第一次寫食評👎平時見到朋友搞生日宴有留意過呢間早餐廳影相放一百碟講真幾吸引 但去完一次之後 真係中伏咁我地就叫左一百樣野食果個餐 $46xx總共有十幾個人左右啦一開始見佢慢慢上冷盤醉雞好重酒味 好難食 然後果個咩雞軟骨先係重點 食完都唔知係雞軟骨 炸粉太多食唔出係咩黎 成碟辣椒先三四粒雞軟骨 雞丁又切到好細粒 好啦 咁中意食水煮菜既人應該好期待 重點菜分別有水煮豬 牛 羊 本身食左好多冷盤 但熱食黎到唔太熱 水煮只有辣味 但唔吸引 三樣肉類都好普通咁好啦 最後等到黎水餃和甜品一樣上菜水餃好普通 煎餅和什麼菜包 好難食 皮很厚最後最難食的是甜品南瓜糕🎃外皮沒味道 你試完之後會知道係點差法埋單雖然有85折 十幾個人 每人都320蚊呢個價錢吃這麼品質既食物真心不值如果你純粹想影相 不介意難吃 可以試一試

本身食左好多冷盤 但熱食黎到唔太熱
水煮只有辣味 但唔吸引 三樣肉類都好普通
咁好啦 最後等到黎水餃和甜品一樣上菜

公司係呢間餐廳舉行活動,一入到房間食物已準備好。冷盤睇落好似好多款,其實好多都係重複😒味道真係好一般,有啲失望。到主菜我哋叫咗水煮魚,蔥爆牛肉,糖醋排骨等,呢幾款主菜根本就唔係嗰回事。我真係未見過水煮魚係辣汁同埋魚分開上😭。員工服務OK,但係食物必須要改善,如果唔係好難喺香港競爭。

日熹樓出名在佢個百味菜宴,100樣餸盛惠4888,咁我就梗係食唔起啦,亦都唔夠人腳食,就咁食個晚飯小試牛刀先。醉雞不過不失啦,有酒味,雞肉夠實有咬口,雞皮唔肥,但係比起唐宮小聚嘅醉雞,尚有距離。四色小籠包係全晚水準最高嘅,有茴香,孜然,原味同埋唔記得咗四隻味,好食在於皮薄肉汁豐富餡料新鮮之外,呢啲茴香,孜然同埋唔記得咗唔會太過濃味,唔會喧賓奪主,值得一讚。至於冇鑊氣嘅清炒河蝦仁,其實係好新鮮彈牙,味道適中。睇落好似細細兜,其實份量亦都好夠,可惜身為一碟炒餸,佢係完全冇鑊氣。喺呢方面表現緊貼蝦仁嘅蔥爆羊肉,肉質其實亦都唔差,食落亦都頗為惹味,可惜亦都係完全冇鑊氣。最後碟炒年糕亦都有心爭奪全晚最冇鑊氣嘅寶座,本身上海年糕係有分現成切定同埋餐廳自己切兩款嘅,後者會彈牙啲立體啲好食啲,而呢度本來係屬於後者,但係好遺憾地喺全晚最冇鑊氣比賽入面三碟參賽者係打和啦super。

第一次係openrice寫食評,因為食得非常嬲。日熹樓係openrice上面有吾少好評,本以為都有幾好既質素,但實際令我好失望。平心而論,瑤柱蛋白炒飯$98,四喜烤麩$48,生煎包既$58 味道都吾錯 (但都size比較小),但係一道辣子雞$198真係食到一肚火,令我忍吾住出食評。再認真睇返其他評論,都見到有類似既情況: 睇圖會覺得個份量ok, 但其實佢全部都係辣椒甘滯,雞肉同骨既比例大約係2:8, 全程都食緊炸皮同軟骨甘,少得可憐既肉連指頭大都無,個經理仲夠膽同的講個度有半隻雞既份量!$198正係食啲雞骨,真係好嬲!好似食緊廚餘甘!我有照俾錢,不過感覺我俾既意見距地只會當耳邊風,聽完就算,所以忍吾住開post!請間餐廳正視同改善問題!其實其他食物吾差,吾明白點解道辣子雞甘無誠意,搵笨!

早前同朋友去試吓新潮派嘅中菜其實呢間餐廳,我唔知佢應該係北京菜還是上海菜因為樣樣都有啲。以前本人唔太喜歡去酒樓食嘢因為覺得好嘈環境好差,但近年香港社會已不再守舊了。我哋訂了位早段食,一出lift原來我哋是當晩第一位客人所以坐得比較舒服一啲都唔嘈。check完個toilet 後就點了日熹signature cocktail 可能唔係咁啱本人口味覺得麻麻地食物做得非常好比想像中滿意小籠包然後有蜜汁火方再有老北京牛肉卷之後仲有碗羊肉麵,好飽喔!牛肉卷我會俾個讚佢因為材料好豐富

