星期六晚見呢間有位唔洗等就試吓,因為附近大部份食肆都要等位,點知就係中伏嘅開始先講服務,除咗個經理之外,其他樓面後生女職員都真係犀利👍🏻自問唔係要求店員要賣笑嘅人,但係佢哋啲「禮貌」真係由心而發出嚟。事源我落完手寫單,等咗好耐都未有嘢食,至少都10-15分鐘,直到隔籬有檯新客坐低,一坐低無幾耐就有嘢食,之後我就問店員有無落單,然後就見到佢就咁擺咗張落單紙喺經理後面。我諗最基本都講聲「唔好意思落漏咗單」,點知一句都無講過就行開咗👍🏻另外仲有就係嗌咗個酸菜白肉鍋,相信個煲都有返咁上下熱力,然後個店員放喺一個2歲小朋友面前,叫佢放另一邊就西口西面😂之後就講食物,嗌咗五樣食物:擔仔麵、肉燥飯、蚵仔酥、台灣烤腸同埋酸菜白肉鍋擔仔麵係幾好食,台灣腸都正常水平肉燥飯,我諗大家都expect係甜甜地,但係嚟到個肉燥飯勁鹹而且有少少辣椒碎,我唔可以講話好難食,但係完全唔係大部份人心目中嘅肉燥飯蚵仔酥還可以,但我諗幾十粒入面得5,6粒係比較豐滿嘅size,其他細粒過花生至於個酸菜白肉鍋就真係經典,酸菜唔酸,白肉厚切之餘仲要無切走層皮,我諗叫做腩白菜鍋就差唔多總結:peak hour唔洗排隊係有佢嘅原因🤣 continue reading
