前冇時間打既食評第一次去沛公,係openrice到睇到人地話好好,不過我就有d失望一行到去,哇!成個櫃空既,不過都有我想食既曲奇班戟,見到個櫃話20蚊,點知果個人話16蚊.不過我覺得舊野好細舊.番到屋企食落,冇乜曲奇味,食左有些少朱古力味.但食到差唔多食曬,我覺得好漏,舊野咁細舊我都覺得漏,証明有用足料雖然有些少失望,但我下次都會再去.因為我住係荃灣有時我覺得好幸福,因為荃灣多野食,岩曬為食的我我會再搵多D好野食比大家

第一次去沛公,係openrice到睇到人地話好好,不過我就有d失望

一行到去,哇!成個櫃空既,不過都有我想食既曲奇班戟,見到個櫃話20蚊,點知果個人話16蚊.不過我覺得舊野好細舊.番到屋企食落,冇乜曲奇味,食左有些少朱古力味.但食到差唔多食曬,我覺得好漏,舊野咁細舊我都覺得漏,証明有用足料


雖然有些少失望,但我下次都會再去.因為我住係荃灣

每年聖誕都是在家煮一餐,忙得團團轉,可看到一家人整齊、舒服、輕鬆地聚在一塊過節日,辛苦一點也值得! 吃完煎牛扒這道主菜其實都很飽了,可一定要吃甜品來個了結的呀。我拿出在“沛公”買的四盒班戟出來,換了從前,好吃的女兒可雀躍了,但是今天她的腸胃不太舒服,沒什麼胃口,我也不敢給她吃涼東西。老公和我吃榴槤味的,強烈的榴槤味放在冰箱時就聞得到。入口芳香、軟綿,每一口都吃到榴槤肉,數不盡的千層既好看又富質感。兒子的是巧克力味,甜度適中,不苦澀,雖不是用頂級巧克力做的那也該是上好貨色調成的。女兒的芒果班戟由我來完成,還是那麼的真材實料,滿布芒果肉,最愛每件班戟都不會太甜,而且像是在吃軟雪糕般的滑溜! 我很喜歡“沛公”的產品,以一系列的班戟為主打,很獨特,別出心裁,不似坊間的甜品店一味的款式多,可並不是樣樣都好吃就如同茶餐廳一樣。 光顧著吃又忘了拍照了,下不為例!

其實之前在第2D舖頭都食過千層依樣野..不過記得果時口味無咁多款式 而且無咁滑~真係好好味...
