罕有出現在將軍澳區,朋友約我去玉子造屋吃個飯。我們點了多款菜式,有胡麻豆腐野菜沙律、清酒煮蜆、壽喜燒、芥末八爪魚、龍蝦蟹肉親子丼,再加上柚子梳打、巨峰提子乳酸,今餐非常豐盛。我個人特別喜歡壽喜燒,醬油味湯底,邊爐方式,一直都是我的至愛。鍋裡有鳴門卷、靈芝菇、秀珍菇、粟米芯、蘿蔔、生菜、豆腐,主角當然是牛肉。另外要推介一下龍蝦親子飯,有半隻龍蝦在飯碗上,很吸睛,‘認真無得輸’,橙色的是龍蝦膏,親子飯有一層炒蛋在上面,飯底不是白飯,是炒飯,內裡不知道加了什麼,但炒得爽口,好夠味。有驚喜~很可能是店鋪主打菜。推推推~!

玉子造屋位置喺商場地下位置,屬商場嘅邊緣位置不是在商場的正中心,鋪頭外面係向街嘅出入口。 聽朋友講正常情況係要排隊等位, 今日同我一齊好好彩竟然唔使等位仲有梳化位坐。裝修清簡感覺光猛舒服, 座位亦很闊落。只是梳化位後是通道,感覺有人會走動。睇一睇餐牌嘅選擇唔算太花巧,配搭性高,柯打一個魚生飯、一份牛飯。前菜對於我們多汁怪係唔夠,但幾啖菜唔好意思再問多啲汁。每個餐跟麵豉湯,唔會太咸,豆腐粒較多。兩碗飯賣相美好,味道ok,牛肉嘅質地韌咗啲,不過有牛味道㗎。 配上冇得輸嘅流心蛋一隻。魚生飯個人感覺一般,也許不合我們口味,根子足夠份量圍滿碗邊,中間雞蛋撈飯,魚有點腥,整個口感、味道很奇怪。套餐有飲品,我喜歡飲品味道濃厚,絕不慳材料。由於唔太啱我哋口味,唔敢再叫甜品。

今日一個人嚟到將軍澳中心處理啲事,做完晒喺附近見到有一間餐廳環境好雅緻,令到日本熊嘅我即刻好想入去試吓,玉子係日本名物,我已經有差唔多兩年無返過日本,一定又會你係東京,七到去見到有午餐下午茶餐同埋甜品,但係今日想食海鮮,叫咗一個芝士龍蝦茄汁意粉,加多$45就會有三樣前菜牛舌,中華沙律,螺肉,蜆肉麵豉湯同飲品,一上枱龍蝦爆膏,意粉好彈牙冇煮過龍唔會太油,牛舌好好食,下次有時間我會帶埋甜品控朋友一齊食,應該佢會好開心。

在商場左逛右逛,落到地下,發現呢一間<玉子造屋>,這個時候剛好過了午飯時間,人也不算多,看了看門口的餐牌,於是便決定入去食lunch。入去後,侍應給了我餐牌。餐牌上的款式不多,最後選了“滑蛋吉列唐揚雞丼”連飲品~“凍奶茶”。滑蛋吉列唐揚雞丼首先,賣相係幾得下,表面有很多滑蛋,滑蛋食落去係幾滑下,加上適量既蔥花,旁邊有很多洋蔥,飯也加上了一些香料,令到d飯食落很有口感和香既感覺😗但當我吃第一口唐揚雞的時候,瞬間扣分,而且係“好難頂”☹因為佢既唐揚雞整得好咸。補充一點:餐牌寫既係“吉列唐揚雞”,但上到黎只不過係普通既唐揚雞,吉列就好似平時吉列豬扒一樣,表面有吉列既一小粒一小粒咁,食落去係脆口既。份量方面:飯既份量係足夠既,但唐揚雞只得4小舊,以呢個價錢黎講算係偏貴。凍奶茶味道普普通通啦。

