好耐無飲過茶 上網search下邊個好介紹。結果search到港威開咗間一點龍。去到居然唔洗等位,我地坐系門口未位,裝修比較雅致,以黑色同紅色為主。我同fd子叫咗6個點心,1個粥,同1個燉湯。佢個鐵觀音唔錯,並無茶渣。(用紗袋做的茶包)點心一定要提佢地個蝦餃,鳳爪,雞扎!蝦餃非常彈牙好味同埋佢無蘇打粉味,同一般門市唔同。鳳爪亦炸到松脆先蒸,口感非常爽口。最有心細的一定系雞扎,有少少打破傳統。通常都系用腐皮包火腿,乾冬菇,雞肉,芋頭。但點一龍用冬瓜片包蟹柳,雞肉,最驚喜系用鯪魚肉條代替芋頭。所以個芡汁非常好味,識食一定要沾汁食!點一龍系我最近食過價錢適中同好食的點心店。

 雖然我明白作為位於旺區商場的餐廳索價較高實屬迫不得已,   所以即使價錢較貴我過去亦多次光顧點一龍, 因為滿意食物質素。 但今時今日的點一龍食物水準令人大失所望,  已經跟初開業只是相距甚遠.  恐怕在未來的日子即使點一龍價格下調我也未會再有機會光顧,  因為食物的水準可能比一般的酒樓還不及。

和屋企人到尖沙嘴行街,爸爸說想吃點心,我們便來了點一龍。裡面的裝修好中國style,餐廳裡的大燈籠十分搶眼。點心也有很多類型選擇,我們也隨便選擇了幾個比較健康的蒸點。黑蟹子小籠包皮太厚了,黑蟹子也是無味,咬下沒有肉質流出,有點失望。一吋還有一吋厚,真猜想不到潮州粉果的皮更厚!蜜汁叉燒腸不過不失,叉燒很碎味道一般。對比起其他的點心,$50蚊的腸粉真的有點昂貴。最喜出望外的就是紅棗北菇雞蒸飯!$48的蒸飯,比上面的腸粉還便宜。這個最遲才送上我們枱上,我猜這真的是剛剛蒸起的。熱辣辣的飯,雞肉十分嫩滑。因為飯和雞已很有味了,只需加一點點豉油,飯上鋪了紅棗,一甜一鹹十分夾。連爸爸也不讚很好吃,這是必點的,我們最後點了兩個!

海港城真係好多嘢食,如果比我自己一個係度,實凈系揀食咩都揀半日,去龍一點食點心係偶然,咁啱經過嘅時候,見到門口貼住鮑魚蛋撻嘅宣傳畫,覺得幾新鮮同特別,未食過就想試下味道點。環境都幾好,點心其實都係嗰幾樣,就睇整得好唔好食,腸粉同排骨都唔錯,腸粉幾滑,排骨蒸得幾嫩,幾入味,蘿卜糕就稍為差左少少,蘿卜分量唔夠多,味道唔夠。鳳爪蒸得好淋,好入味,不過就有少少咸,蝦餃好食,蝦好新鮮好彈牙,而且味道都唔錯,今日最期待嘅鮑魚蛋撻,價錢要$50,雖然點嗰時有少少肉赤,但起碼有只鮑魚,蛋撻收好酥香,皮好脆,試過一次就算喇,因為都無鮑魚味,都係賣個新奇。
