九龍城高質火鍋店👍🏻👍🏻平時喺九龍城食沙嗲火鍋就食得多啦,今次轉下口味,搵到呢間輝哥火鍋,我哋同行四個人嗌咗超級多嘢食,但唔記得咗影相,但呢度嘅嘢食食材都超級新鮮,佢啲手切肥牛更加冇得頂,我哋仲要嗌咗20支啤酒,老細仲好好人送多4支比我地,下次一定會再幫襯!!!

搵咗好多間,問咗好多間,打咗好多次電話最後發現輝哥火鍋有一個小小嘅私人空間

雞係嘉美雞,肉質鮮嫩,浸熟完都唔嚡~
雪花肥牛極重牛味,唔韌無肉渣,

炸紫菜響鈴斷即叫即炸,會炸到鬆脆,
單食或拖一拖湯都非常正,必點~
鴨紅無台式鴨血果隻咁Q彈,但都有煙韌口感,

桂花蚌爽滑鮮甜,手打丸好有心機,
分得出邊隻丸打邊隻丸,好彈牙!

聽說上海的輝哥更加是當地的富豪飯堂

突然好想吃牛肉,便來試試看。

姐姐推介清湯,大肥牛與細肥牛相差$20 , 所以我們點了大的。

朋友指明要點蝦丸黎食,咁四寶丸可以試到所有款。所有手打丸都好足料,咬落爽口彈牙但唔會拋拋,似乎無咩偷工減料,尤其蝦丸除左有蝦膠仲咬到原隻蝦肉,其餘三類丸都不過不失。

海鮮方面,蚌同脆鯇魚都新鮮,蚌份量都足夠,下有生菜墊底,脆鯇魚如假包換咁脆口,係可以再多一兩條就 perfect。

總結黎講,呢餐係高質火鍋,價錢係高,點過的食物都沒有中伏,只係點得太多食唔完,炸牛芝心丸係唔錯,不過有點滯胃。

鱔片是我至愛,魚卜是差點忘記的火鍋美食

黃喉是第一次試,也是爽口的,但想到是牛的某部位,就覺得不想吃了,試過便算‼️‼️‼️
紫菜嚮鈴是獨家的,幾得意,但始終是一大匙油,吃半個就夠了‼️‼️‼️

真係好離譜無論食物同質素服務連去大家樂打個邊爐都不如。打邊爐最緊要係乜嘢?連個波都比唔到客人請問咩叫打邊爐呢?

今晚同家人去了一間係九龍城好出名嘅火鍋店吃飯,重有幸見到老板輝哥!本身沒有想過去的,就是看見facebook 有優惠,於是便去試吓!就係個花甲蟹煲 $48 4人份量,望見真係超抵吃!咁人多自然就可以有更多選擇,所以湯底亦多叫了一個杏仁雪梨豬肺湯$98兩個湯底一齊來,確實只看已經見到充滿材料!花甲蟹煲雖然係用優惠價點,但份量十足,有大大隻花甲,原隻大蟹放在湯上,重有栗米,鮮茄,花菇,等材料,只係湯底味道就已經超美味!另外蟹肉新甜,蟹蓋內重有蟹膏!另一個杏仁雪梨豬肺湯亦非常鮮味,一望白白湯底,入口口感好滑,只是當老火湯入亦好正!工夫多,要洗得乾淨,雪梨已煲到軟滑,仍然帶甜,豬肺亦好軟熟!只是湯中材料已經填滿了一部份!咁除此之外亦有另外選擇,店員推介手切特級雪花肥牛$298,脂肪紋清楚,拖水後即可入口,肉質嫩滑充滿牛肉味,入口就有溶化嘅感覺,加上手切,師傅依肉紋切割,入口時牛肉完全沒有咬不開的感覺另外必吃嘅丸丸,當然一定要叫啦,主能手打係列,手打蝦丸$118、手打鮻魚肉$80、手打墨魚丸$108如果用彈這個字去形容外,真係好難去精準描述!咁當然味道亦好味,蝦丸亦混埋鮮蝦肉,鮻魚肉肉放了陳皮,

另一個杏仁雪梨豬肺湯亦非常鮮味,一望白白湯底,入口口感好滑,只是當老火湯入亦好正!工夫多,要洗得乾淨,雪梨已煲到軟滑,仍然帶甜,豬肺亦好軟熟!
