8月4日,眼科前同事今好友,一如往年,在揾食肥華,呢個牛佬嘅牛一前夕,宴請肥華,在土瓜灣此店,食預祝生日晚讌,難得各好友咁有,揾食肥華心,我亦唔想佢哋花心思點菜,所以自作主張,點咗此店一圍,8人享用嘅全包宴,免得大家傷腦筋,實話實說,今晚呢圍全包宴,除咗個大蝦伊麵質素較差,祗得C+評分外,其他各款菜式,肥華都俾B至B+評語,加上今晚此店,侍應員工對肥華呢枱嘅,服務態度,難講完美但亦克盡己職,對人客要求到位,所以今餐好友賀肥華牛一宴喺👍👍👍👍👍 continue reading

原本開開心心甘諗住食餐生日飯同老人家慶祝,啲野食既味道完全係勁重味勁咸。準備切蛋糕前需要執枱,有位樓面既阿姐執枱時啲態度勁差,話吾要既放上個轉盤度,一句吾該都冇,好似趕住收工係甘執,執到好似掉野甘,加上有幾個小朋友係度我地都怕佢整親小朋友,完全冇理過張枱既人既感受。到我地話佢兩句就駁您幾句,黑口黑面甘,做到勁燥甘就向顧客發脾氣,好過份,其實甘吾想做做咩仲要對住顧客黑口黑面?完全吾建議大家去依間食! continue reading

新年食飯提早預約食飯,留左電話及枱,到左食飯正日,晚市開門一上到,門口個阿姐態度超差,問極都唔認,根住同我講話無位。我同佢講已前一天預約好訂左枱,點次果個姐話見唔到人,將我將枱俾左人地,結果我山長水遠出黎無飯食。老人家到左酒樓,聽到無位,又白走一趟,我非常憤怒。眼見場地空空,未食訂左位都入唔到座。幾個服務員態度勁差:,又無禮貌,同我講無枱俾左人。就算能夠入座,各位都要留意佢收13%服務費,聽到都一肚火。呢間龍寶酒樓永遠都唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

嘩,食過唔少燒鴿,但今次係這家店試嘅乳鴿真係可以話係正中紅心🎯嘅好滋味!熱辣辣嘅燒乳鴿外皮香脆得嚟唔算咬勁,一咬落去皮脆肉嫩,啖啖肉汁爆炸🤤,真係得意到不得了!重點係,自己動手剪鴿嘅過程,仲可以保持溫度,熱騰騰咀嚼就最正!然後啲翅,佢哋竟然先係你面前展示新鮮程度,再即煮,份量多到我只可以用"實惠"嚟形容,肉質又鮮美又唔乾柴!至於脆皮豬手嘅話,話咁快就冇得試,下次真係要早啲去排隊啦。總括嚟講,這次嘅食驗幾正,無論係味道定係份量,一於係掂晒,確實係平民食堂嘅美味選擇!💯 continue reading

事件發生在中午午餐時段,有幾名長者等咗一個鐘就去問女支客仲要等幾耐,該女支客個態度就好唔耐煩好惡劣,佢同嗰位長者講都話叫你要耐心等候,於是長者們就同佢啲朋友話唔等轉去其他地方吃午飯,當時該女支客完全漠視該長者回應繼續撳飛,喺呢個時候啲飛突然間跳到得好快過了該長者的飛,於是他們又問女支客點解唔見咗佢張飛,女支客回應他們你張飛我已經幫你們取消了,你去隔離富臨酒家飲茶啦,呢度冇位俾你哋,但該長者話我哋等咗咁耐依家有位都唔俾我哋,女支客回應你哋五個人唔可以俾你哋入坐,佢話依家係叫六人位先可以入去,幾位長者仍然喺度同女支客對質,但女支客仍然不瞅不睬她們,態度兇惡叫佢哋去富臨,女支客繼續撳飛叫其他號碼,於是呢班長者好冇耐地就走啦話以後都唔會嚟呢度.其實該女支客理應要比枱給他們,因為這班老人家當時等候超過45分鐘,既然有枱為何唔可以比張枱佢哋用膳呢?又用啲咁惡劣嘅態度回應人客,呢啲算是什麼服務呢?龍寶作為一個大飲食集團竟然培訓了一位咁劣質服務嘅前枱同事,應該好好檢視一下,現在飲食業處於一個水深火熱嘅冰河時期,該職員竟然可以公開地叫人客去其他酒樓飲茶,唔好嚟呢度,請問呢啲係咩標準🤔 continue reading
