平時好少食印度菜,今日特等嚟試下Chicken Tikka $148雞肉切得大件,表面金黃色,香氣撲鼻。經過多種香料醃製,辣味適中。雞肉保持住嫩滑嘅口感,搭配薄餅或者直接食都非常美味。Paneer butter masala $118醬汁入面有大量方形嘅芝士,芝士質感滑嫩、味道濃郁,但唔會覺得鹹。芝士嘅柔滑口感同醬汁配搭得恰到好處,每一啖都充滿奶香同埋香料味。搭配薄餅 Naan 一齊食,好飽肚~Garlic Naan $37薄餅naan外脆內軟,帶有蒜香,薄餅用嚟沾masala 醬汁非常合適!Boondi Raita $48呢個係一個酸酸甜嘅乳酪,裡面有脆口嘅 boondi。 店員同我地講印度人會將呢個乳酪撈薑黃飯食,會有另一種口感;而如果撈啲辣醬汁,仲可以有效減少辣味。呢間餐廳平日嘅 lunch menu 都幾抵食,星期日仲有 $198 嘅 buffet,可以試到多款美食。此外,佢哋仲提供到會餐飲服務,如果對印度菜有興趣,真係值得一試!

上桌時,侍應生提醒我們要吃快點,脆米球放久容量軟掉。脆米球炸得薄薄一層,非常酸脆裏面放了滿滿的乳酪,乳酪冰凍酸甜,還有一些微辣的香料,旁邊的炸麵碎有點像媽咪麵,組合起來我覺得特別好食。

這是我堅持要點的,因為名字像中菜,而且又不辦。上桌滿滿一盤,而且好香,吃下去除了有香料味,的確好像中式炒飯,想不到好夠鑊氣可以用在印度菜上,好好食。

只點了4個菜,但是好飽呀,每個都好好吃,這家餐廳徹底令我對印度菜改觀。

吃着吃着,我看到他們有Sunday Buffet,可以任食3個鐘,好吸引呀😍,這不是要吸引我再來的嗎😜?
