這隻蛋晶瑩剔透,加上蟹子就像寶石一樣。
「有夠溏心的~」濃稠的蛋黃又滑又香,配上淡淡煙燻味一口下去非常可口,「不過蟹籽有點多此一舉,破壞了滑嫩的口感,用三文魚子可能更好呢!」或許這價位只能用這種碎鑽吧?

「給我給我!我就為這而來的!」我不斷叫嚷著,也不顧什麼禮貌不禮貌,一下把自己的生煎包奪下來。我小心翼翼的把生煎咬一個小孔,先把湯汁一飲而盡。
「你們要小心燙口,超多汁的!」我提醒。
這生煎個頭不大,與坊間像饅頭的麵包皮不同,麵皮比較薄,尖尖的部分煎得金黃,非常脆,咬開後湯汁一擁而出,比小籠包更多汁之餘還多了一份香脆能不好吃嗎!這真是我吃過數一數二的生煎包!能做到爆汁的生煎可不多啊!
我們整桌吃過都驚呼連連,「就說這必吃!」我當然要炫耀自己的好眼光。
「這絕對是今晚的冠軍!」未待其他料理登場,我便給生煎包戴上冠冕,但我覺得它就是有這樣的威力啊!

「點這道菜會不會太有飽足感啊?」這包了肉鬆跟蔥花,像厚燒餅的傢伙並不能提起我多大的興趣,要不是知道長輩喜歡吃,我還真未必會選他呢!誰知道這居然意外的好吃!這麵包看似很厚,其實裏面是滿滿的肉鬆跟蔥,加上表面的芝麻香氣四溢,大餅鬆軟,內餡也有一定的濕潤度,令大餅不會乾澀。本來內餡已經夠味了,配上附上的醬汁更加將味道再昇華!多了一份豆瓣醬的鹹香和甜味,味道十分豐富,這再飽也一定要吃的!

蝦仁鍋巴其實也算是京菜的經典,也是我自小喜歡吃的一道菜。「我們只加了3片鍋巴沒有加醬汁會不會不夠啊?」我最愛醬汁了,生怕他們只給一小碗的湯汁,我就不能醬汁泡飯了哈哈。怎知道原來我的憂慮有夠多餘,鍋巴不但夠厚夠大片,汁料亦是剛好的。茄汁的味道酸甜度剛剛好,雖然只有數隻蝦仁,不過那對我來說從來就不是這道菜的主角。真正的主角-鍋巴做得香脆不硬,也一點都不油膩,意外地清爽,果然這裡的廚師手工不錯啊!

看到蜜汁火方,沒有不點的道理吧?那是難得的主菜中的甜點啊!這裡的蜜汁火方做得很完整,有配上蓮子和脆片。
「這些涼掉就不好吃了!」不能錯過他最好吃的時候,拍完照就立即抓起刈包夾入金華火腿和脆片一口咬下,「好厚的火腿!」他們用上很不錯的金華火腿,也不吝嗇的厚切,蜜了很久的火腿只帶咸香不過咸,略解蜜汁的甜膩,味道很好。
火腿、刈包、脆片都很鬆化,卻是三種不同的口感、三種不同的香味,三種味道在嘴巴裡跳舞,那太滋味了!
「不要直接沾蜜汁啦!」爸爸有點不滿我的儀態盡失。
我不管他,我就是愛吃甜嘛!沾滿了糖漿又更好吃了!
「這樣超好吃的啦!你也來試!」我好心放下手頭美食推薦,他卻翻了翻白眼又低頭吃他的包子,嘖嘖,真不夠品味。

後方的和尚戴帽一直被我們忽視,其實不差,但沒什麼特別好說的,就炒粉絲跟蛋皮。
「這道菜每次點都沒人吃呢…」我小聲跟爸爸說,我真的疑惑為什麼他們對這道菜情有獨鐘,難道是因為名字特別嗎?

「又沒人不准你吃,要吃自己夾去。」我爸都懶得管我了,我也只是禮貌上間接地問一下而已。
「不辣耶!而且甜甜的很好吃!炸得也很好,不會太厚!」
蝦球很爽很大隻,外面裹了薄薄的炸漿,表面掛滿了醬汁,味道甜甜辣辣,很對我的胃!平日我喜歡吃頭的部份,但這裡我更喜歡尾巴,蝦肉跟脆漿一半一半的比例很不錯。

「你放心好了。」放心放心,減肥很辛苦啊我要怎麼放心?不過當我夾了一塊肉之後,我便明白他什麼意思了。
「這肉好瘦…」我完全吃不到紅燒肉的滋味,我的肥瘦相間呢?「好柴啊…」味道是沒怎樣,可是肉質讓他輸光光了,幸好冬筍跟冬菇很入味,令它挽回一些分數。
日熹樓的肉類好像都有點乾柴的問題呢!另一道油淋雞的肉質也不好,或許下次可以略過這類菜式了。

「沒想過可以在這吃道芝麻卷!」這可說是我的兒時回憶,去飲茶都一定會吃的,可現在做得好的越來越少了。
夾下去便知道這裡的芝麻卷做得很好,搖一搖它便抖啊抖,很明顯不會硬邦邦!咬下去不太甜,但芝麻味很香,而且一點都不糊口,很好吃呢!
「我要打開菲林~」這才是吃芝麻卷的正確方式!打開後更見每層都像河粉一樣薄,難怪那麼軟滑好吃!
「安可~安可~」一碟六小件真不太夠,再來一碟才剛剛好!

吃飽喝足後,大家都捧著肚子喊飽。
「你騙人,還說來這會吃不飽,害我還先打了底。」我爸半抱怨半開玩笑的說。
我還真沒想到會這麼飽,可能是因為包點多吧?一點點一點點的吃不知不覺就吃了一大堆,感覺比平常更飽呢!
偷偷看了一下帳單,茶錢每位$6,其他都有半價,結果只要$1050,既飽足又美味真的超划得來呢!
「你們應記我一功!」要不是我哪找到這些優惠?

生煎包熱辣辣上枱,鐵鍋上已經好細心提示要小心燙嘴,然後店員再次提點要小心熱😂於是我地就係生煎包表面刺上幾個洞,等佢可以先cool down一下。我先用筷子試下入面既湯汁,真係好熱好熱🤣好彩無一啖咬落去🙈。生煎包底皮微微燒焦,食落好香口,豬肉餡多,又多湯汁,口感一流。
