[EL CID食評]於2024年9月28日,晚上繼續慶祝男朋友的慶典。到了一間男友家人以前經常去的餐廳,裝修後第一次去。沙律🥗有羽衣甘藍、生菜、芝士配上醋汁,甜甜酸酸很開胃。沙律菜也很新鮮,菜味濃,口感爽脆。西班牙海鮮焗飯🇪🇸可以選大蝦或龍蝦,不過龍蝦的價錢是雙倍,我們選了大蝦。飯粒吸收了海鮮的鮮味、蕃茄味,不過略嫌青口欠缺味道,但整體飯口感良好,味道強烈。火腿拼盤🐷這是做了會員後送的,菜單的圖片是iberico ham,不過給我們的是普通36個月西班牙火腿。酒釀鮑魚🍶價值180元的鮑魚,size較小,切了四小口,酒味還好,都爽口,不過味道只算普普通通。鹽焗烤魚🐟用鹽厚厚蓋過的魚,侍應會先在你面前打碎鹽,再分魚。有鹽的調味,魚吸盡了精華,魚身香滑,不過要小心骨頭。另外,鹽焗魚類的配菜都很香溢。朱古力軟心蛋糕配雪糕💝巧克力的熱熔蛋糕,做到流心效果,有石板巧克力的味道,也帶點杏仁的味道,配上雲呢拿雪糕濃郁香口。食物及氣氛都不錯,性價比高 應該會再去。 continue reading

Had an amazing night with 2 buddies. Not a busy Thursday night, with luck walk-in with a quiet corner table. The Chef was very nice and welcoming.We just planned to order a few tapas and go for next round of drinks. But we couldn’t stop ordering after tasted the Iberian Ham Croquetas, Padron Peppers, and Salad! Follow on with the Bone Marrow, Crispy Squid, Meatballs in Tomato sauce, Crispy Pork belly, and of course lovely Churros!Full of surprise and chill environment, all staff are friendly and nice!Love the vibes, cozy and relaxing space! The is the worst Spanish cuisine ever!!!The calamari is super deep fired… I is so dry outside.Ox tongue, it tastes like lunch meat and it is salty. It doesn’t feel like the thick ox tongue that I expected.Steak paella.The paella tastes like Hong Kong style ketchup fried rice. And the steak is so dry. Apart from the food. We also ordered champagne sangria, and it tastes like water.We told the staff the food is not good, and they apparently didn’t want to know more, or they just get used to it.Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. 為了慶祝家人生日,昨晚揀選了位於尖沙咀諾士佛臺的西班牙餐廳EL CID食晚餐。這間餐廳我數年前曾經到訪過,記得當時這間餐廳頗為大間,坐得舒適,還有來自菲律賓的樂隊唱歌伴奏,甚有氣氛,但現在沒有了,不過食物質數依然沒有退減。蒜蓉炒雜菌這道菜未食都已經嗅到一陣陣的香菰味,食落再加上蒜蓉和菰菌的香味,令我一試難忘。西班牙風腿配粟米蕊這個風腿不太鹹,配搭上甜甜的粟米蕊,鹹香味加甜味,豐富了我的味蕾,再加上鮮嫩的沙律菜,令我胃口大開。西班牙式燒乳豬這道菜端出來散發著濃烈的燒乳豬香味,咬落乳豬皮還是脆脆的,肉質又嫩又滑,食落肉汁流進口腔裏,十分滋味,再配上微甜的乾蘿蔔絲,感覺特別。西班牙牛扒焗飯熱辣辣的牛扒焗飯端出來香味四散,滿足了我的嗅覺。牛扒上配搭了一塊鵝肝,食落鵝肝的香味滿佈在口腔裏,且不覺油膩。八成熟的牛扒不過得嚡,食落還有微微的牛肉汁滲出來,十分美味。微微濕潤的焗飯,帶著濃郁的醬汁味,令我百食不厭。西班牙焦糖燉蛋這個甜品不太甜,又不太淡,恰到好處。燉蛋上配搭上新鮮的藍莓和鬆脆的餅乾,感覺豐富。一層薄薄的焦糖舖在有著濃郁蛋香味的燉蛋上,咬落脆脆的,而燉蛋又軟又滑,層次感十足。 continue reading
