今晚同2個朋友喺時代廣場shopping,路過地庫發現有間杜小月,之前喺臺灣曾經試過,感覺良好,今次就即管入去試試香港版。先來個出名的鮮蝦擔仔麵,油麵Q彈,有水準,隻蝦都幾彈牙,還有些滷肉,味道不錯,少啲油會更好。見人多,叫碟邪惡嘅炸大腸都OK吧,哈哈!大腸皮炸得相當脆口,腸有咬口不韌,中間啲肥膏都清得很乾淨,無異味,很有以前大牌檔風味,呢款唔需要點汁,都夠味,中間有啲蔥段,又減了油膩。之後嚟多過三杯雞煲,上菜嘅時候,有好濃烈嘅乾蔥和九層塔香,啲雞都好入味,好滑,斬到細細件容易食,味道偏甜,扣少少分,但都OK。最後再嚟多個安格斯牛肉粒,居然係全晚最正嘅,牛肉粒bite size,用沙茶醬炒,係好腍好入味,滑而不漏,相當高分。啤酒蝦,因為開了背,淡淡啤酒香味從這裡進去,蝦肉彈牙,又有淡淡啤酒香味,幾特別。叫了幾碟肉,當然要整碟菜,百合蘆筍木耳,D菜都幾嫩冇渣,其中有淡黃色的,好爽口,原以為竹笙,吃下就知係雪耳,相當好食,有水準。

過江龍度小月都已經開咗一段時間,一直都好掛住喺台灣時食嘅味道,喺放假嘅日子又有時間出開銅鑼灣Shopping,當然唔放過呢個機會去試吓。由於已過午飯時間,所以一去到就有位比我,但未入去之前職員強調最低消費$60,其實一個飯加個小食&野飲,正常都過呢個金額,但講真,要set個最低消費嘅話,好似唔比胃口細嘅人入去食咁樣(當然只係我個人感覺啦),好彩一向眼闊肚窄嘅我,其實對我嚟講就唔成問題。坐低睇咗一陣餐牌,決定點三個小依&一碗飯先上咗滷鴨蛋,好咸跟住上個豆腐,都幾入味炸貢丸,無咩驚喜擔仔雙拼,三啖KO咗,都係好咸,最重要係超勁多味精,食完超口渴結論,都係過台灣食好過。

今日lunch 同幾個同事想食台灣野,就黎左銅鑼灣呢間度小月,因為都幾多人,所以排左陣隊!必叫既祖傳肉燥飯,醬汁非常下飯,魯肉肥瘦度剛剛好!入口好嫩滑又吸哂醬汁既味度!烤昭興香腸,外皮烤得好香脆,帶點酒香,十分滋味!蚵仔酥脆卜卜,加左胡椒鹽,非常惹味!入面蚵仔好軟同彈牙,簡直食唔停口,好推薦!我地仲叫左煲三杯雞,雞肉好嫩滑入味!調味非常足,醬汁勁下飯,岩哂重口味既我啊!飲品我叫左荔枝乳酸加魔豆,飲落酸酸甜甜,清爽又開胃,魔豆有咬口,岩哂夏天飲!呢間台灣店食物性價比高,一定會再黎呢!