滑蛋吉列唐揚雞丼

首先,賣相係幾得下,表面有很多滑蛋,滑蛋食落去係幾滑下,加上適量既蔥花,旁邊有很多洋蔥,飯也加上了一些香料,令到d飯食落很有口感和香既感覺😗

但當我吃第一口唐揚雞的時候,瞬間扣分,而且係“好難頂”☹因為佢既唐揚雞整得好咸


補充一點:餐牌寫既係“吉列唐揚雞”,但上到黎只不過係普通既唐揚雞,吉列就好似平時吉列豬扒一樣,表面有吉列既一小粒一小粒咁,食落去係脆口既。

份量方面:飯既份量係足夠既,但唐揚雞只得4小舊,以呢個價錢黎講算係偏貴。

最近將軍澳中心更翻新完成,打造區內新食場,引入不同國家的特色餐廳。⭐️「玉子造屋」 顧名思義係由雞蛋🥚為主打食材的日式餐廳,於晚飯時間到達都好快地安排入座,坐於近窗位置的梳化位紅酒汁漢堡飯🍛蛋係採用日本嘅無菌蛋,半熟玉子做出旋風形狀, 頗滑味道較淡,配上帶有蔬菜的醬汁,滑蛋中嘅飯都有啲心思嘅,味道有啲鹹香。漢堡肉質豐富。龍蝦蟹肉親子丼🦞🦀🍱貌相相當吸引,店員都相當體貼附有小碟裝起龍蝦方便食😊一試都帶點鮮味,蟹鉗肉質肥美,可惜是玉子有啲熟,未算太滑,份量頗大份餐牌上既甜品係依家好流行嘅日式Pancake,而且店鋪環境開揚,枱與枱之間空間都算足夠同舒服,有機會可再黎😉

紅酒汁漢堡飯🍛
蛋係採用日本嘅無菌蛋,半熟玉子做出旋風形狀, 頗滑味道較淡,配上帶有蔬菜的醬汁,滑蛋中嘅飯都有啲心思嘅,味道有啲鹹香。漢堡肉質豐富。

貌相相當吸引,店員都相當體貼附有小碟裝起龍蝦方便食😊一試都帶點鮮味,蟹鉗肉質肥美,可惜是玉子有啲熟,未算太滑,份量頗大份

小食方面我就叫左個兵庫蟹肉釀小蟹蓋同埋都幾新鮮, 又足料, 唔錯架!丼飯我就揀左個牛舌丼, 因為都想食下肉,份量都幾多同埋肉質好有口感!不過出菜時間長, 建議呢個位可以提升

今日约咗朋友去將軍澳行街,行完揾下附近有乜地方可以坐低食野,有一排冇食日本野,我地見有間有間玉子造屋,招牌大大的,吸引眼球,裝修佈局幾舒適,於是就入去坐低食野。我倆商量後,就決定叫兩份主食share食,每份加💰35仲可以配埋甜品同飲品添先來三文魚凱撒沙律,沙律菜很新鮮,菜爽脆,煎三文魚片冇腥味跟著清酒煮蜆,用日本清酒煮的蜆肉辟咗蜆肉的腥味,很清甜,大大粒接著黑松露牛油焗菌,有冬菇,雞肶菇切粒同秀珍菇,黑松露香味濃郁,帶出咗菇的鮮味,三種菇有唔同的爽口感,又唔鹹跟住就來個日式豚肉鍋配白飯,侍應拿來時即時加熱火鍋,豚肉薄切,剛剛熟就夾起黎食,好冧,唔靱,仲有多款配菜,有芋絲、粟米芯、娃娃菜、金菇同日式魚旦,配料豐富甜品我地都揀咗士多啤梨班㦸,班㦸賣相很吸引,望落夠哂鬆軟,士多啤梨醬鋪面,加埋淡忌廉一齊食,咬落鬆軟,入口即溶,有蛋香味,又唔太甜,好食!雖然我地座既位置比較偏D,侍應都不時幫我地拎走吃完既器皿,清理枱面,我地食完野就继續吹水,約大半個鐘後先埋單,都算係可以傾下計,食下野既好地方😄
