串燒,點能唔愛?今次嚟到一間充滿街坊氣息嘅小店,老闆如果唔係手執鐵簽,翻燒嗰下差啲以為返咗到香港嘅懷抱。先嚟碟雞翼,肉質彈牙,皮脆汁潤,一啖咬落去,啲滋味真係過癮到爆!🍢再點咗串「極上牛舌」,薄切得啱啱好,外焦裡嫩,每一口咀嚼都散發出炭火嘅香氣同唔一樣嘅彈性。箇中滋味至潮,一食難忘!🐄老闆手藝一流,連素菜都能燒得渣滓盡致,蔬菜串鎖住晒所有鮮美。點心司嘅咖哩魚蛋都值得讚一讚,又鬆又軟,咖哩味紮實到點,喺口腔裡騷住,嗰啲微辣啲香真係與街邊風味無異。🔥嘆一口凍檸茶,清新香甜,飲罷回甘,咁豐富嘅食物體驗,班店定必成為我探味記嘅常客。啲人講得啱,真材實料才是王道。下次一定要再嚟,繼續闖蕩「串」的世界! continue reading
