鴨肉好瘦好乾柴

薄餅皮成塊都有白色麵粉殘留,實在不能理解。
餅皮厚而粗糙。
餅皮與餅皮之間冇防黏分隔紙。
有一隻金屬小鉗俾人用嚟夾起塊餅皮,但偏偏呢隻夾呈鋸齒狀,好易夾爛啲皮😂

所以鴨肉+薄餅皮整體來講,口感都係又乾又柴,完全不享受呢道菜。
與其搞創新整牛油果醬整山楂條,不如先做好基本功(鴨及薄餅皮)。

原裝只有6塊薄餅皮,唔夠2個人分。其後加餅皮須+$36/6塊

從不寫食評嘅人都要留低評論晚上訂左枱6:30鐘入坐,門口話入座起計90分鐘,門口帶位按排左我地坐卡位,主要同另一半慶祝食生日飯其間叫左半隻鴨,小龍包,生煎包,陽春麵等多款食物。不過當食左一半左右 大約45分鐘,個樓面男經理就開始吹埋單,仲問啲食物到齊未,我話加左單後睇見男經理個樣就即時黑面。由於門口多人等位,未夠50分鐘已經不斷狂收你枱面上空既食物,杯碟等最後連甜品用餐時間75分鐘,不斷趕客食到滾水淥腳。由於慶祝生日關係廢事掃興,如果唔係一定大鬧投訴個經理不斷趕客整體體驗十分之差,唔會再返轉頭幫襯👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

另一半生日,約埋佢屋企人食飯,本身都冇野,食8:30 ,一入到去侍應就係咁推我哋食餐,人多都食到冇乜所謂,食咗冇耐就發覺唔對路,淨係識落菜,唔會有人識得執嘢,我六個人,比張細枱我,之後開始多嘢食,唔係比張枱仔我,將我啲餸放喺隔離,係直接叫我自己處理,唔係職員幫我執一執啲位置,啲職員叫極都唔應,淨係顧住執枱清場等收工,最過分係食到最尾,都未食完竟然直接上甜品,我同佢講我未食完可唔可以甜品遲啲先上,職員竟然係同我講廚師要收工,甜品要上,廚房要清場,後面個經理聽到,同個職員講放返入去先啦,一陣間叮翻熱俾佢,本身諗住食蛋糕自己帶咗個蛋糕去,你每位收我$10都好正常,最後我話唔喺度食,叫個經理俾返$60我,佢竟然發爛渣,其實話晒都係服務業,唔想做生意咪講囉,最過分嘅就係8:30食, 9:30就同我講話要埋左張單先,啲職員仲要完全冇為意,掛住執嘢,傾偈,踢到我哋啲凳/倒瀉水喺我哋隔離,完全唔會講唔好意思或者清理咗佢,本身諗住上網睇下搵唔搵到呢個集團,可以比返少少意見,,但係完全冇資料,所以先至喺呢度寫,真係唔希望有人受害🥲

一間很好食的片皮鴨餐廳,環境服務和食物質素都是這間餐的賣點。餐廳座位舒服,雖然餐廳面積不大,但每枱之間間隔十足,十分寬敞。而且餐具都是雲石花紋,好有高級餐廳的感覺。首先說說片皮鴨,它味道和肉質都好好,鴨皮可選連肉或分開,這次我們選連肉上.佢特別之處是鴨會放在保溫盆上,所以溫度可保持,這是很細心的細節。配料也十足,好特別是有山楂條。除左片皮鴨,這次還叫了炒年糕,鍋巴等等,全部整體都好有水準,要嫌的話可能是鍋巴的配料偏鹹。
