最近好Hit嘅城寨英雄講緊嘅係以前嘅九龍城寨依家應該大概變成一個公園了但係九龍城依然有很多傳統美食其中輝哥火鍋係我幾欣賞嘅一間火鍋店傳統店舖配合現代宣傳俾我喺Facebook見到有吸引嘅優惠即刻唔使諗8月之星gathering 打邊邊Facebook 訂位 $48花甲蟹煲竟然是四人份量出色的湯底,很多花甲圍著蟹蓋重份量的海鮮+芫荽熬出來的湯底鮮味中帶點香氣蟹同樣很肥美花甲爽口彈牙沒有沙份量絕不欺場牛頸脊果然是招牌菜~肉味濃~口感滑是火鍋中必吃的~~極品!喜歡那肉質結實的口感入口是意想不到的鬆軟牛味濃郁~一點也不韌其新鮮度令我們食到停唔到口雪白的竹笙吸收鮮味的湯汁~新鮮爽口值得一提的是超大帶子~~超鮮甜肥美的帶子~~超好吃刺身 grade 的美味南澳洲 桂花蚌每人一塊真的不夠喉肉質嫩滑爽口放入湯到灼幾秒食已經好有鮮甜的味道Oh~~~this is 鱔皮,Not 魚皮雜菜籃只要新鮮就好九龍城唔係剩係得清真牛肉餅其實自家製牛肉餃好香~仲好食輝哥~法國藍帶~火鍋店~就是霸氣

店員說是優質桂花蚌來,出產地來自南澳洲啊!
食落鮮味,而且爽口脷落。

整體來說,食物質素非常高,感覺他們非常講究。
這裡是有HEART之食店,並不是火鍋快餐店。
確實是一分錢一分貨,沒有欺騙顧客!
相信我還會再來光顧!不過湊夠一圍人來吃吧!

住在九龍城的我,早已聽聞輝哥火鍋的好評,這晚男朋友說想打邊爐,為了帶他吃好的,不惜從上環坐Uber到九龍城輝哥。(所以這一餐加起來好貴呀,哈哈!)這晚人不多,我們坐在能看電視劇的大枱,兩個人點了不太多的食物,幸好伙記讓我們雙併地點水餃呀,蔬菜呀等等。全部食物都高水準,當中以肥牛和象拔蚌最為出色!肥牛薄而嫩,象拔蚌而很新鮮。其他的魚蛋及炸魚皮都超好吃!魚蛋彈牙,不腥。炸魚皮則是我吃過最脆口的。而這裏亦有不是所有火鍋點都有的凍豆腐,把湯底全吸收進去再吃,讚!最重要一提的是服務超水準!姨姨經常走過來教我們怎樣吃最好吃,還不斷提我們把湯上面的油渣隔走,很窩心!這晚吃得很高興,無悔坐幾百元Uber來呀,哈哈!

住在九龍城的我,早已聽聞輝哥火鍋的好評,這晚男朋友說想打邊爐,為了帶他吃好的,不惜從上環坐Uber到九龍城輝哥。(所以這一餐加起來好貴呀,哈哈!)
這晚人不多,我們坐在能看電視劇的大枱,兩個人點了不太多的食物,幸好伙記讓我們雙併地點水餃呀,蔬菜呀等等。
全部食物都高水準,當中以肥牛和象拔蚌最為出色!肥牛薄而嫩,象拔蚌而很新鮮。其他的魚蛋及炸魚皮都超好吃!魚蛋彈牙,不腥。炸魚皮則是我吃過最脆口的。而這裏亦有不是所有火鍋點都有的凍豆腐,把湯底全吸收進去再吃,讚!最重要一提的是服務超水準!姨姨經常走過來教我們怎樣吃最好吃,還不斷提我們把湯上面的油渣隔走,很窩心!
這晚吃得很高興,無悔坐幾百元Uber來呀,哈哈!

輝哥火鍋 is my go-to spot at birthday season if I want a proper satisfying hotpot where freshness of ingredients and broth selection are the two main keys to this classic cuisine.Besides the wide range of sashimi, fresh beef and meat balls, freshly deep fried tofu skin roll (響玪-$58) is my all time favourite with an extra twist of sea weed. For broth, we've opted the signature fish stock with pig stomach which swallowed a whole chicken stuffed with glutinous rice that soaked up all stock goodness ($298). Highly recommend to take a sip before you start hotpoting* it’s uniquely flavoured; yet mild enough to bring out the taste and fragrance of ingredients. *Preorder 3 days before hand.

At classic hotpot cuisine, the joy is its variety of ingredients. Even for beef, you can get different parts of goodness, from local sliced beef and brisket to premium wagyu beef.We have picked premium thick cut beef and local beef ( lighter colour) -$298. Local one is a surprise to us; without much marbling, it looks leaner yet having a softer texture and stronger beef essence.

As a common practice for high quality hotpot place, seafood was freshly caught from the tank and skilfully cut into delicate slices of #sashimi. Fresh #snapper ($438)has transparent flesh yet bouncy texture; and cuttle fish ($338)was soft and creamy.

To get more #adventurous taste, pick the cuttle fish ball ($118) stuffed with #wasabi which is spicy yet underline the freshness of seafood as it does to sashimi. It’s one that rewards experimentation!

唔係普通豆腐☝🏻️,根據網上謠言,係用硬豆腐雪硬而成。佢有一層層好似玉子咁,烚完之後吸收哂日月精華,同埋湯底精華,所以好正咁囉
