自從這幾個月來到北角上班後, 午飯時總愛周圍試新店, 不過點心的話只有一人吃總是覺得不能試得太多這天正好有朋友相伴, 就決定來附近這家喜點試試幸好來到不用等位, 但搭枱就免不了的點了幾款點心味道都算不錯但驚喜度不大再點個土魷肉餅蒸飯打算兩人分看見上來的肉餅色水真的嚇了一跳!! 竟然是灰水的顏色友人看見後也禁不住說有點反胃不過既然點了總不能浪費試吃了一點肉餅, 味道又幾正常, 不過亦未算是好吃但至少沒有看起來那樣差不過有時外觀真的會影響食慾, 希望店方能改善一下.

友人看見後也禁不住說有點反胃
不過既然點了總不能浪費
試吃了一點肉餅, 味道又幾正常, 不過亦未算是好吃
但至少沒有看起來那樣差
不過有時外觀真的會影響食慾, 希望店方能改善一下.

豆腐脆口好惹味, 尤其剛炸起嗰種香口感, 好熱氣但係好吸引~ 豆腐本身冇乜味, 但係加咗椒鹽, 點埋個喼汁就味十足美味~

::: 煎蘿蔔糕 :::
蘿蔔糕反而煎得唔夠香口, 唔夠燶欠缺脆卜卜嘅質感...

::: 叉燒包 :::
叉燒包係普通料, 味道同其他酒樓一色一樣, 食落冇乜特別...

::: 灼菜芯 :::
菜芯應該都係幾新鮮, 入口清甜, 爽口唔會霉下霉下~ 之但係一條菜冇剪開, 一大條咁有d難進食.

夜晚一路食都唔見太多人流, 坐得唔係咁舒服可能係一個原因. 儘管食物味道一d好一d麻麻參差不齊, 不過少人又或者夜晚想食點心, 都可以考慮下呢度~

午市蒸飯套餐頗抵吃,不過剛剛加價,早一個月好像是$28/$30,今天加到$32。蒸飯味道不錯,份量也足,只是有時可能放太久,飯會比較濕。鳳爪排骨味道跟平常的差不多,一夜情咸魚肉餅用上只醃一晩的魚片,比較特別。配的點心以山竹牛肉最抵吃,一份三件。牛肉咬下去軟軟不死實,不過有時味道會過咸,看彩數。

食過呢度好多次都幾好,唔知點解今次咁失水準,有兩款點心出事。自從有人話牛丸冇牛之後,以後有免治或攪碎牛肉,都明可能會有一定份量的豬肉加入去,這做法可能是平衡口感及味道,但這碟牛肉腸粉,內裡竟有一粒仔豬骨。另外又叫了糯米雞,已經等了好耐都未來,千呼萬喚來到,可惜中心仍是凍的,攪乜鬼?雖然最後取消了單,但這是巧合,還是真的keep唔到?

一個餐,有齊湯,點心,蒸飯,都只係五十五蚊。套餐內之點心叫咗咸水角,熱騰騰,但略嫌硬,居然有三個,一個人份量,實飽,一句講哂,十分街坊價。而且係即叫即做,抵讚。食品是不錯的,分量賣相也吸引,唯一強差人意的,是咸魚蒸肉餅飯,居然唔係咸魚,而係一片鯇魚,貨不對辦。至於收三元茶錢,係車仔茶包,如早些說明會好些。總括也是不過不失的。

老闆娘見我們有台灣書熱情同我地傾吓旅行一陣間己滿枱餸齊灑囉我地懶叫 set可選2款點心一個小菜另有飯.有菜.有老火湯 我最like 係呢個老火湯蓮藕同肉都煲到好冧湯又好足料味並非一般滾湯蒸的飯唔會太軟軟硬適中熱辣辣有口感 粉果.春卷好味但沒驚喜超大碟的咕嚕肉夠多肉少骨夠入味又惹味唔算好脆好炸乾身那種口感總括來說樣樣幾好味 !吃點心之餘又可以食飯飲湯一舉二得 !

行過見到佢開業不久,本人又本著三好不妨試試....(服務好,食物認真,衛生好) 外觀並沒有舊式酒樓的大光燈大招牌,反之簡約,很喜歡木紋的感覺,有種優雅的fusion味.一入去攞了張外賣紙然後望望四周環境,有透明玻璃廚房,足以証明即叫即做,師博及侍應態度好好這點很難得但極之影嚮食客的心情~~ 當時只有兩枱客人,其中一枱是外國人,看她們的樣子很滿意的.回到公司忙完一輪就打去點了外賣與同事一起分享.我叫了南瓜秎果,上素腐皮卷,安蝦菜苗餃,西菜陳腎粥,紅柿青芥燒賣及租條蘿蔔糕~~(原來外賣盒每個一元)等了十分鐘外賣到了(至少$60才送),快快全部打開避免倒汗水令食物味道改變, 全都熱辣辣,腐皮卷及南瓜粉果好熱但好正,脆卜卜,很正.那菜苗餃好味到呢,燒賣真的又靚又好味,一定吾係便利店果D粉感.粥及蘿蔔糕都非常好吃.最緊要係無味精,食完吾口渴無腫咀 一定會再吃

