近年我同朋友都多了食素菜...主要原因是菜式有所突破💥💥...賣相吸引之餘,味道也很好...收工入到店內,已經坐🈵️八成人...秘制酸辣湯🍲,大量雜菌作配料,每一啖都好有咬口。至於酸辣度就只是一般而已,如果能夠選擇辣度就更好了。玫瑰叉燒🌹,外型像真度很高,用麵筋做成的仿叉燒,口感煙靭軟熟,叉燒汁的味道很香甜。桂花柚子猴頭菇🍄,外型好像咕嚕肉,味道酸酸甜甜,猴頭菇的口感好像梅頭肉。XO醬野菌炆新竹米粉,米粉做得乾身爽口又夠辣,大量菇菌、椰菜作配料。香脆意大利夜明珠配繡球菌青汁,飯球的外層是炸過,口感像飯焦,切開裏面是可口的有味飯。伴碟的有爽口白木耳。整體來說,這店的餸菜味道清淡,健康少鹽,相反飯麵類的味道較濃烈。

Afternoon tea 係隱藏menu,需要自行提前喺電話book或者OpenRice book既時候mark remarks。.餐廳當日唔算人多,環境唔錯,被安排坐了近花牆既位置,打卡唔錯!afternoon tea有個甜品可以自選,但同朋友一齊揀左朱古力蛋糕後,waitress 回覆話係無既,得返青檸蛋糕。由於不太鍾意青檸蛋糕,再三問有無額外選擇,waitress都願意再問廚房,結果成功獲得哈密瓜一口Sobert。.食物全部都十分好味,非常有特色,CP值又高,HK$268/2位加一,但真係可以媲美酒店級質素,有時酒店afternoon tea都好一般蒟蒻蝦做得十分彈牙,好似真蝦口感。.另外點選了素翅炒准山白露筍,份量唔算多,價錢唔算平,但都好入味。

- 必點!! 點解頭先個煲咁好食我都只係比9分,因為呢個叉燒係10分!!!!! 佢係用豆去做到好結實嘅口感,個燶邊係超超超好味,我個人覺得比真叉燒有過之而無不及!!!

要留意呢個制作時候會耐少少,比啲耐性喇,值得咖!

我見好耐冇同隻佬食素,今日 Green Monday,訂左間新派素食試下佢既晚餐,地點好方便,係蘭桂芳頭,地鐵站出去都唔駛5分鐘就到。上到去店面好靚,原來都幾多人食素,應該都真係唔錯 ~我地坐底之後,侍應姐姐打開個小食盤仔俾我地食花生,就叫我地慢慢睇下食乜,嘩 ~ 都好多食野。我地叫左呢個係黑虎掌燉雞油菌湯,佢上菜黎我同隻佬諗緊咩黎,好可愛 ! 用個紫紗茶壺上,我仲以為係茶黎招呼我地。隻佬倒落隻杯道,果陣香味好正 ~ 好中式既老火湯,再入口 !! 嘩 ~ 果陣甜味好正 ~ 素湯都可以咁,好正 !前菜我地叫左個海葡萄萵荀絲配XO醬,呢個海葡萄好得意,一路係個口爆,好似蟹籽。我地覺得萵荀絲唔夠,哈哈 ~ 反而個海葡萄太多。佢地個自家制XO醬好正,但隻佬覺得太搶味,我就覺得岩岩好,辣辣地好惹味。隻佬話要食白蘆荀,所以我地叫左呢個雙色蘆筍,其實係白蘆荀+青蘆荀同鮮百合炒素魚翅,整個都好健康既感覺,整體都好鮮甜。其實我食素鍾意食原體,但就係對素叉燒有迷愛 ! 因為冇乜邊間做到好食,呢間唔錯,佢都係豆皮整成,佢仲有燶邊,呢個好重要,但個叉燒醬每間都有個假味,呢度果個假味係好少,唔錯 ! 我最鍾意佢

哈哈 ~ 反而個海葡萄太多。佢地個自家制XO醬好正,但隻佬覺得太搶味,我就覺得岩岩好,辣辣地好惹味。

佢仲有燶邊,呢個好重要,但個叉燒醬每間都有個假味,呢度果個假味係好少,唔錯 ! 
我最鍾意佢有個邊位仲做到好脆,所以佢呢間係瘦叉,哈哈 !

再黎就係我地今晚既主食,XO醬野菌炆新竹米粉,呢個又係大愛,菌好多,個XO醬都真係好惹味,個米粉唔會過淋,仲係好爽口,
亦唔會過硬,岩岩好。

食埋個甜品,完美今晚晚餐,我地叫左個特別既生磨蓮子露,同純素朱古力芝士蛋糕。
個蓮子露都真係好特別,其實我係出面餐廳都冇見過... 可能係我食中式甜品太少,佢個質地好似蓮蓉,但其實我唔食實體蓮子,
所以呢個甜品俾隻佬笑我... 哈 ! 但好味呀 ~ 做咩啫 !!
