其實彩食酒宴係我其中一間最鐘意嘅餐廳,一直都想寫返個食評介紹。點知一想寫就發現佢竟然在2008年12月31日己結業!!! 早知12月去食返幾餐啦! 兩三年前在彩宴吃過長腳蟹放題, 翌年決定到北海道跑了一轉, 為的除了是那一片一片的花海, 亦為會一會來自北海道的長腳蟹真身。那年懷著满心的喜悅及滿足來回。今次看到彩宴的放題除了長腳蟹之外還有和牛, 仲可以一次品嚐兩種, 真的一次過滿足閣下的兩個願望!初頭那碟和牛真的使我有點擔心這裡的水準不再, 雖說都是雪花肥牛, 但色澤就有點過紅, 好像不太新鮮似的, 幸好隨後的數碟沒有了這個現象。 總觀說很有牛味, 非常雪花, 入口即溶, 雖然畧感鮮味不足, 但仍感到沒有被騙的 長腳蟹比高級酒店自助餐的絶不遜色, size 巨大, 肉質鮮甜, 但覺略為缺少了點海水味。不過這兒很地道的用上了正宗日本蟹醋, 有了蟹醋的吊味, 使原本已經很美味的長腳蟹更顯出眾, 亦勾起不少居日時的美好回憶。 常言最美味的食物是回憶中的, 能喚起美好回憶的食物, 即使再簡單、再普通都會是天下無雙的人間美食, 就好像食神的叉蛋飯各五星級大鼠食評家的普羅旺斯焗雜菜。 continue reading

以為兩個人只可以叫一款放題,問下原來兩個人都可以叫和牛 + 長腳蟹既放題。開頭幾碟既肉都唔係好得,細塊得黎無牛味,只係得雪花。後來果幾碟反更ok,每塊都有成隻手皮咁大,而且亦食到牛肉既鮮味,唔通佢地終於去哂 d 舊貨?蟹腳嘛......叫做比出面一般自助餐既肥大啦,無左 d 超鹹既海水味咁啦,係唔係鮮甜?唔......算啦,反正點都係及唔上北海道架勒。服務又比想像中好,雖然無一個侍應識中文,但係用英文都溝通得既,而且佢地都會好主動咁幫我加食物,都唔駛叫就一盤一盤既牛肉同蟹腳咁拎黎。 continue reading

星期日打完網球,便到銅鑼灣吃日本菜,想起這裡有沖繩料理,便決定來吃晚餐。餐廳不太多人,我們兩人被安排坐四人枱。環境格調都舒服,有D暗。Waiter 有D是日本沖繩人,有D是菲律賓人,哈哈由於大家都好黑實,都唔知邊D係日本人,邊D係菲律賓人。 我還用我很差的日文跟他們其中一人Order tim...叫了沖繩特產海葡萄,質感好得意,十分新鮮, 又有海水味, 咬下去一粒一粒的,不用點豉油已經夠咸。花生豆腐比一般豆腐烟韌,好有花生味,很特別的一道菜。苦瓜炒豬肉,D苦瓜好苦呀, 分量又好多!不過沖繩最出名是這道菜,也可以一試!沖繩炒麵,比較普通,唔太油,有D似中國炒麵。另外叫了桃味Smoothies,因爲太熱啦,但好似箹水味,好怪!甜品點了沖繩冬甩,口感好似炸蛋球,唔太甜,但冇我想象中咁好吃.食飽飽,又好累,便回家去! continue reading

Came here on Monday night before Tueday's holiday. Not many people, but the setting is very good. Dimmed lights, wooden area for sitting was very nice. There were 4 of us, we ordered Peanut TofuSea GrapesLive fish sashimi (chicken fish?)Pork Ribs au jusFried ChickenFried EggsThe peanut tofu is shaped like an egg and has a texture fused between a soufle and tofu. Haven't had something like this before. Sea grapes were wonderful. Has the texture sort of like fish roe. Dipped in a vinegar sauce thats very refreshing.Sashimi was fresh and sweet. The above three dishes are enough for me to come back.Fried Eggs were overcooked and separated when held. Fried Chicken and Pork ribs were tasty but not special.The crab / beef shabu shabu buffet and the lamb/beef Mongolian BBQ seem very good, but if you come here you really should try the more outstanding dishes on offer.Oh, and the bill, 2 large appetite men and 2 women. $230 each. continue reading
