早幾日去咗大埔一間新開食上海小菜館 - 逸東小館,呢間本身呢間有以餃子🥟同的小店,老闆開咗呢間主打上海小菜。晚餐都有不少選擇,有客飯、湯麵餐,我就點咗客飯,包小食一款同自己家製花茶配菜飯,我揀咗韭黃芽菜炒鱔糊 + 鮑汁豆腐+ 菜飯 ,再加了招牌南乳炸雞翼。好耐冇食過韭黃芽菜炒鱔糊,味道唔錯,有點像以前媽媽煮的家鄉味道,雖然鱔肉不多但整得幾好,同埋蠔油汁用嚟撈菜飯真係好夾。鮑汁豆腐好入味,豆腐嫩滑。南乳炸雞翼有驚喜,好香南乳味道,又唔會好咸,好好味。

逸東小館位處大埔一條相對比較幽靜的橫街,沒有大街上的喧鬧,但卻掩蓋不了小店的人情味,用餐期間也有不少熟客街坊來吃個簡單晚飯,聊聊時事,好不熱鬧。招牌雞湯麵的配搭多不勝數,但唯獨花膠雞麵最吸引,大大塊花膠的口感軟糯,女士感覺最滋補;雞肉有髀位,肉質保留到嫩滑,感覺好滿足呢!湯頭清澈而不失鮮美,配上米粉是剛剛好。如果飲茶時偏愛蘿蔔絲酥餅,那麼逸東小館也有這一味蘿蔔絲空氣春卷,來點香脆可口的小食作為間奏,再吃其他菜式。逸東另一款招牌菜:手工雞湯雲吞,種類繁多,少少貪心的我叫了個雙併:蝦仁鮮肉雲吞拼沙嗲牛柳鮮肉雲吞。蝦仁鮮肉雲吞十分大粒,像個乒乓球,而其中的蝦仁也是大大隻,每啖也能吃到蝦和豬肉。至於沙嗲牛柳鮮肉雲吞是創新的口味,沙嗲牛味道濃郁,想不到成為餃子餡仍然很彈牙,愛牛者必試。無容置疑,逸東小館的雲吞餃子仍然如剛開店般出色,有傳統的味道,又有創新的意念。看到鄰座正在品嚐新推出的鱔糊和獅子頭等上海菜飯,相信也要找個機會再來試試。

招牌雞湯麵的配搭多不勝數,但唯獨花膠雞麵最吸引,大大塊花膠的口感軟糯,女士感覺最滋補;雞肉有髀位,肉質保留到嫩滑,感覺好滿足呢!湯頭清澈而不失鮮美,配上米粉是剛剛好。

豉油西餐重開,變成逸東小館。想不到新張第一個星期,竟然做全單半價優惠,看餐牌定價也不算進取,半價太慷慨了,有點擔心一個星期後縱壞了客人,嫌貴不來。一開始看了推介,直接為花膠雞麵而來,花膠真的很大塊(如圖)有夠誇張的;雞件屬水準之作,反而我覺得通心米線並不算掛湯,下次可能叫上海麵好一點。唯一美中不足是湯頭並沒有像介紹般的濃郁鮮甜,是因為新店客人太多?而且很多東西已經沽清。隔了幾天再訪,今次叫了芽菜韭黃鱔糊和蝦仁韭黃炒蛋,鱔糊炒得不錯,鱔段份量不少;蝦仁韭黃炒蛋就有點奇怪,好像三樣東西貌合神離,蝦仁爽彈,但沒有味道,好像直接鋪在蛋上,韭黃下的慷慨,但好像和雞蛋各自為政;但雞蛋尚算炒得嫩滑,韭黃亦非常新鮮。小吃鹵豆腐和辣豆芽相對出色,花茶亦好飲。作為一間新店,當然還有進步空間。而店員有禮,取價亦都合理,市道低迷,希望逸東小館加油。

今日到大埔墟,見呢間舖試業期間follow 社交平台 半價,於是嚟排隊試試。本來想食南乳雞翼但沽清,最後揀咗飯餐,十分失望。韭黃芽菜炒鱔糊+鮑汁豆腐(2件)+熱情果玄米綠茶(凍) 原價$72,半價$36。食物上枱時只係微暖,明顯熱度不足,無哂菜飯,只能跟白飯,但用外賣盒裝白飯同配菜,食物仲要唔熱,已扣分。炒鱔糊有啲咸,似係用蠔油炒,鱔肉有14小條。鮑汁豆腐好普通,唔太啱心水不評價。全部食哂都唔夠飽,又唔特別好食,好彩半價36蚊,原價真係完全唔食佢。成個餐只有熱情果玄米綠茶幾好味,清清哋唔太甜,但無乜玄米味。埋單36蚊,整體嚟講味道好普通,食物無乜特別唔吸引,試業期間人手不足,如果客人走數真係無人留意到。
