Dan Dan Noodles: tasty but not really Dan Dan

Sweet and sour monkey head mushroom: I no longer want to eat the original Gu Lao Rou - this was a pleasant surprise with the MH mushroom providing a surprising firm texture.

Karana special: I don’t remember the name of this dish but Karana is a new vegetarian meat made from jackfruit - and it perfectly resembles fatty mince meat. At least these balls had the same texture. Sauce was nice.

Bean curd sheet rolls with Tom Yung Gong sauce: again, lots of texture and the sauce came in a nice sticky way.

Would definitely come back for the food (as non-vegetarian); it’s just such a shame the setting is a bit mediocre. BYOB as they don’t sell alcohol.

食物上,係有水準,亦看到廚師的精心的設計,每碟餸菜都好似一幅畫,味道同份量亦好好。環境上,好舒服,淺啡色的枱,假綠色植物嘅牆,綠色的紙圍巾,顏色配搭,都好舒服。服務上,只要有一個員工態度差,係會影響客人對餐廳的評價。如果個員工將啲小碟餸菜多次大力放喺枱上,似發脾氣,請問客人係咪仲可以覺得個餐廳值得再惠顧?希望佢老闆見到,去了解下,否則更好食的食物同環境也是徒勞無功。我本人不會再惠顧,亦不會介紹俾朋友。

環境上,好舒服,淺啡色的枱,假綠色植物嘅牆,綠色的紙圍巾,顏色配搭,都好舒服。
服務上,只要有一個員工態度差,係會影響客人對餐廳的評價。如果個員工將啲小碟餸菜多次大力放喺枱上,似發脾氣,請問客人係咪仲可以覺得個餐廳值得再惠顧?希望佢老闆見到,去了解下,否則更好食的食物同環境也是徒勞無功。我本人不會再惠顧,亦不會介紹俾朋友。

平時係少食齋,唔知原來香港有啲咁高質既齋食,呢個珺口啤好好,帶媽媽去食,食得好開心,除咗啲菜擺盤好靚之餘,碟碟菜式都好有驚喜,啲味道好食到媽媽都讚不絕口。餐廳有好多菜式都唔識叫,服務員對菜式非常熟悉,推薦左幾道菜比我地揀。黑虎掌燉鷄油菌燉湯一上菜,以為上錯左個茶比我地,原來個茶壺入面係熱辣辣既燉湯,湯超熱,裡面仲有幾種菇同蓮子,個湯非常濃。雞頭米雙色淮山配青汁裡面包住幾種淮山,啲汁幾濃,配埋本身無乜味既淮山一齊食岩岩好。玫瑰叉燒服務員話基本上個個都會叫呢碟,咁我地又跟住叫。個樣真係整到好似叉燒,連個味都好似,但食左好多塊都唔覺得油膩。香脆意大利夜明珠配繡球菌青汁最有驚喜都係呢碟risotto,切開個球入面都係飯,飯唔會太硬,上左菜要盡快食,因為個皮好脆,放耐左會淋。而個繡球菌第一次見,感覺好爽口,唔似食緊菇,個人推薦呢碟主菜。

香脆意大利夜明珠配繡球菌青汁
最有驚喜都係呢碟risotto,切開個球入面都係飯,飯唔會太硬,上左菜要盡快食,因為個皮好脆,放耐左會淋。而個繡球菌第一次見,感覺好爽口,唔似食緊菇,個人推薦呢碟主菜。

生磨蓮子露 - 口感好滑好滑真係好滑! 蓮子露好綿密既質地帶上佢既甜度, 甜唔會太重, 不過食到咁上下再食個咁有份量既甜品就有少少飽, 不過如果再比我簡多次, 我都會簡返呢個甜品, 好少係出面可以食到, good!

估唔到係中環呢個地方都可以食到素食餐廳, 而且水準亦不錯! 價錢方面又唔算好貴, 有時我同朋友都會簪d素食餐廳, 呢間下次可以再encore!
