事緣想嘗試太子鳳城班底的手藝,於是乎拜託朋友約了位,訂了菜(玉簪田雞腿)。沒想到佢地嘅料理鹹極到令人髮指⋯ 進門後大堂侍應同茶水阿姐服務都好好,仲有講笑。和和氣氣。落好單等菜來,沒想到玉簪田雞腿上來之後首先冇擺盤,亂七八糟堆在盤子裡,接下來夾一筷入口,直接鹹到無語。後來的家鄉炒桂花魚卷,盡管強調少鹽但仍然略鹹而且廚房偷料,明顯不夠一條魚的肉量,懶得計較了。其餘料理皆不在線,完全失望透頂,再也不會來⋯

服务除了要求拿筹必须同行人达到一半或以上这种不合情理的以外,其它问题不大!当然,如果个别服务人员不要习惯性皱眉头,最好习惯多些真诚微笑就更好了!环境就是普通茶楼的氛围,但部分出品让我们一行人留下好印象如鱼松炆米、南乳粗斋等!
