To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The owner of the restaurant is also lap-mei manufacturer. It has its own factory. All of the lap-mei does not contain any preservatives and chemicals. It uses the pork from Heyuan and Chongqing.

收工又系諗食乜的時候,大佬就話去憶食尚食煲仔飯。今次黎到坐低睇緊餐牌的時候,有一對老奶奶入座,坐正我地旁邊,聽到佢地落單,令我回憶起上次同屋企人黎食的時候。btw餐牌同之前相比有少少改動。 ⦁廣式臘味煲仔飯 $178尼款煲仔飯系我最愛,臘腸臘肉的香味濃郁,仲有脆卜卜的飯焦,十分香口。 ⦁芥菜排骨煲 $138我見隔離對婆婆都嗌,應該幾好食,所以叫左黎食。份量都幾多,仲會有陣陣胡椒味,好惹味! ⦁辣子雞丁 $138辣子雞丁有種避風塘風味,香香辣辣🌶,不過怕辣的朋友仔就要留意❗ ⦁原個椰皇小鮮肉 $88尼款甜品要提早預約,估唔到今次俾我預約到,滑嘟嘟的椰子凍🥥,上面仲鋪滿桃膠同桂圓紅棗,口感十足。

早排天氣凍,一直想食煲仔飯,難得今日約到friend食天氣又熱返😂-平時我唔太鍾意食臘味,朋友想食就陪吓佢,叫咗個廣式臘味煲仔飯(二人份$178)share。以前食開嘅臘味都太鹹,所以平時出街食飯都唔會想食,但呢度嘅臘味改變咗我固有嘅印象。板鴨唔嚡,仲食到鴨嘅鮮味,臘腸嘅酒味好香,原來係用茅台酒秘製,臘味油香滲晒落啲飯度加埋飯焦,所有野配搭得好好🤤-無辣不歡嘅我就嗌咗個辣子雞丁($138),未上枱已經聞到佢嘅辣味😍,雞丁好脆口,配埋辣椒花生一齊食超正🤤-食咁多濃味嘢就叫返個清清地嘅上湯時蔬($98),食落無味精味,蔬菜食落都清甜,解咗臘味嘅油膩👍🏻
