台灣的度小月,是不少香港人旅遊時的朝聖景點。個人喜歡滷鴨蛋、虱目魚湯,但無奈在香港的度小月,卻沒有這些食品。香港度小月的出品,可以用貎似神非來比喻,可能因為食材問題。不少劣評說他們的價格,比台灣高很多,其實這方面是可以理解,因為香港的租金、工資也比台灣昂貴多。香港的營運成本,確實太高了。肉燥飯,沒有了台灣的油香味,沒有齒頰留香的效果。香蔥炸大腸,不夠香脆,沒有搭配淮鹽,後來問服務員,才有提供。因為沒有宜蘭的三星蔥,整道菜式完全失真。其餘也是失望可能因為疫情問題,大家未能到台灣,唯有到來吃上臺灣小吃,以解思念。

正值韓國瑜被罷免的晚上,和妻子到度小月吃晚飯。餐廳位於銅鑼灣時代廣場地牢扶手梯旁,地方不大,祇有10張8張枱,所有顧客就在行人的目光下進餐。食物質素普普通通,肉燥飯當然不能夠跟臺灣的比較,但香蔥炸大腸及花生豬腳卻做得不錯,適合香港口味,沒有油膩膩的感覺。鳳梨蝦球賣相不錯,但冇蝦味,普普通通的黑椒杏鮑菇牛肉,普普通通的鹽酥雞,配上普普通通的荔枝酸啤酒,連普普通通也講不上的珍珠奶茶。不過以餐廳嘅價錢嚟講,大概不能要求太高,普普通通的一間餐廳,普普通通的一頓飯就是了。

好耐無食過,襯住時代廣場搞活動,送現金卷可以係度小月用就所以嚟食嘢。記得啱啱開個陣,大排長龍,味道比而家好得好多,唔知係疫情影響定食物質素影響,確實少咗好多人。服務:有好多空枱,不過唔知硬係唔叫人坐,要成班人望住堆枱係出面呆等,有二十幾個號碼走咗食物:好似快餐店質素,無咗當年台灣風味,唔知係唔係用香港食材,而家完全變咗港式口味。最期待嘅擔擔麵,完全感覺係煮完個麵,放堆預早做好嘅醬上面。所有嘢感覺好似預先中央做好,佢哋再翻熱出嚟咁,無咗新鮮煮既味道,而且價錢唔平,樣樣嘢細細碟,其實加埋都差不多$450/兩位,好彩可以用$200現金卷,不過坦白講,用$250食呢堆嘢都貴,希望餐廳可以有改善,挽回班食客

因為「冇看廢鹽」,台灣封關。冇得去台灣吃喝玩樂。留係香港,想感受吓台灣感覺同回味一下台灣嘅味道。剛剛好係銅鑼灣。就去食渡小月啦。兩個人,叫左擔擔麵,擔擔米粉,皮蛋肉鬆豆腐,胡椒蝦同一杯飲品。唔知係咪因為係香港食,覺得兩碗擔擔麵/米,冇台灣味,連香港味都冇。可以話係冇味道,甚至係熱度都冇。個豆腐我食到好強嘅香港味,直頭見到香港味,冇錯,係百福嘅味道。至於個蝦。大細同味道都唔講啦。好有心思,應該係釀左d黑松露係蝦嘅背脊上。幾乎隻隻都有。可惜我唔好黑松露。唯有逐隻挑返出嚟。雖然用咗啲時間,但係冇因爲咁令到d蝦變凍。因為本身都唔熱,完全冇影響。多謝香港渡小月,佢令我更加想念台灣🙏🏼

其實另外仲叫左份烤紹興香腸,份量一樣係好細小,又收$28,味道都係好一般,唔明點解咁貴,我叫埋一罐可樂,買單就已經$74,但仲係肚餓mode,因為返工唔可以餓住肚仔,最後唯有過對面買個薯條頂肚,真係只此一次,下不為例😢

Food was quite okay. I quite like the noodles (not too soft and oily) and the sausage (on the sweet side and great pairing w garlic)Having been to the flagship in Tainan, they were close to what I had there. The menu was slightly different from the one in Tainan. Don’t recall seeing the “3-cup chicken” in Tainan, but I ordered it anyways. It was quite tasty and portion was generous. The basil made it really fragrant.

其實都小月嚟咗香港之後呢我都食過幾次,銅鑼灣呢間就第一次嚟,原來入邊都幾多位同埋坐得幾舒服嘅。一坐低就比隔離枱放三杯雞嘅香味吸引左,所以我都叫返個三杯雞食,雞肉煲得好入味,都好有台灣嘅味道。由於俾佢個哈卷吸引左,呢啲除炸嘢係台灣嘅拿手小菜,而佢呢個蝦卷個外皮好特別,好似有一陣粟米嘅味道,忍唔住會食多咗幾條。當然唔少得擔仔麵啦,佢份量細細,可以比好多空位你食其他小菜,台灣嗰間係真係有人坐係個車仔上面煮,如果香港都有就好啦。非常欣賞呢個芋頭糕,望落去好似好紮實,但係其實食落去係好鬆軟,同埋面面嘅芋頭感覺真材實料,調味亦都唔會做得太假,係真材實料嘅芋頭蓉啊!櫻花蝦生菜。
