滿心期待 ，但結果卻係食過最差嘅片皮鴨。片皮鴨 半隻 $298 鴨肉好瘦好乾柴薄餅皮成塊都有白色麵粉殘留，實在不能理解。餅皮厚而粗糙。餅皮與餅皮之間冇防黏分隔紙。有一隻金屬小鉗俾人用嚟夾起塊餅皮，但偏偏呢隻夾呈鋸齒狀，好易夾爛啲皮😂所以鴨肉+薄餅皮整體來講，口感都係又乾又柴，完全不享受呢道菜。與其搞創新整牛油果醬整山楂條，不如先做好基本功（鴨及薄餅皮）。原裝只有6塊薄餅皮，唔夠2個人分。其後加餅皮須+$36/6塊香蕉高力豆沙 $58/3粒外皮頗結實，欠空氣感紅豆沙加上香蕉 略甜。唯一優點係伙記人手夠，做野快手。
