作為一個健康人士,打邊爐都要有肉有菜啦😉叫左一份生菜同白蘿蔔, 白蘿蔔切到長方形好易夾,生菜都係新鮮既😁

入秋啦,梗係要食吓雞煲火鍋暖一暖個身啦,辛苦咗一日打邊爐慰勞下自己就最好啦。花膠瑤柱雞湯 ($198) 真係超級推呢個雞湯,好鮮甜,而且花膠好多。一開始食少少雞再飲啖湯,真係好正。我哋兩個人叫咗少少海鮮,包括:廣島蠔 ($68)、桂花蚌 ($68)同鮮花枝片($68),全部都好新鮮,尤其係桂花蚌真係要叫,豉油都唔使落,你就會食到佢嘅鮮甜味,而且好爽口。除咗海鮮,仲叫咗特級雪花牛肉粒 ($78),油麥菜 ($25)同埋韭菜餃($42),餃子真係皮薄餡靚,啖啖都係韭菜餡。餐廳本身已經有熱茶提供俾我哋飲,但係打得邊爐,梗係要叫杯凍檸樂($20)啦!

之前都有嚟銅鑼灣打邊爐,每次都會揀一啲特色啲嘅火鍋店,有啲係九宮格,有啲係醬料好多好特別,今次呢間火鍋店有一種古色古香嘅感覺。睇落好似平平無奇嘅邊爐店,個湯底竟然係非常之好味,養顏海底椰子雞湯底好味到一個點可以當湯飲,我竟然係打邊爐之前就已經飲咗兩碗湯,感覺係好滋潤,都好想學返屋企試吓煲啊!呢間嘅湯底入邊本身已經有半隻雞,所以雞肉已經好足夠,唔需要再加太多肉類,所以我揀咗手打四寶丸,非常之精緻,每種都係一兩粒,即包韭菜餃應該真係即刻包,唔係冰鮮嗰種,所以放落去好快浮起就可以食得。見到寫住店舖推薦嘅阿來牛肉卷🫔,原來入面係包住咗芫荽㗎,當牛肉好快就熟,其實真係好香口。蜂巢豆腐吸取咗好多湯汁,所以非常之鮮甜,強烈推薦大家叫蜂巢豆腐!稻庭烏冬因為只係叫咗半份,所以份量唔算太多,但係因為本身個湯底已經有半隻雞,所以都已經夠食。翡翠豆苗同我想像中有少少唔同,原來係呢一種有少少似日式嘅豆苗,放喺湯度整到比較軟林再食都有一番滋味。

最近真係好想食雞煲,近日聽朋友說銅鑼灣這家雞煲佢試過覺得唔錯,收工就來了!店鋪座位都很寬敞明亮,每一桌都坐滿了人我們選了半隻重慶麻辣雞煲,半隻都好大一份!加了牛氣沖天和廣島蠔兩份配料和一些蔬菜牛氣沖天💰68一份有好大塊的滷好的牛腩、牛筋、牛舌、牛肚,和雞煲煮在一起更軟爛更入味,推薦必點!廣島蠔一口一個很是鮮美!服務員也會很貼心的不停過來翻炒倒茶,不用擔心鍋底會糊!最後雞煲加水打邊爐,雞煲的香辣湯底,燙一些蔬菜也是著手不錯的!剛剛好符合我和我朋友的口味!還會再來光顧!

牛氣沖天💰68一份有好大塊的滷好的牛腩、牛筋、牛舌、牛肚,和雞煲煮在一起更軟爛更入味,推薦必點!廣島蠔一口一個很是鮮美!服務員也會很貼心的不停過來翻炒倒茶,不用擔心鍋底會糊!

最後雞煲加水打邊爐,雞煲的香辣湯底,燙一些蔬菜也是著手不錯的!剛剛好符合我和我朋友的口味!還會再來光顧!