早前已介紹過他們的點心,好味又有特色; 今年中秋, 一般蓮蓉, 奶黃, 冰皮月餅對我來說已提不起興趣,得知他們也有推出潮式月餅,還有我喜歡的芋蓉, 於是買來試試, 酥皮做得很好, 鬆化得來不會散開, 整齊排列, 芋蓉亦不會太甜, 甜度恰到好處, 一次食一個也不太膩。 一盒有六個月餅,還有精美紙盒包裝, 紙盒以一張紙摺成, 可手提的,盒面印有很多彩色的波點, 我估就是代表店名「喜點」了。設計很年青, 味道又好, 所以翌日便多買幾盒送禮了, 來過飛甩老土, 朋友收到後也讚我好in, 他們之前收到的不是美心月餅就是大班冰皮,已覺很悶, 決定全部轉送他人, 留下我這盒酥皮芋蓉月餅自己慢慢品嚐。

一盒有六個月餅,還有精美紙盒包裝, 紙盒以一張紙摺成, 可手提的,盒面印有很多彩色的波點, 我估就是代表店名「喜點」了。設計很年青, 味道又好, 所以翌日便多買幾盒送禮了, 來過飛甩老土, 朋友收到後也讚我好in, 他們之前收到的不是美心月餅就是大班冰皮,已覺很悶, 決定全部轉送他人, 留下我這盒酥皮芋蓉月餅自己慢慢品嚐。

Found out about this place from the reviews, the dim sums looked interesting.Between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill, there are many other all-day dim sums but I chose this place because the dim sums are not that traditional and it also had a nice English name.The Chinese name reminded me of Jacky Yu’s Xi Yan restaurants.On the wall they have a picture of a chef that is interesting because the Chef looks Caucasian so I wonder if the Chef is Caucasian because the name of this restaurant sounds Western.

Found out about this place from the reviews, the dim sums looked interesting.

Between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill, there are many other all-day dim sums but I chose this place because the dim sums are not that traditional and it also had a nice English name.
The Chinese name reminded me of Jacky Yu’s Xi Yan restaurants.

On the wall they have a picture of a chef that is interesting because the Chef looks Caucasian so I wonder if the Chef is Caucasian because the name of this restaurant sounds Western.
I do hope one day that they have WESTERN dimsums like UK.

Most of the dimsums can be ordered in portions of 2 pieces or more so you can try out more varieties.

Ordered: Har Gau, King of Shaomai, Shaomai with wasabi and tomato, Roast pork, thousand year egg, pickled ginger puffs, Deep fried beancurd rolls with prawn, deep fried savoury meat croquette and spare ribs and chicken feet rice.

I think they got this inspiration from Tim Ho Wan because THW has a deep fried shrimp and pork dumpling croquette with wasabi.
The pieces of pork in the shaomai are not grounded but pieces of whole pork in the shaomai.
The wasabi element was good because it takes away the taste of pork.

今日超無聊學人寫評上星期見過某報介紹,見到佢影果d豬仔包🐷好Q,今天下午約埋個friend一齊去試下嘆個下午茶😁,行到門口見佢哋棟個餐單出來,下午茶有8折超開心!仲話冇味精,食完就知係米冇落lor。店鋪不算大,但裝修得幾骨子,睇得出有小許心思,唔睇仲以為係果d乜乜coffee shop,估你唔到lor,好鬼肚餓坐下急不及待看看有咩食,叫了我想吃的豬仔包,燒買,蝦交春卷,棉花雞,叉腸,全部大路野 。豬仔包原來叫成實豆沙包(真攪事)外形好討好,但冇乜特別,豆沙不太甜個包都崧軟,如果係十勝紅豆就更好hahaha蝦交皮不夠薄😌,咬落去都有鮮味和彈牙,如果大隻d更好😝燒買又幾大粒,咬落去唔會一pet嘢咁有d𡁻頭,抵讚👍春卷OK啦,冇油啉啉,都幾脆口,不過d喼汁唔係用我喜歡嘅李xx,我個人不太喜歡蒜蓉蝦春卷,因怕有口氣,不過都要就下人。叉燒腸不過不失,層粉張未夠滑,但不會太厚,豉油ok,但唔夠香,棉花雞D雞幾滑,但我冇食魚肚,不過見到都脹卜卜,唔似蒸定我果friend就食哂low。冇口渴唔似有落味精,因我對味精好敏感,整體都不俗,最唔好就係冇廁所,又唔收card和八達通要扣分,埋單70幾,抵食

其實果天就是八號風球下球後,不用出CALL拍攝,又同同事近近地6個人去食新野,原因是 阿姐老公話見到這店是前美X的大廚開,所以水平OK,於是去上試一試。這店子比較小,大概三十四人到,我地六人等左5分鐘有台比我們這裡有個人“茶餐”$48 位,有紙填,TICK TICK,即叫即蒸。茶錢$2位,OK。由於同事計算過散叫抵D, 我們自選了SPRING ROLL,蒸飯,粥, 燒賣,馬拉糕,炸襾,拉布腸,蝦餃等等我最喜歡的是炸襾,因為唔係道道都有。評:8/10春卷評:7/10 脆,如果加TARO 絲更好!!燒賣, 蝦餃評:大大粒,OK 7/10總評:地方小,不過食物OK,下次LUNCH再食最後散叫後$46 PER person
