一行三人打邊爐聚會,朋友揀咗呢間餐廳打邊爐。叫咗一個鴛鴦鍋,一碟手切牛、桂花蚌、鱔片、芋絲、黑毛豬肉片、炸魚皮、蘿蔔、炸芝士牛肉丸、萵筍和西洋菜。每一碟份量非常足夠,都好大碟,三個人食的確有啲多😅 蕃茄薯仔湯底好鮮甜,最鍾意食嗰碟手切牛,好滑好有牛肉味,另外一碟熟食小食炸芝士牛肉丸好濃郁,淡淡牛肉味和芝士味,兩種味道分明。仲叫咗竹蔗茅根下火,一支支的,非常好!👍🏻 服務態度OK,侍應都好快速同你落單和上菜,三個人食咗一千七百幾蚊,價錢唔算平。

行過人間煙火,發現一家有情有味的火鍋樂園。輝哥開的店,感覺好有家的味道👨🍳!一落座,先俾人送上酸酸甜甜嘅酸菜和焦香四溢嘅花生,醬汁盤都準備嘅五彩繽紛,飲品選了酸梅湯同竹蔗水,清新解渴,同埋還得閒歎下氣等朋友。呢度嘅雪梨豬肺湯底嘅,豬肺鮮嫩得滑,入口即溶😋!而麻辣湯底嘅火力足夠,辣得過癮卻又不過頭,重點係鍋底埋藏嘅材料好豐富!炸響鈴,順滑嘅口感加上微微嘅脆,一浸湯起勢,一秒得意落肚,仲有那個$298鴛鴦牛,肥瘦相間,神奇地富有口感但又唔會太韌,佢正到爆!此外,牛柏葉、四寶丸、墨魚滑、蝦滑同埋芝士牛丸,每件都是精選好物,新鮮度好有保證。彩色繽紛嘅蔬菜籃同豬紅,喺湯裏游來游去,好似在講述佢哋嘅故事。宜家想起黎對件食物冇影到相,應該係太專心投入喺這場美妙嘅滋味之旅啦!總之,食完之後心情好滿足,下次一定要再嚟!🥢🥰

九龍城高質火鍋店👍🏻👍🏻平時喺九龍城食沙嗲火鍋就食得多啦,今次轉下口味,搵到呢間輝哥火鍋,我哋同行四個人嗌咗超級多嘢食,但唔記得咗影相,但呢度嘅嘢食食材都超級新鮮,佢啲手切肥牛更加冇得頂,我哋仲要嗌咗20支啤酒,老細仲好好人送多4支比我地,下次一定會再幫襯!!!

- 家人今晚原來訂咗九龍城方榮記7點打邊爐,點知傍晚6:45去到人山人海,7:30仍然未有枱,唯有轉場去福佬村道嘅「輝哥」。呢度環境明顯坐得舒服,服務態度亦十分好。以食物質素嚟講,價錢相當合理,牛肉亦大大碟👍🏻

又到要反Farewell劉大哥嘅時候搵咗好多間,問咗好多間,打咗好多次電話最後發現輝哥火鍋有一個小小嘅私人空間雖然唔係一間房不過自成一角都幾好大家都未試過輝哥火鍋就即管試一試大家都認為佢嘅牛肉係非常唔錯好新鮮,未去到嗌最貴嗰隻都覺得好好食而且呢度啲筒蠔非常大隻👍🏻仲有啲脆肉鯇又大份又夠爽脆大家食完都讚不絕口仲有呢度D滑都唔錯,我哋嗌左蝦滑同墨魚滑👍🏻👍🏻鮮味又彈牙仲有大家都大贊嘅炸魚皮👍🏻👍🏻同埋個蕃茄薯仔豬骨湯底本身唔明點解呢個係最貴食完就明😂啲蕃茄都好好食😋然後又俾我哋遇上輝哥👍🏻人又nice,又唔hardsell 同埋啲服務員都幾好服務吖唔似其他comment講到咁差😅我哋大家都話可以再encore🤪只係只能夠去到10:30有些少唔夠喉😂
