自從食開嘅酒樓星期六日唔開,我每星期六都搵間唔多人嘅酒樓試吓佢地嘅點心,今次來衣間。坐低就有杯抗疫茶,有唔知咩參加海底椰同紅棗,味道唔錯。講番點心,第一個雪山叉燒包巳扣分,第一唔熱,第二面的皮過甜同唔脆,內裡有D咸。芋角外面鬆化,但餡料就有D咸。蝦腸同蝦餃正常,牛肉淋左D,燒賣冇咩豬肉。雖然價錢唔算好貴,但都係要再試其他酒樓。

當晚因有朋友邀請的關係,筆者才有幸可在花園內先享用小食和酒保即席特調的雞尾酒。每款Cocktail/Mocktail都是Bartender根據對大家的感覺和口味而悉心安排的,有帶菊花或咖啡焦糖味,亦有不同生果的口味,醒神開胃搭配得宜,實在有夠貼心!在如此優美環境的花園內,欣賞著璀璨的夜景,品嚐著冰爽的飲料,感覺就好像突然遠離煩囂,瞬間放鬆了心情,為之後的精彩美食打開了口胃。

龍袍烤豬髀,外皮異常的鬆脆,肉甫亦同樣鬆軟,鹹香入味,有點德國鹹豬手的影子,但不會像其硬脆偏韌;而且脆皮下雖帶點脂肪,但入口一點也不會覺得肥膩,亦不會太乾身,做得十分出色,大家都吃過停不了口。
歎完小食和雞尾酒過後,大家一行人入到內堂,在氣派舒適的環境下繼續品嚐其餘的主菜。

龍太子泡飯,脆米泡飯是幟哥的撚手小菜之一,以不同的海鮮濃湯配上白飯和脆米,算是這品牌的名物。今趟估計大廚應是以本地龍蝦為主,輔以鮮蝦熬成鮮味龍蝦湯,即席在燒熱的石鍋內,放上龍蝦、白飯和蝦湯,並灑上脆米香菜,即時輕煙四起吱吱作響,蝦香從中渺渺飄來。奶白色的湯汁濃香鮮甜,加上彈牙的龍蝦肉,伴著白飯同吃,完美地盡用了每一滴湯汁的精華;而脆米更有畫龍點睛之效,添上微脆香口亦豐富了層次,啖啖都是頂級滋味,盡顯了大廚的用心製作。

艷火妙醬煀牛尾,另一道色香味俱全的菜式,牛尾煲放在堆滿熱石的鐵盤上,店員先將室內燈光調暗,在石堆中倒入玫瑰露點火,藍焰即時在石塊之間起舞,玫瑰露的香氣亦徐徐飄來,滿有意境。牛尾以大廚秘調的青胡椒醬炆得軟腍入味,入口濃香鬆軟帶微辣,惹味得連骨頭都啜得乾乾淨淨。

濃湯鮮茄泡羽衣甘藍,羽衣甘藍是近年另一受到熱捧的健康食品,以高纖维他命豐富見稱,但亦因纖维多口感較硬韌,烹調起來帶點難度。今趟大廚以上湯浸熟羽衣甘藍,配上碎番茄粒,只是鮮紅翠綠的賣相已讓人感到那份清爽脫俗。這道羽衣甘藍較外邊一般吃到的來得脆嫩軟身,番茄碎的酸香與奶白雞湯的濃郁亦使其添上清新濃郁,味道平衡得不錯,簡單的配搭造就了一道健康美食。

蟹肉石盤炒糯米飯薄煎,燒熱了的薄身石盤內放上糯米飯,面頭鋪上一梳梳的蟹肉和香菜,端上來時已傳來陣陣飯焦香。醬濃鹹香的糯米飯煮得較軟綿不夠乾身,跟生炒的做法有點距離,還好的是用上了熱石盤將部分糯米飯烘成飯焦,添上了焦香脆口,彌補了不夠粒粒分明的口感。而佐上一梳梳的蒜子蟹肉除提昇了矜貴度之餘,亦增添了海洋的鮮味,可以說是一道變奏版的高級煲仔飯。

最後當然點來了幟哥始創的名物楊枝甘露作為結尾,果然原作就是零舍不同,同樣是芒果金柚和西米的組合,味道卻異常地濃香Creamy,芒果的蜜甜和柚子的酸甘平衡得剛好,沒有帶甘苦的違和感,清爽甜香,為整餐劃上了十分完美的句號。

嗰日約咗同客一齊去食嘢揀間好少少嘅餐廳依間餐廳幾特別我哋諗住入去食飯佢反而邀請我哋可以去飲杯野輕鬆下傾吓計先而飲嘢嘅地方呢就係喺區多啊VIP嘅地方嚟嘅啲嘢飲佢仲會係全部特製嘅我自己就揀咗冇酒精飲品Passion Sparking ,其他飲品外表都好出色,我哋做帶咗少少小食一齊share之後我哋再入返餐廳area 食飯龍太子泡飯超好食因為係即叫即整,師傅會喺我哋面前製作,一鍋可以有兩份,每份都有一隻龍蝦肉,用佢哋秘製嘅龍蝦湯煮最後加上仲加上脆米,超級鮮味艷火妙醬煀牛尾呢個係打卡精選,一個鍋咁樣上菜,外邊用咗玫瑰露燒起個鑊帶出香味!濃湯鮮茄泡羽衣甘藍呢個食完完全唔會抗拒食羽衣甘藍,因為羽衣甘藍比較鞋身,但因為呢個用湯煮,羽衣甘藍個腥味冇左蟹肉石盤炒糯米飯薄煎普通糯米飯食得多但呢個係用石盤炒, 入面仲加上蛋一齊炒所以啲糯米飯吵到好香而且又食脆卜卜嘅感覺配埋上面鮮味蟹肉正!最後仲食埋糖水成餐飯淨係好滿足,因為食物嘅質素好高餐廳整體感覺亦都非常之好
