Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友提議來到近柯士甸一間以招牌菜式臘味煲仔飯食晚餐,餐廳的裝修很新淨,以湖水綠作為主色調,坐位闊落很舒適,而且餐枱之間會隔住一塊屏風,私隱度都幾高,是一個唔錯的用餐地方。👭🍽️🥢🍹茶品有普洱、鐵觀音、菊花茶和玄米茶,喜歡飲用濃啖茶品的朋友都能照顧到。🫖☕️✨廣式臘味煲仔飯($177),由鮮肉臘腸、南安板鴨和廣式臘肉組成,煲仔飯的臘味都是來自家工場製作。尤其是臘腸的豬肉是由花雕酒浸過,揀選3肥7瘦的豬肉,所以入口甘香,脂肪相對少較為健康。臘肉帶點脆口,感覺食材優質。食到底時,店員姐姐會幫我地加工製作為泡飯,飯香脆脆吸收了煲仔飯的油香,一飯兩食,不浪費之餘,還有另一返風味。🍚🍲🐷✨咕噜肉($127),粉皮層都好薄,炸得香脆,油溫控制得很好。咕噜肉肥瘦適中,肉質鮮嫩,調製咕噜肉的酸甜醬汁開胃回味,炒埋紫洋蔥、紅椒、菠蘿,真係食到唔停口。呢款菜式在中式酒樓雖然常見,但炒得好食,絕對好考廚師的功架。🐷🍍🧡✨瑤柱上湯時蔬($97),食左咁多肉,當然要叫返碟菜,菜心煮得又腍又入味,加埋蝦米、瑤柱真是最佳的拍擋。🥬🦐✨ 特式水果茶($38/杯),水果茶的外型已經好有打卡元素,顏色漸變很有日落的色彩,而水果茶溝了菠蘿汁、提子汁、橙汁和紅莓汁,酸酸甜甜,味道調製得很好。🍍🍇🍓🍊🍹

當我見到這間煲仔飯專門店,真係驚訝佢的裝修好雅致,食物又睇落好豐富,今晚就約埋朋友一齊試下。呢間店係香港傳統老字號,專攻廣式煲仔飯、臘味同小菜。雖然係老字號,但裝潢一點都唔舊,牆上掛滿咗壁畫,充滿特色又新穎,所有裝飾都好新淨。而且座位寬敞,環境真係好舒服。菜單🥢- 港式臘味煲仔飯 $177- 黑松露雞煲 $167- 上湯小棠菜 $87- 洋甘菊茶 $30港式臘味煲仔飯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個招牌煲仔飯配有臘肉、臘腸同臘鴨,真係好正!飯吸收咗臘味嘅精華,配合蔥花同豉油,粒粒分明,仲有鍋巴,口感唔單調。臘肉半肥瘦,醃製得啱啱好,臘香滲入飯中,攪拌後鍋巴香脆,米飯鬆軟,兩種口感交替,真係唔會悶!臘腸同飯一齊食,仲可以感受到酒味,越嚼越香,實在太好味!黑松露雞煲⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️一見到個名就心動,貴氣得來又好味!雞煲上面滿滿黑松露,色香味俱全,拌勻後黑色粒粒包裹著雞件,食起來真係享受!上湯小棠菜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢道菜用咗高湯底,配大量蒜頭,令到時蔬吸收晒湯底嘅精華,食到蝦米同乾瑤柱嘅鮮味都好濃。菜心吸收咗上湯滋味,特別香甜,而且瑤柱份量真係足料,絕對值得一試!