行完sogo 的亞洲食品節想醫肚,男友便帶我來食,他極力推薦,特別是中式烈酒的cocktail.叫了擔擔麵,花生醬同辣油的比例剛剛好,肉碎索到啲汁係錦上添花。叫了,小籠包,皮夠薄,咬落爆汁,十分滋味。清炒蝦仁,大熱天時食都幾開胃,不過如轉做龍井蝦仁會更惹味。叫了兩杯cocktail,叫攻同守,攻係有花雕成份,都幾有特色,守則係有tequila同青瓜,十分清涼。如果cocktail menu 有中文就好啦。同場有人叫百小厚,幾十碟餸鋪滿桌面十分壯觀。

杜老誌道一向都非常熱鬧,群策大廈近年更是閃閃生輝,誰知十年後會在這裏重遇你,我帶著戰戰兢兢的心情和你吃一餐消夜晚飯。我本身少吃中餐,何況是京菜呢⋯⋯看着厚厚的餐牌簡直花多眼亂,今晚一於由你發板,為我點了些特色美食。荔枝米酒$108 ,五香薰蛋每隻$28,雞絲粉皮$58,京派冰鎮鮑魚$78,日熹灌湯四色小籠包$58,蜜汁火方$118,碧綠萵筍絲$58,宋嫂魚羹$38,桑寄生茶$28。這間餐廳最吸引我的是這個大吧枱,可以為客人會調教特色飲品,酒保特別為我調教了一杯名叫”和”的荔枝米酒。首先兩隻五香薰蛋先上枱,中間橙黃色的溏心色澤光亮,蛋黃會呈半凝固,一口咬開除了有濃郁的煙香味外,還有美味的酒香,入口醇香美味。雞絲粉皮味道也不錯,粉皮口感順滑,雞肉撕得幼細,和青瓜絲沾有淡淡的麻油香,再配合芝麻醬,簡單好味。京派冰鎮鮑魚被切成一小片,煙韌有咬口,帶有微微酒香,感覺很清新。日熹灌湯四色小籠包外表非常吸引,皮不算薄未算通透,但咬開汁濃肉香,可惜四色的皮味道不算突出,未能清楚分辨四種不同的特色。蜜汁火方這道菜,其實是用蜜汁浸金華火腿,再用饅頭皮包着一起吃。金華火腿瘦的部分肉質酥鬆,肥的部分入口即融。

這間餐廳最吸引我的是這個大吧枱,可以為客人會調教特色飲品,酒保特別為我調教了一杯名叫”和”的荔枝米酒。

首先兩隻五香薰蛋先上枱,中間橙黃色的溏心色澤光亮,蛋黃會呈半凝固,一口咬開除了有濃郁的煙香味外,還有美味的酒香,入口醇香美味。



雞絲粉皮味道也不錯,粉皮口感順滑,雞肉撕得幼細,和青瓜絲沾有淡淡的麻油香,再配合芝麻醬,簡單好味。



京派冰鎮鮑魚被切成一小片,煙韌有咬口,帶有微微酒香,感覺很清新。

日熹灌湯四色小籠包外表非常吸引,皮不算薄未算通透,但咬開汁濃肉香,可惜四色的皮味道不算突出,未能清楚分辨四種不同的特色。

蜜汁火方這道菜,其實是用蜜汁浸金華火腿,再用饅頭皮包着一起吃。金華火腿瘦的部分肉質酥鬆,肥的部分入口即融。蜜汁的甜與金華火腿之間鹹甜相融的層次,令我與這道菜一見鍾情。

碧綠萵筍絲這姓名我很陌生,上網翻查一下資料原來萵筍是油麥菜的莖部,我很喜歡萵筍的爽脆口感,清炒只要把握烹調時間,絕對是一道又健康又美味的餸菜。

可是我不太欣賞宋嫂魚羹和桑寄生茶,宋嫂魚羹沒有魚香,濃烈的薑味蓋過了味道;至於桑寄生茶味道太甜,完全沒有藥濃的傳統味道,有待改善。

整體而言食物不錯,但每碟食物嘅份量細左d,如果大碟少少更好 (除左炒年糕,全晚最大碟嘅菜式,但淡味左少少),此餐廳值得推介

朋友仔喺whatsapp group 吹雞話想去試「百碟宴」唔夠腳,結果就join埋去。friend lung friend結果有11人出席。一去到見到中間有張大圓檯好明顯就係reserve咁比我哋😜喺等食嗰陣搵張menu睇睇原來唔係100味餸係50味分2碟上呀waiter哥哥同姐姐都幾搞笑話由於擺唔晒所以第一次先擺好66碟靚靚咁比大家影張相先仲話嚟食無非都係為咗張相呃like🤣食完第一輪就會combine食剩嗰啲碟再上埋其餘嗰啲最後當然係食剩打包返歸啦50味好難逐一品評Overall嚟講食物質素唔差 雖則未至於特別好味但假於約到一大棚人(14人最好)而又肯洗吓錢都不失為一個有趣難忘嘅飲食體驗
