今日中午去了銅鑼灣Dilliwale印度餐廳,我未食都已經知道正宗喇,店員和顧客都係印度人,不過侍應妹妹啲廣東話很好🤗點了4道菜餐,包括:-小食-藏紅花飯或印度烤餅-沙律和飲品-主菜洋蔥蕃茄咖哩印度魚$109,酸酸辣辣,和港式咖哩味道不一樣,多了香料氣味,辣中帶香,藏紅花飯好大碗,用埋個咖哩汁送飯一流。用香料和濃汁烹製的無骨雞肉$99,滿滿香料氣味,無骨雞全是香料和濃汁的味道,醬汁用來沾印度烤餅同樣惹味。印度脆米球$78,打卡必點,是空心圓球狀的,非常薄,咬落好脆,另配一小碗薯仔粒+洋蔥和微酸的醬汁,味道幾特別。跟餐配Mango Lassi 和Lime Soda 同樣是+$30,飲品水準不錯,不過較為細杯😅餐廳有一幅非常吸睛的黃色打卡牆和貼滿拼圖的圓柱,食物擺盤都好靚,顏色鮮豔,即使是隨意拍 效果也不錯。

星期二人少少,兩個人唔知食乜嘢好,但係又唔想食中日韓菜式,所以響OpenRice亂咁讀竟然比我哋發現到銅鑼灣呢一間印度菜。可能因為星期二嘅關係人少少,不過地方都整潔服務亦都可以以啦不算是10分殷勤,但係亦都唔會有黑面嘅情況出現。講返菜式先我哋點頭盤嘅時候唔知點咩,店員就推介咗呢一個乳酪街頭小食。黎到嘅時候簡直係十分之驚喜呀,咬落去出邊脆入邊酸酸甜甜乳酪令到你好開胃。之後就做主菜啦,羊肉咖喱係我食印度咖喱必點嘅菜式,跟住再加多個 Masala啦。再叫埋個加力拉,簡直係Perfect. 食物都十分之美味,嗰個烤餅好香牛油味,但係就略嫌唔夠蒜頭味。仲有梗塞唔少得mango lassi 啦!飲飽食醉埋單走人,美中不足嘅地方係我離開咗餐廳先發現佢冇比到九折我。而我當時自己都唔記得咗,不過算啦係我自己唔記得而且用餐過程都好愉快亦相信係不久嘅將來我都會再光顧嘅。

先嚟兩杯飲品,我地upgrade左做特飲,好友嘅係Mabgo Lassi,我就簡單啲嚟個青檸梳打。其實兩杯都唔錯,不過好友杯Mabgo Lassi就可以加以推介,除左有好香嘅芒果味之外,加埋乳酪同印度香料調製而成,所以入口好濃郁的芒果風味,好友大讚好味。

另一個主菜係House Fish Curry,以洋蔥加番茄一齊煮嘅咖哩魚,魚肉同樣好足夠又夠滑身,個咖哩醬都係一樣嘅好,但我覺依個醬汁多左一個甜味,更能帶出咖哩嘅香,所以我就比較鐘意House Fish Curry多丁丁。

不得不提跟餐嘅蒜蓉薄餅,我估應該係即叫即整,因為送一上台係熱辣辣嘅。薄餅好香脆得嚟又帶點煙韌,仲要面頭加左蒜蓉,再點咖喱醬一齊食真係超好味呀!
